06/10/2025: DO NOT GO IN! The place is cold inside and absoutely not nice.the woman is really unfriendly and unpolite, she refused to give me a glass of tap water for my small child.the food arrived cold and they take it from the care next door.the prices are also quite high.

20/07/2025: Our room faced the road and there was a lot of traffic and noise. Ok hotel, has what you need for a night's stay.

25/06/2025: Average and cozy about the details in some rooms. Old but renovated in some places, it seems. So only one kitchen staff, who also received the key at the end of the stay. Lacked information about the living room when we arrived and about the restaurant and dinner. Be aware of the overnight craftsmen are very fresh in the morning (5 am) and they like to talk on the phone and smoke on the terrace below the rooms, where despite cold nights, you have to have open windows. Plus their alarms go off 😅(very loud) The breakfast is quite ok. The only "problem" is a constant sewer smell in the hotel..

12/11/2025: good food at affordable prices, large portions. A little absent service, everything took a little long despite few guests. Nice view.

03/11/2025: Interesting, tasty fish dishes, some with seafood like seagrass, but unfortunately the portions are quite small, especially the ingredients – just two tiny stalks of everything, so you can barely taste them. Typical of Bornholm's high-priced restaurants, but still recommendable. For fish and chips, you're better off going to one of the good fish smokehouses.

29/09/2025: Modern, bright restaurant with discreet staff; the food was mediocre but adequate.

07/09/2025: The food was not good. Vinegar on the tartar! A long hair in the sauce for the mussels. Half of the mussels were white in the meat. Small portion of gnocchi. They forgot the bread before the food. They charge 25 Danish kroner for tap water. Disinterested service. Does not meet expectations.

21/09/2025: Quite definitely the worst pizza I have ever got. From our group of 6 people no one left less than 3/4 of the food on the table. Pizza "Napoli" with something like a raw ham julienne cuts and cold coctail shrimps? Avoid this place at all cost!

12/09/2025: Unpleasant experience without any kind of customer service in a big way. Where a lack of understanding of what you order results in a mix-up and the phone being hung up on. Sad! But luckily Café Holmes was on the spot to save a family in need🙏🏻♥️

23/10/2025: A café right on Vang's harbor. It has a large terrace in the summer. It's also one of the few cafés that stays open after the Danish fall break. The owner is very friendly, and this was our fifth visit since 2020.

08/10/2025: Can't understand the negative reviews. Very friendly service, good cold beer, and delicious salmon sandwiches. Yes, it's expensive, but if you can't afford it, just stay home or make yourself a cheese sandwich. :-)

23/07/2025: Stay away if you don't want the worst food you can imagine!!! An evening with a 70th birthday was ruined by Pakhuset Svaneke and their totally indifferent petty “chef” and his inedible food!!! My mother turned 70 and what was supposed to be an unforgettable evening, with good food and coziness was completely and utterly RUINED by the chef at Pakhuset Svaneke. Our food was RUINED!!! We ordered, among other things, Ribeye steak with bearnaise sauce, fried medium red, - but which was so ruined and cooked through, and the sauce was foamy and without tarragon. Seriously I (we) have NEVER had such a bad “food experience” ever in my (our) life. The steak was overcooked and completely ruined, and the fries were cold and soft, and the gravy was foamy and without tarragon - we complained about the quality, and the otherwise nice waiters tried to create a good atmosphere, but it didn't matter, because when we got our replacement steak, the quality was exactly the same. Even the replacement steak was also cold and completely overcooked (despite the request for medium rare) and the fries were even the same as before, which had only now become colder and indifferent, and despite another complaint about the steak and fries, and that we were missing the gravy, there was never a new gravy, - which was also unnecessary, since several from our party chose to go out of town and find another place to eat…. Thanks to Pakhuset Svaneke for completely ruining a 70th birthday! Unless you are starving or planning to serve the food to your dog (if it wants to eat it), do not eat at Svaneke Pakhus. To top off the experience, a visit from one of the guests to the toilet was the highlight of the experience, as the toilets are damp and unclean, with wet floors from God knows what, no toilet paper, and clear signs of mold and lack of cleaning. Eat from the toilet or from a trash can - all things being equal, it is a better and more rewarding "experience" than at Pakhus Svaneke.

20/07/2025: The food was a disaster. Two years ago, the salad buffet was included in the price. Now it costs an extra €4. The ribs, which were available back then and actually always were, were removed from the menu. I then opted for a hamburger, but I couldn't get that rubbery patty down. A real disgrace for the price of €30!

23/12/2025: Okay place with nice take your own table, and you can decide what you want to eat, there is also sushi and ice cream and coffee for 199 kr. What not to like

12/10/2025: The first impression was rather mixed. The restaurant is quite small, and the buffet is unusually small for a Mongolian restaurant. The layout also seems impractical – a central location would have been much more pleasant. The collection point for dishes was just a table placed in the corner, which, although emptied regularly, looked unappealing. Only one of the service staff seemed to speak English. The selection of food and drinks was limited, but the sushi selection was surprisingly diverse and fresh. The Peking soup, unfortunately, was not very tasty. Overall, we were full, but the experience was rather average. We would probably choose a different restaurant next time.

09/08/2025: Small cozy place, with a special charm. Good service, good food. There is a Senior Citizens' Association discount.

29/08/2025: The restaurant opened for the weekend where they advertised that they had gotten hold of some super good Angus meat and therefore offered a 2-course menu. We booked a table for Friday evening at 7 pm. When we arrived we were told we could only order pizza…… Told why we were there and what they were advertising. She wanted to ask in the kitchen but never came back and just served other tables and we could then stand and stare. We therefore chose to leave. I can also see that the owner himself has made a 5-star review and lots of praise for his own restaurant on TripAdvisor 2 days ago!!!!!!
