22/11/2024: Some hits, some misses Ta-Yay offers friendly service and a menu with potential, but the food quality is inconsistent. On the positive side, the Massaman curry and Tom Kha Gai were delicious—clearly made by someone who loves these dishes and understands their flavors. Unfortunately, other offerings didn’t measure up. The Pad Nam Prik Pao lacked the fresh, fragrant ingredients that make Thai cuisine special and instead tasted overwhelmingly of Maggi. The biggest disappointment was the chicken satay: deep-fried to the point of being hard to chew, and the peanut sauce seemed off—bubbly and sour in a way that didn’t feel fresh or intentional. With more focus on ingredient quality and freshness, this place could deliver a much more consistently positive experience.

22/10/2024: Hello! Yesterday I bought a sieved bread with cumin. It was/is inedibly salty, damn it. For the complete opposite, I also bought a cinnamon snail, -17kr-, It's big, the pastry with cinnamon tastes ok, why ruin it with glaze the size of a fried egg and ½ cm thick. A horrible piece of shit Baker

11/01/2025: The cafe is decorated like a living room with old-fashioned furniture, Bornholm proverbs and shelves with trinkets. Service was friendly with reasonable prices. You get a 25 percent discount if you are a member of Äldresagen.

10/11/2024: Cozy place to come and eat. Nicely decorated and super good food, which suits almost everyone. The biggest minus, however, is that their parking ratio is very small.

27/09/2024: The restaurant is very good and recommended. We ordered the pizza buffet and it was very tasty.

27/12/2024: Excellent pizzas. We sat in the garden on some slightly uncomfortable garden furniture, otherwise everything was perfect. Sweet, skilled and knowledgeable waiters.

17/09/2024: I'll correct that below, and I'm happy to do so: the tastiest burgers on the island have long been available in Aarsdale again! Very weak: On the internet, on your homepage, nowhere can you find the reference to the disaster: We went on a long hike, then on site there was a disdainful note that unfortunately the kitchen was closed due to "some difficulties". Sad!!!

14/09/2024: Unfortunately, the opening times are not correct and the information about them is not clearly stated on the website, Google or Instagram etc. It was stated that it was open and we drove here specifically. It was then closed on site.

17/09/2024: Fantastisk mad, flink og venligt personale og fantastisk udsigt. På trods af alt den gode mad som er at finde på Bornholm og specielt Svaneke så er fiskeværkstedet stadig noget helt særligt.
