11/10/2026: Unfortunately, we had a bad experience. Right from the start, we were greeted with a very negative tone by the owner. We wanted to share 5 dishes, which was not possible. This is of course completely fair - as long as it is said in a proper way. When we then tried to order something to drink, we were almost scolded for having booked a table. In general, the atmosphere was very unpleasant, and we ended up leaving again.

11/10/2026: Really disappointing experience at Spis. We had booked a table and wanted to share the 5 dishes from the brunch menu and order something to drink. We were told by the owner that it was not possible, as the restaurant was fully booked, and the table was reserved for us for 2 hours. We explained that we did not know the rules, as we had never experienced this before at other cafes. However, the way we were spoken to was the worst. The owner left us and spoke to the other waiters, while they subsequently stood and looked over at us. We were told that we just had to understand that this could not be done, because otherwise their place would not be able to run if people had to share their dishes. When we then just wanted to order two drinks, we were told that we were not allowed to sit at the table we had reserved. We therefore chose to leave. We understand that a restaurant can have rules, but the communication and customer service were really poor. We did not feel welcome in any way.

30/09/2026: Delicious home made food. I really enjoyed the tuna mousse. Good size portions.

29/09/2026: I ordered two family pizzas from Venus Pizza on Saturday, April 4th and it was a very bad experience. First we discovered that we had not received what we had ordered. Mistakes can happen, but it is still unsatisfactory. The next day I found something very serious, a large piece of glass in a piece of pizza that I put in my mouth and had to spit out. Glass in food is completely unacceptable and potentially dangerous. I contacted the restaurant but was met with a rude employee who claimed I was lying despite having both a picture and proof. He even questioned how glass got into the pizza, which is exactly what I as a customer expect them to investigate. There was no accountability or any form of understanding shown. This is deeply concerning, especially considering that there may have been smaller pieces of glass in other parts of the food. Absolutely not recommended. Very disappointing experience.

05/10/2026: Cozy and centrally located bar/pub in Frederikberg. Didnt get any food so didnt rate that.

19/09/2026: I booked a table for 6 and was in a good mood to have a good time with friends and drink lots of beer when the waiter comes and says we should order food even though we have ordered enough to eat for our enjoyment and that it won't be until next time. There probably won't be a next time, I promise. I paid over 2000 kroner.

28/07/2026: I've been there twice so far, but only for takeaway. We thought the pho was quite good. One was beef and the other vegetarian. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is fine for a quick bite.

10/10/2026: A small cozy place to enjoy a good coffee or something else. Very cozy decorated and so simple.

15/09/2026: Poor service. The person at the counter came across as rude. No smile, no “hi” - she just looked at us and kept making coffees. Then, when she finally addressed us, she asked, in the most unpleasant tone, “For you?” She sounded snappy and looked at us as if we were in her way. We just wanted a quick snack on the go, but somehow, in the span of five minutes while waiting to be served, the whole experience managed to ruin our mood for the day. The croissants were just ok, and overpriced. If you hate your job, just change it. Don’t take it out on random customers.
