09/11/2024: Det blev en meget dårlig oplevelse, fordi jeg efter at have drukket et glas Chardonnay blev præsenteret for regningen: 170 kr! Da jeg bestilte Chardonnay, fik jeg at vide, at der kun var een slags at vælge imellem- så det bestilte jeg . Jeg føler mig snydt og til grin.

03/11/2024: In English: I’ve been a regular customer at Forno A Legna for quite some time, and I’ve always enjoyed the quality of their pizzas. However, my experience on Sunday, November 3, 2024, was beyond unacceptable, and I feel the need to share it. I went to pick up two pizzas, and from the moment I arrived, I was met with a shocking level of disrespect from one of the employees. There were two people working at the pizza counter, and I want to emphasize that it was the red-haired guy who behaved completely inappropriately. As soon as I walked in, he began mocking me by repeatedly calling me “My Friend” in a sarcastic and jokey tone—at least 50 times in the span of 10 minutes. I tried to remain calm, but things only got worse. When it came time to pay, the card machine, which often has issues, didn’t work properly. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he accused me of blocking the system and even questioned if I had enough money, which was completely out of line. I eventually paid using MobilePay, but even after the payment went through, he rudely demanded that I show him the receipt on my phone, something that is usually the system’s responsibility, not the customer’s. I showed him the receipt and politely asked him to stop being disrespectful, but he became aggressive and tried to intimidate me in front of all the other customers. When I mentioned that I would speak to his manager, he escalated further, pointing at the door and shouting “Out, out, out!” in a humiliating and aggressive manner. This level of behavior on Sunday, November 3, 2024, is unacceptable, especially considering that I’ve never had an issue with the other staff members at Forno A Legna. I want to emphasize that this seems to be a problem specific to this individual, as I’ve always had positive experiences with the rest of the team. However, because of his behavior, I won’t be coming back, even though I used to be a loyal, regular customer. It’s a real shame, because the pizzas are great, but customer service needs to be treated with equal importance.

31/10/2024: I think it is the rudest place in Denmark. They were very arrogant to us and didnt take us seriously at all. We wanted to have a glass of wine with the pizza and they said it is not possible to buy a glass of wine and we have to buy a whole bottle (even though there are several tables around with only having a glass of wine) then we decided to not buy any wine afterwards, but then asked to some people around how did they get a glass of wine. It turns out it is possible to order from their shop beside the pizza place. And just because they are so rude, they did not want to explain it to us. Also, we waited for half an hour for a mediocre pizza, then he brought the pizza to our table with scolding us that we should have listened our turn. In general, it is not worthed at all to go there. This is not the right way of customer servicing. Ah, another thing if you are searching for a hygiene there, you are searching in the wrong place.

11/11/2024: Akropolis is a gem! Family-run Greek restaurant feel, with exceptional service and expertly prepared dishes. All authentic dishes were super fresh with high quality ingredients. The grilled lamb with lemon sauce 👌🏼 Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

16/08/2024: We are eco-freaks and generally prefer to eat at home but when we want to eat outside we tend to eat pizza. After eating there, we totally changed our idea for pizza. To us it was a small shop but to our thumb it was a universe. For the very thin, crispy, tasty fresh pizza we recommend the Weltall or Destemino... Bip bip, bon appetit...

09/10/2024: Virkelig dårlig oplevelse med mug i avocadoen og hår i maden. Jeg fik på egen foranledning penge tilbage for maden. Har spist her en del gange og har oplevet et svagt men konstant fald i kvalitet. Idag var sidste gang jeg spiste her.

29/11/2024: Amazing brunches! You can choose the combination however you like. Everything we chose were delicious in their own way! Looks as good as it tastes! Definitely recommend to visit one of their branches if you visit Copenhagen!

11/10/2024: Had expected a standard pizza before the Culture Night, but then something fantastic happened. The owner Salo suggested a homemade burger with truffle and the most amazing fries and an Italian beer. Absolutely terrific meal and really intimate cozy atmosphere with lovely lighting.

11/10/2024: On the way to culture night - and "stumbled upon" this small fantastic pizzeria. In addition to friendly service, we got a fantastic truffle menu :)

20/11/2024: We arrived and had to wait a long time before a waiter acknowledged our arrival. It was TOTALLY packed, and we were seated at the bar even though we had booked a table. They then say that you have to specifically write to them if you want a table and not a bar place? So let it be clear when you book that you can either be placed at a table or the bar. It was our anniversary, so on that particular day we wanted to sit somewhere other than a totally packed bar, where you hit the other guests with your feet regardless of how you sat. We were so looking forward to eating with them and celebrating our day with them. They apologized for the misunderstanding, but the service was non-existent. No small glass of wine or some bread as an apology, but the waiter offered us a glass of water - For which they then charged 50kr, although we had to end up leaving after 5 minutes because it was too packed to sit at the bar. TOTALLY HONEST - You are a small restaurant, but when you book a TABLE and arrive, you should not be placed in a small corner in the bar - So the least you can do is to think service-minded, so that the guests do not leave with a wow experience… I have eaten there many times before, and have recommended it because I love small start-ups and their outside area, but I simply felt so badly treated this time :-(…

26/07/2024: Got a really good tuna sandwich. There were, among other things, egg and fresh red cabbage in the sandwich.

15/11/2024: Definitely the best pizzeria in Frederiksberg. Have ordered several times and have not been disappointed.

02/11/2024: Got an uncooked, but quite fat pizza. Probably just needed some cutlery to eat with.
