16/05/2025: Fantastic freshly cooked food (we took white fish and meatballs), very friendly service and overall a nice vibe. The restaurant is located in the oldest building in the village that has been nicely preserved + has a lovely terrace
01/02/2025: Apperantly you are not allowed in the restaurant in 16:50 even though there were other people in there. I wonder if they didn’t like foreigners or this was just absurd schedule they had. I have never experienced such thing before. Me and my child were almost thrown out.

01/03/2025: Vi fik en hurtig og kompetent betjening. Maden var virkelig lækker. Vi valgte menuen som var af passende størrelse, og godt sammensat.

15/04/2025: 15/4 I had booked a table and received a confirmation via e-mail. When we arrived there was no table anyway and the excuse from the operator was that her system was down. Why didn't they just close the booking and give an apology and a place to wait🤗it's the worst to wait at home for 1.5 hours and then come and get a message like that

07/04/2025: Great spot for lunch if visiting Helsinor. Good range of sandwiches, home made soup and toasties. Lovely square to watch the world go by whilst enjoying a tasty lunch.
07/12/2024: Kedelige sandwich med blødt brød og alt for meget mayonnaise. 98 kr. pr. sandwich er alt for dyrt i forhold til kvaliteten. Sad indenfor - larmende og stressende, også i relation køkken/skranke.

25/12/2024: Really enjoyed stopping here for lunch during a late spring trip to Denmark. Enjoyed some of the best mussels with dill. Very memorable visit sipping white wine while having lunch outside.

12/10/2024: Fantastic food in a wonderful ambience. Service top notch and the food is always amazing. We had lunch and happy about the lunch menu being smaller portions. It has always been a fantastic experience eating in this lovely restaurant.

17/04/2025: Authentic atmosphere, but unfortunately the food does not live up to this. The chicken pieces in the pasta dish seemed to be pre-fried from frost.
08/03/2025: Really delicious food! The dessert (chocolate tart with pear mousse and licorice pannacotta) was a disappointment, so luckily I didn't have to pay for it. But divine melanzane! 😚😇

16/04/2025: Had actually dropped the place after they gave me something wrong twice in a row in 2024. Gave it then is shot again today to my regret. A strangely greasy double bacon cheese burger, completely tasteless, nothing fresh about it and pre-bought steaks dripping with grease. Felt like everything was reheated from the day before. Definitely over for me with that place now
04/02/2025: Really really great burgers 🤩🍔 Have tried it several times and different items on the menu - always on point 😃👌🏾 yum!
