01/08/2026: Shitty bar, really bad service and overall bad experience. Would recommend other bars

25/05/2026: Had a fun moment there but please, do something about the smell at the ground floor. A so bad smell was present and the toilets were very dirty.

13/08/2026: Ordered a burger - it came out again a couple of hours later, from both ends. Can't believe they're allowed to run a kitchen like that.

30/05/2026: Ordered on wolt got a cold pizza our no 3 km away tastes terrible the base is too soft too much spice

19/08/2026: Ordered a Sheekh Kebab Roll, it was cold, the yufka flatbread was stiff, there was so minimal meat in it, few cucumbers and the rest lettuce, and over-drenched in dressing. He couldn't find what he needed to make it, he searched in drawers and cupboards? This is actually the first time I've been nervous about eating takeaway. Didn't seem like something they sold a lot of, and you wonder how long it's been sitting there. It was 75 kr right out the window.

24/07/2026: By mistake I ordered from Punjabi Østerbro, namely Amagerbrogade. I immediately called Østerbro and asked for help to correct the order. However, they would not help and said that I should call YoYo myself, as they would not cancel the order. Could not find the number for YoYo, so drove from Amager to Østerbro for the food. When I arrive, there is no food, as they say the order has been cancelled. On the way home they call and say that the food is ready. When I arrive again, I can see that he is standing there making it. I simply think that they showed very well that I could not just get hold of someone at YoYo and they could then have scored payment without delivery.

12/06/2026: Strange case, they don't have regular dry white wine. They did have some kind of organic concoction that was very cloudy and really, really, really NOT drinkable. The drinks there are expensive enough, so make sure you have something decent at home!

28/05/2026: I was at this club recently and unfortunately it was a really bad experience. The atmosphere among the staff seemed professional, but one young guard with black curly hair in particular behaved in a way that I found unpleasant and unnecessarily confrontational. I honestly think the management should have a chat with him about how to treat guests properly. Of course, guards are expected to keep order, but they are also expected to behave respectfully and professionally.

16/08/2026: This is my regular pizza place for many years, but when I came home with a pepperoni family pizza the other day, my kids asked: "why is it burnt!?" (see picture) - so I hope this is a one-off incident - that will NOT happen again.

07/08/2026: Lousy place, he wouldn't serve me at 1:00 and it says they are open until 3:00. Absolutely miserable.

12/08/2026: I had the chicken pita and it had “ no taste at all and it was cold. Futher I discovered at least three hairs inside the pita bread. Altogether I really wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

19/07/2026: Ordered delivery while visiting from Toronto and the food was spectacular. My first time trying a salad pizza, but I am a believer. Prices were fair and it showed up hot and ready to go. The kids loved it too. The delivery did take longer than expected but It was right before the world cup final, so what would I expect? When I called they were apologetic and assured me it was out for delivery, and sure enough it showed up within minutes! I would highly recommend. Thanks very .much guys! A great start to our visit!

14/06/2026: Horrible. Ordered on uber eats and we waited over an hour past what they said and called them 3 times. They said “5 minutes” every time and then eventually the store closed and they stopped answering. Never got our food

25/07/2026: Stopped here for an ice cream. The ice cream was good and the prices were okay! Small place where there are not a lot of tourists. Which suits me. Very nice staff!

24/06/2026: A fantastic experience. Friendly yet respectful staff, delicious food. I especially recommend the falafel wrap and the french fries.

12/06/2026: Unfortunately closed, very cold winter day. Could have had a cup of hot coffee, and also no coffee carts at Havfruen. But the area is nice to walk around. Visited the kiosk again on a summer day, and had a good cup of coffee. Nice large selection of delicacies, but a bit expensive. Sweet service.

06/06/2026: We were there yesterday and are still stunned by the staff's behavior. From the very beginning, we were treated rudely and condescendingly. When we tried to resolve the situation, one of the employees even became aggressive and banged on the window from the inside, right next to my boss. Such behavior is absolutely disrespectful. I have rarely experienced anything like it. No matter how hungry or thirsty you are, after this experience I would never buy anything there again. Anyone who values ​​respectful treatment should definitely find another place.

30/06/2026: The food was quite good. The pizza was really good, and even the desserts tasted good! The only real problem was the downright rudeness of the clerks! They gave monosyllabic answers, giving incorrect information about a typical dessert, which is very serious, especially if you have allergies or intolerances. They were very annoyed and annoyed, even though there weren't such a huge crowd. In fact, they didn't even respond to our greeting. Absolutely nothing, as far as I'm concerned! Luckily, Copenhagen has plenty of other 7 Elevens scattered around the city, so hopefully the staff will be a little more friendly and polite!

10/05/2026: the night security screams at you for anything at all, they push you out if you take 5 minutes to order, only screamed at the women there, not the men doing the exact same thing, terrible experience! i hope it gets better

12/03/2026: Ordered a shawarma sandwich - A super boring meal with unbaked bread and the meat had nothing to do with shawarma :(

16/12/2025: Bought a panini sandwich there. The bread was warmed up but not the sandwich. Cold pizza topping. Yum

26/07/2026: The food was really good. I ordered a medium rare entrecote and that's exactly what I got. It was cooked to perfection and really tender! The vegetables were delicious and had a good bite to them.

22/07/2026: Too red for what I ordered and my friend's was too done for her order. Not worth the money
