31/05/2026: Terrible service, they don't even look you in the eye and say "hello". It's good to hire young people, but please take the time to train them. I waited 15 minutes without being able to order, they are busy processing online customers. "Unprofessional"

12/04/2026: Apart from a nice employee, there is nothing good to say about the place. The food is disgusting, the salads seem old, and the sandwich bread is dry. The restaurant is filthy, the floor and door are completely destroyed, the windows are super dirty and so are the tables, even though there were no customers. Very disappointing experience

02/10/2026: I was pulled aside and the guard said that at 50 years old I was too old to be there. I was guided out on the pretext of saying something to me and never came back in.

20/09/2026: I don't usually give bad reviews but this is an exception. First of all they refused entry to a Danish woman because she had a small Palestinian flag on her t-shirt seriously?! And on top of that my friend got robbed here too. I wish I had gone somewhere else it was a completely bad experience 0 stars. Please go somewhere else, night ruined

19/09/2026: I have tried a lot in my life but Laluna is my worst experience I have never met such an arrogant shop owner I can understand if he had anything to do with it, his shop is filthy his food stinks of rot we had to throw all the food out because it was impossible to eat with that stench. When we tell the owner about our bad experience he starts shouting and screaming and berating us on the phone. We know others from the area who have eaten from Laluna and had the same bad experience, think our dog couldn't stand the damp rotten smell and ran into the back room that says it all, he loves a piece of pizza otherwise. So if you want to protect yourself and your children from a bacteria bomb, then for God's sake boycott that wretched man and his damp disgusting shop. A man like that should never be allowed to run a business. You would think he is bribing the food inspectorate that shop should be closed forever. So let's all stand together and boycott laluna it ends up with him killing someone with old and rotten food that's without exaggerating we took one or two bites of his food then the whole family was in fetal position for a week with a stomach infection. 16/08/2026: This is my regular pizza place for many years, but when I came home with a pepperoni family pizza the other day, my kids asked: "why is it burnt!?" (see picture) - so I hope this is a one-off incident - that will NOT happen again.

12/08/2026: I had the chicken pita and it had “ no taste at all and it was cold. Futher I discovered at least three hairs inside the pita bread. Altogether I really wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

06/10/2025: The food is top quality, I had their delicious pizza sandwich, which tasted wonderful. The service is good and I was greeted with a smile and humor. There is a good selection of beers that sit well on the palate ;). All in all, a cozy place that I will return to :)

31/08/2026: ordered their nuggets and pasta bolognese, it’s uneatable and indigestible. I’m so disappointed, was looking forward for my night food and though I was pretty hungry I decided to skip this because of how bad it smelled and looked. I took one bite and instantly regretted it.

19/08/2026: Ordered a Sheekh Kebab Roll, it was cold, the yufka flatbread was stiff, there was so minimal meat in it, few cucumbers and the rest lettuce, and over-drenched in dressing. He couldn't find what he needed to make it, he searched in drawers and cupboards? This is actually the first time I've been nervous about eating takeaway. Didn't seem like something they sold a lot of, and you wonder how long it's been sitting there. It was 75 kr right out the window.

24/07/2026: By mistake I ordered from Punjabi Østerbro, namely Amagerbrogade. I immediately called Østerbro and asked for help to correct the order. However, they would not help and said that I should call YoYo myself, as they would not cancel the order. Could not find the number for YoYo, so drove from Amager to Østerbro for the food. When I arrive, there is no food, as they say the order has been cancelled. On the way home they call and say that the food is ready. When I arrive again, I can see that he is standing there making it. I simply think that they showed very well that I could not just get hold of someone at YoYo and they could then have scored payment without delivery.

The garlic bread was not at all what I expected from garlic bread – it had practically become something that looked like a pizza. The nachos were also very disappointing. A significant part was badly burnt, which can be clearly seen in the pictures. But the worst was 2 × “Half Grill Chicken without accessories”. The chicken was extremely greasy/oily and also had an unpleasant smell. It almost felt like it had been dipped in oil rather than being the grilled chicken I had ordered. Just by touching the surface with my fingers, they were immediately visibly covered in oil/grease – which is also evident in my pictures. I left both chicken portions untouched, because I simply did not want to eat them in that state. I reported the problem through Wolt and sent several pictures. So I was very surprised to learn that the restaurant thought the chicken was “perfect.” That certainly doesn’t match my experience. It’s not about the food looking exactly like the promotional image. It’s about the food I actually received: garlic bread that didn’t meet my expectations, badly burnt nachos, and extremely greasy and smelly “grilled” chicken. 12/02/2026: I ordered take away for 4 via Wolt and unfortunately the food was very disappointing. Chicken bowl was cold, dry and just not tasty… noone finished any of the food. Will not order again.

28/05/2026: I was at this club recently and unfortunately it was a really bad experience. The atmosphere among the staff seemed professional, but one young guard with black curly hair in particular behaved in a way that I found unpleasant and unnecessarily confrontational. I honestly think the management should have a chat with him about how to treat guests properly. Of course, guards are expected to keep order, but they are also expected to behave respectfully and professionally.
