07/08/2026: It is shit dirty there in the eating area. And they are understaffed. So busy. People are literally sitting in other peoples’ leftovers eating.

15/05/2026: Writes the wrong name at the cash register and then there are 6 employees staring at coffee etc. on the counter. Wrote Aksel instead of Christian. It's not so easy to hear wrong. Mistakes happen but completely indifferent treatment afterwards

26/09/2025: We held our team day at Herkomst. It was a full-day event with meetings, catering, dinner and a party. We simply couldn't have had a better experience. Everything worked from start to finish – the details were well thought out, the food was really delicious, and the drinks were just right. A special thank you to Signe, who was always attentive, helpful and ensured that we had a good time the whole way through. It made a huge difference and gave the experience an extra boost. We can highly recommend the place, both for professional and social events, or just a nice evening – we left with smiles and good memories!

12/02/2026: I ordered take away for 4 via Wolt and unfortunately the food was very disappointing. Chicken bowl was cold, dry and just not tasty… noone finished any of the food. Will not order again.

26/04/2026: 26/04/2026 midnight Have ordered menu no. 9 via Wolt, I chose an optional can of soda (Coca Cola Zero) where I then got a “Harboe Cola” instead, which tastes****. So you might also be better off throwing a few more fries into your menu of 120kr, that's at least the cheapest food you can add.

10/04/2026: Unfortunately I had a really bad experience here. The pictures almost speak for themselves. The pizza was not baked properly - the base was very soft and didn't seem done, which made the whole pizza soggy and heavy, especially after the salad was added. I pointed out the problem, but was told that this is their standard way of baking pizza. It was disappointing, as the result in my opinion does not live up to the usual quality. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the place based on this experience and would suggest considering other options.

09/07/2026: It appeared open on Google Maps, but it was closed when we arrived. I'd like to ask the business to fix it.

04/07/2026: Bought a coffee with my friend and sat outside with a friend who was just finishing a bottle of juice from a kiosk and the owner came outside and tried to scold us and shame us for bringing outside drinks when one of us purchased coffee. Very rude and unwelcome, he also asked if we were Danish, (we're not). I can't recommend coming here if you're not white and Danish. The coffee was also watery.

04/08/2026: Didn't get my child's bun and there was a lot of pee

28/06/2026: I understand that coffee isn't prepared the same way here as in Spain, but I tried to explain and there was no willingness to listen. The shop assistant was ill-tempered and impatient.

02/08/2026: The harbor fee is outrageous; I moored for half an hour and paid 140 DKK, about €20. The harbor master was quite disgruntled. The island itself is interesting, with a fortress dating from 1910 to 1914.

17/07/2026: We arrived by boat from Nyhavn and had been looking forward to a good meal of "Fish & chips" to go. We have tasted the dish in several places in Copenhagen and the surrounding area and unfortunately have to say that this was the dullest meal for the tidy sum of 125 kr. We also bought a small rhubarb water 27.5 cl for 50 kr We could only eat half of the few fries that came with it, as the remaining small leftovers had been mummified in the wishing well. If I have to say something positive, the fish breading was crispy, but unfortunately also so thick that it filled more than the actual fish that was inside. It will be a no thanks, for another good meal.

23/12/2025: We were at Christmas lunch on December 6th and I must admit I have never put my teeth into food that was as bad as yours, overcooked dishes, and rice pudding you could have eaten with a straw.. There is also time so it only takes a little under an hour then all the food is removed despite several people still being hungry.. a red, boring light that hung over us the whole time, all the food looked the same on the plate and people had several times difficulty seeing what they were stuffing into their mouths, old plastic glasses with scratches, chips in the glasses, as well as a really sad selection of beers and only crap as part of a bracelet for a whole 895,- that is unheard of and doormen who leaned up a fucking ball several times ... The bartenders were nice, that's why a star goes off for each of the 2 ... But never if I set foot there again

21/11/2025: If the sound of a typewriter fed with tinfoil and being kicked down a flight of stairs could be translated into a fairly quantifiable experience, it would probably be very apt for the experience of having a Christmas party at this place. An otherwise fair price of just over 400 kr per place setting for around 100 people sounds like a bargain that even the most hardy stingy-ass wouldn't be able to afford. However, the Christmas magic fades quickly as you, as a participant, are cheated out of 40 kr in the cloakroom before you've even entered a place you've already booked yourself... logic is also being sought in this regard. A sticky floor and a ceiling light that pleases moles easily describe the experience of sitting at the table - 57 minutes after the food is served, everyone still hasn't had anything to eat. This naturally creates additional sales at the bar, but here too there are flaws in the experience. The distribution of beer in jugs is kept to a minimum and again people are only able to get a serving (after a long time in a queue that makes the experience before the fence falls over at Roskilde Festival seem like child's food) after almost an hour... which naturally puts a damper on the mood once the first hour of the free bar has passed. The staff are nice, but I would estimate that the shift planning could use a little expansion due to the fact that an event is to be held. They run too fast, the sweet employees. A short summary will follow. I would rather smear my knees in pesto while riding a Long John through 10,000 suspended fluorescent tubes without safety glasses than I would go to Christmas dinner here again. I am waiting in anticipation to see if the glue on the dance floor prevents one from jitterbugging out into the late hours of the night. Mojn.

16/08/2026: Cold pita bread, terrible service, the food is ready before you've even paid.. also when you say pita bread is cold it's because of the dressing says the man behind the counter.. stay away

10/08/2026: The food was very bad because it had no sauce and the meat was dry, and wrapping of the Shawarma was so bad that I spilled half of my food, and the salad was just letuce no onion, no cucumber no tomato, price 75kr👎👎👎

21/11/2025: Really disappointing experience. We showed genuine IDs, traveled a long way to get here, and were still turned away for no real reason. The staff were dismissive and rude, and it felt like they barely bothered to check anything. After spending the whole day getting to this place, the way we were treated was honestly infuriating. Would not recommend.

16/11/2025: Very bad service. 150kr for entrance and there was hardly anyone in there on a Saturday night. On top of that it cost 40kr for cloakroom and a beer cost 60kr Don't go there!

23/08/2026: Worst club I've ever been to. The people are unfriendly, the dance floor is tiny (you're practically dancing with your back against the wall because it's so packed). If you're willing to pay for a private lounge and spend a LOT of money, it might be fun. But if you just want to have fun on the dance floor, don't go. The music is awful (just house music with overly loud bass); my grandma could DJ better.

16/08/2026: There was a blond girl that worked there and did not let me in because of my skin color. She proceeded to call security and the litterly dragged me out. This club is full of piece of rasist all workers.

21/04/2026: The lady at the counter was very sweet, but the piece of cake that I bought there yesterday was the worst cake in my whole life. Sadly, it smelled like an old grandpa and tasted like a mothball, plainly impossible to eat. We also bought a linse, which seemed slightly better, but the taste of egg was overwhelming. Unfortunately, both pieces had to go to the trash bin since we could not force ourselves to eat them.
