16/04/2025: Det er den ringeste service ever. Vi kom ind og blev henvist til et bord 30 og bestilte på deres app som var ved bord 30. Min kone fik sin sodavand hurtigt til bord 30. Der gik 15 min så gik jeg op og spurgte op de havde glemt min øl. Hov det var en fejl fair nok jeg fik min øl til bord 30. Vores mad var ikke kommet endnu efter 45 min til bord 30 så jeg gik op og så at det bare stod på disken, jeg spurgte hvor lang tid der gik, og damen sagde at de ikke kunne finde bord 30 så derfor. Jeg vil have penge tilbage fordi det havde stået længe på baren. Men det kunne jeg ikke få fordi jeg havde bestilt på app. Vi venter 20 min mere på vores mad. Kommer der aldrig igen. Hvad sker der for den fine restaurant . Dem der var på arbejde den dag var bare ligeglade, og man føler sig dum .Jeg har selv firma og ville aldrig behandle mine kunder på den måde.

03/04/2025: Habíamos estado tomando unas copas afuera en el hermoso clima, y luego decidimos mudarnos adentro para comer algo. Acabábamos de comprar otra ronda de bebidas y luego nos dijeron que la cocina estaba cerrada (alrededor de las 20 : 30 ) . Dijimos que nos habían dicho que la cocina estaba cerrada a las 21 , y si lo hubiéramos sabido, no habríamos tomado más bebidas sino que nos habríamos ido a otro lugar. El camarero dijo: "Solo te digo lo que me han dicho. " Pedimos hablar con su manager. Luego volvió a nosotros y dijo que todavía había alguien alrededor, y nuestras comidas se proporcionaron después de todo. Nada más empezar a comer antes de que una mujer (supuestamente su manager) se acercara y nos dijera en tono hosco e impaciente, ¿podríamos terminar nuestras comidas y beber ya que estaban cerrando en 15 minutos y "quería irse a casa" y "ya nos habían avisado que no solían recibir pedidos después de las 20 : 30" (que nadie tenía, pero ella seguía discutiendo con nosotros). Le dijimos que su actitud hacia nosotros era inapropiada, condescendiente y condescendiente. Sinceramente, no podía creer que nos hablaran así. Ya habíamos gastado una cantidad considerable en bebidas (y no, no estábamos borrachos y ruidosos) , pero fuimos tratados como un inconveniente por esta mujer grosera. En serio necesita mejorar su juego con respecto al servicio al cliente o encontrar otro trabajo.

09/03/2025: Really good food. But the operation is a completely different matter. Firstly, only half of what we ordered arrived so my son has no food. Don't come until 10 minutes later. When we had to pay, there was just a little extra on the bill. I don't really notice it and just pay and look at the receipt. I say something is wrong here. I didn't order so much, I only got one of them. I want money back and I don't get the right amount back and I say unfortunately something is missing. Looks at me angrily and gives me the last. You can't even say sorry or we regret it. If it goes, it goes. You think

28/02/2025: Expensive Indian restaurant but taste was acceptable. Need to improve in their customer service a bit.

06/06/2025: I had a bad experience on July 6th. It said online (and they usually do) that they closed at 12pm, but at 12:30 I was refused food. Incredibly bad service

21/02/2025: Les plats sont minuscules malgré des prix qui peuvent apparaître raisonnables. Aussi, même en considérant le prix élevé des restaurants à Copenhague, ce restaurant est finalement horriblement cher.

09/06/2025: We visited the restaurant around 5:00 PM, but the buffet was almost empty – the only thing available was stale bulgur. When we asked if the food would be replenished, the staff said “five minutes”, but after 15 minutes of waiting, only a bowl of salad was brought out. When we asked again, the owner came and spoke rudely and disrespectfully: “Eat what is there or leave.” A very unpleasant experience – no respect for customers, empty buffet and an owner who seems only interested in money. I strongly advise against visiting this place.

06/06/2025: very bad experience because all food are totally tasteless,pizza was made at least 2days ago.Items are very limited.Totally waste of money.

04/02/2025: Was there after choir, we received lovely and friendly service. Unfortunately, there was no draft beer, but accidents happen everywhere. The opening hours are somewhat short, closing at 10 pm is early, I understood that it was connected with the rest of the residents of the house.

11/06/2025: Greasy surfaces and horrible toilet smell. Not exactly appetizing. You need a good immune system to go in here.

01/04/2025: I have been to parties three times at Vandværket, where the first two times were excellent - nice room, good food and nice service. But for Christmas lunch on December 24, the most miserable meal I have ever come across was served. Christmas lunch food is otherwise difficult to really ruin, but this one succeeded completely. Completely inedible. On top of that, there was only 1 toilet for a party room with 90+ guests 🫣

26/01/2025: Excellent premises. But too few toilets and mess with the gas in the kitchen drags it down.

01/05/2025: It’s a perfect place to go as a family, so everyone can choose what they want! The atmosphere is very nice and the all the food is very well made. For me my favourite is the crispy sushi, but everything is delicious!

01/05/2025: Best sushi in Copenhagen, everything is very well made. The service is also really good!! I think the all you can eat is very worth the price, and just overall it was an amazing experience!

12/05/2025: I had a really unpleasant experience at Øz Konya. I was served by a waitress who did not understand Danish, and instead of handling the situation kindly, she was clearly annoyed. Her attitude and violent arm movements went straight to me as a customer, and I felt very badly treated. In fact, the situation made me so uneasy that I chose to leave my food behind because I was afraid it might have been spat on or worse. Unfortunately, it is not a place I would like to visit again.

05/01/2025: The cleanliness was appalling. Unfortunately the floor inside was very dirty. The meat tastes like gingerbread. Well, if you like it... The Dürüms were at least somewhat massive.

29/12/2024: Bought a pita bread for DKK 69, it was smaller than my hand and at the same time it tasted like nothing. You get nothing for your money

03/05/2025: The coffee was really weak and the milk was too hot, the chocolate milk was tasteless with barely any chocolate in it. Overall it was very expensive. The sitting area was dirty.. Would not recommend..

20/01/2025: The city's best Pizzaria. My absolute favorite pizzeria in Copenhagen. Really delicious food, good prices. Perfect bases are a good starting point for a good pizza and you get that here. Always good pizzas with fresh ingredients, delicious pizzas with a thin, crispy base and good filling. You are always customer friendly.😊

20/01/2025: I have to say that it is the best Pizza I have ever bought. I have eaten pizza in many places and the base of the pizza dough was fantastic and the toppings on the pizza were of the highest quality. The service was also top class, so I give this place my best recommendations.😊
