27/09/2026: Most embarrasing security personell i've ever experienced in Copenhagen. Went there the 26th of september for the Perreo Social Club. Having bought tickets beforehand, like many other people, we arrived into a massive, tight and unorganized line. All of the sudden the girl behind me passes out, stands up, and passes out again multiple times, where I in the midst of the chaotic line try to contact the security. They did nothing about the girl, and instead they warned people, that was creating space for the passed out girl, that if they kept pushing they would get thrown out. How can you call yourself security personell after that I dont know. And also, they had two lines at the event, one for people who have already bought tickets, and one for people who haven't. And they even started to let people in without tickets before they let in people with tickets, probably because they could upsell. But no sense of service for people who actually pre bought their tickets.

05/09/2026: Never order food from here. The pizza was undercooked, the salad on the pizza was grey and it all just tasted really bad. We ordered 8 pizzas and none of them tasted even remotely good. Would have been more satisfying with a frozen pizza instead.

12/03/2026: Ordered a shawarma sandwich - A super boring meal with unbaked bread and the meat had nothing to do with shawarma :(

12/06/2026: Unfortunately closed, very cold winter day. Could have had a cup of hot coffee, and also no coffee carts at Havfruen. But the area is nice to walk around. Visited the kiosk again on a summer day, and had a good cup of coffee. Nice large selection of delicacies, but a bit expensive. Sweet service.

06/06/2026: We were there yesterday and are still stunned by the staff's behavior. From the very beginning, we were treated rudely and condescendingly. When we tried to resolve the situation, one of the employees even became aggressive and banged on the window from the inside, right next to my boss. Such behavior is absolutely disrespectful. I have rarely experienced anything like it. No matter how hungry or thirsty you are, after this experience I would never buy anything there again. Anyone who values ​​respectful treatment should definitely find another place.

30/06/2026: The food was quite good. The pizza was really good, and even the desserts tasted good! The only real problem was the downright rudeness of the clerks! They gave monosyllabic answers, giving incorrect information about a typical dessert, which is very serious, especially if you have allergies or intolerances. They were very annoyed and annoyed, even though there weren't such a huge crowd. In fact, they didn't even respond to our greeting. Absolutely nothing, as far as I'm concerned! Luckily, Copenhagen has plenty of other 7 Elevens scattered around the city, so hopefully the staff will be a little more friendly and polite!

10/05/2026: the night security screams at you for anything at all, they push you out if you take 5 minutes to order, only screamed at the women there, not the men doing the exact same thing, terrible experience! i hope it gets better

07/08/2026: It is shit dirty there in the eating area. And they are understaffed. So busy. People are literally sitting in other peoples’ leftovers eating.

15/05/2026: Writes the wrong name at the cash register and then there are 6 employees staring at coffee etc. on the counter. Wrote Aksel instead of Christian. It's not so easy to hear wrong. Mistakes happen but completely indifferent treatment afterwards

26/07/2026: The food was really good. I ordered a medium rare entrecote and that's exactly what I got. It was cooked to perfection and really tender! The vegetables were delicious and had a good bite to them.

04/09/2026: If you could give 0 stars I would. This is definitely not even the worst durum I have ever tasted, it is the driest and most soggy meal I have ever had. Stay away from this place, because damn it tastes like *******, sorry for the acid reflux, but really stay away.

04/09/2026: I thought the food here was bomb. Not only was it delicious but I got a lot for what I paid and it was almost instant. I ordered fries and a schwarma sandwich and by the time I was done paying it was on the bar ready for me. Service seemed fine to me. The only issue I had was that the place was pretty dirty. Tables not wiped down, chairs all over the places counters with food. Maybe they didn’t have a busser but there were at least five people working so they could have cleaned it up. Overall it was good and I would go back.

02/08/2026: The harbor fee is outrageous; I moored for half an hour and paid 140 DKK, about €20. The harbor master was quite disgruntled. The island itself is interesting, with a fortress dating from 1910 to 1914.

17/07/2026: We arrived by boat from Nyhavn and had been looking forward to a good meal of "Fish & chips" to go. We have tasted the dish in several places in Copenhagen and the surrounding area and unfortunately have to say that this was the dullest meal for the tidy sum of 125 kr. We also bought a small rhubarb water 27.5 cl for 50 kr We could only eat half of the few fries that came with it, as the remaining small leftovers had been mummified in the wishing well. If I have to say something positive, the fish breading was crispy, but unfortunately also so thick that it filled more than the actual fish that was inside. It will be a no thanks, for another good meal.

29/08/2026: An unexpectedly revealing encounter with the owner of Khorn bakery. We were walking past the bakery when our dog pooped on the public pavement outside the window. I immediately picked it up, bagged it and left the pavement clean. The owner nevertheless came charging outside and began screaming at my girlfriend, before turning on me with a stream of insults and colourful language. His grievance, apparently, was that rather than allowing the dog to finish, I should have dragged it away mid-poop, which would only have spread the mess further. He is a large man, and watching him stand outside his bakery shouting aggressively at a woman and then at me was genuinely intimidating, especially when his tirade lasted for a good amount of time. To be clear: nothing was left outside his shop. There was no mess for him to clean. There was no argument until he created one. Judging from several of the other one-star reviews, this kind of extraordinary behaviour from the owner does not appear to be an isolated incident.

23/12/2025: We were at Christmas lunch on December 6th and I must admit I have never put my teeth into food that was as bad as yours, overcooked dishes, and rice pudding you could have eaten with a straw.. There is also time so it only takes a little under an hour then all the food is removed despite several people still being hungry.. a red, boring light that hung over us the whole time, all the food looked the same on the plate and people had several times difficulty seeing what they were stuffing into their mouths, old plastic glasses with scratches, chips in the glasses, as well as a really sad selection of beers and only crap as part of a bracelet for a whole 895,- that is unheard of and doormen who leaned up a fucking ball several times ... The bartenders were nice, that's why a star goes off for each of the 2 ... But never if I set foot there again

21/11/2025: If the sound of a typewriter fed with tinfoil and being kicked down a flight of stairs could be translated into a fairly quantifiable experience, it would probably be very apt for the experience of having a Christmas party at this place. An otherwise fair price of just over 400 kr per place setting for around 100 people sounds like a bargain that even the most hardy stingy-ass wouldn't be able to afford. However, the Christmas magic fades quickly as you, as a participant, are cheated out of 40 kr in the cloakroom before you've even entered a place you've already booked yourself... logic is also being sought in this regard. A sticky floor and a ceiling light that pleases moles easily describe the experience of sitting at the table - 57 minutes after the food is served, everyone still hasn't had anything to eat. This naturally creates additional sales at the bar, but here too there are flaws in the experience. The distribution of beer in jugs is kept to a minimum and again people are only able to get a serving (after a long time in a queue that makes the experience before the fence falls over at Roskilde Festival seem like child's food) after almost an hour... which naturally puts a damper on the mood once the first hour of the free bar has passed. The staff are nice, but I would estimate that the shift planning could use a little expansion due to the fact that an event is to be held. They run too fast, the sweet employees. A short summary will follow. I would rather smear my knees in pesto while riding a Long John through 10,000 suspended fluorescent tubes without safety glasses than I would go to Christmas dinner here again. I am waiting in anticipation to see if the glue on the dance floor prevents one from jitterbugging out into the late hours of the night. Mojn.

21/11/2025: Really disappointing experience. We showed genuine IDs, traveled a long way to get here, and were still turned away for no real reason. The staff were dismissive and rude, and it felt like they barely bothered to check anything. After spending the whole day getting to this place, the way we were treated was honestly infuriating. Would not recommend.

16/11/2025: Very bad service. 150kr for entrance and there was hardly anyone in there on a Saturday night. On top of that it cost 40kr for cloakroom and a beer cost 60kr Don't go there!

20/09/2026: Lousy place. My friend came in, but I wasn't allowed in, even though I was nicely dressed. There was no reason. When I went in anyway, I was detained and put on the ground by three doormen until the police came and charged me with disorderly conduct.

18/09/2026: Horrific place! Cost 200DKK in which is far too expensive, and then when your inside the security guards forces you to put your jacket in the clothing are (which of course costs extra). I told him I was going to keep my jacket and he told me to go home then. Rude staff (security and the girl who charges for entry), horrible service and overall a horrific night. Crowded and sweaty dance floor. Do not recommend and will not be back ✌️
