22/07/2026: This was the most unfriendly restaurant I have ever visited in my life. I'm not sure if she was an employee or the owner, but the service was brusque and unfriendly, and the service was unhygienic. For example, when she brought us our cups, she was holding them with her fingers inside. The overall service was truly the worst. What good is it if the food is delicious? I will absolutely never go back or recommend this restaurant. :( This was, without a doubt, the most unfriendly restaurant I have ever visited. 20/04/2026: This place has good quality food and has an amazing all you can eat model, where you can order all the sushi you like as well as all the hot dishes you’d like. Everything is made fresh, you can really taste it. I love the fact that you can not only order sushi but also dim sum and really good hot dishes like fried rice, and a good variety of meat and vegetables dishes. I would say this is a hidden gem, as it has the perfect balance of all you can eat, good verity and freshly made food! Would definitely recommend, and I will add this to my list of go to places for sure (especially since I’ve just moved to Vanløse, and I’m grateful to have found this place as a result)

11/03/2026: Nice sushi spot with fresh ingredients and quick service. A good place for a simple and tasty Japanese meal.

15/07/2026: Really delicious take out. Lots of filling and great fries. Friendly staff. We had to wait 30 minutes as it was really busy especially with deliveries but worth it.

14/06/2026: Good bread. Really good fries. The flank steak was so tough, sinewy and full of gristle that it crunched in every bite.

03/08/2026: Do not go here. We picked to come here due to the good reviews and boy im baffled as to why they have them. 1.5 hours to get our food. 30 minutes trying to leave and no waiter would come to give us our bill. Also got drinks wrong. Also added a 25% surchage. And we asked for tap water and yet they sneakily added a charge for tap water (we literally told the waiter we wanted free tap water when we ordered). When we contested this, we were told they only bring the free tap water in glasses and that they had to specially fill this bottle for us with tap water so theres a charge. Never did we ask for a bottle, just for some tap water. This place is a rip off and just live on scamming tourists. Also if we had known itd take 1.5 hours for food we would have never sat down. Also strange since the booking says max 1.5 hours seating time.

01/08/2026: We wanted to try the smørrebrød. They were good, but not exceptional. Around €100 for two open-faced sandwiches, a Wiener schnitzel (too dry), and four drinks. That's quite expensive for what it was.

08/08/2026: The bartender scolded me for asking her name and now I've had too many beers.

25/01/2026: *A Delightful Dining Experience at Le Lac! 🌟* We went for dinner at Le Lac in Østerbro, and it quickly became one of the restaurants in our list in Copenhagen🍴 The food was a treat - entree dishes like the beef tartar (see pictures) were not only delicious but beautifully presented. Portions were generous and perfectly balanced. For main dishes, we had the duck with mushrooms which was amazing and the monk fish which was superb! The service was impeccable. When they requested a last-minute change in the booking, they were super accommodating and even offered us a glass of sparkling wine on the house 😊. Top-notch hospitality! Located in the heart of Østerbro, Le Lac's cozy interior design sets the tone for a relaxed yet upscale evening. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a dinner date or night out with friends. Would definitely recommend trying their seasonal menu - the flavors and presentation were on point. Great spot to discover in Copenhagen! We will be definitely be back……

20/08/2026: Super good atmosphere, and the staff is welcoming. They are passionate about what they recommend. Not just the most expensive on the menu, but listen to what you like. Huge recommendation from here. I will come back again.

22/08/2026: Very tight and compact restaurant. High noise level. It doesn't help that there are tiles on the walls. The menu was quite good. 6 small dishes for 275 kr. The bread was really good. Two of the dishes were not as good as the rest. Squid salad with carrots and celery... Didn't work for me. The potato balls were a bit too salty. But we were full. The staff consisting of a very natural blonde girl, a brown-haired American-speaking girl and a Swedish guy were really nice and present. Especially the blonde girl and the Swede had an unseen good charisma.

19/08/2026: Incredible food, even more marvelous service. The music was on point and honestly just a wonderful experience. Please check them out. They were really accommodating of our food restrictions even with a large party. So wonderful.

04/08/2026: Supper rude staff! The monkey gin on the wall says 100 kr but they wanted to charge me 150, they said they made a mistake! When I asked them to adjust the price because thats what the sign says, they were extremely rude and told me that it would stupid of me to believe it would be so cheap anf that i should use. common sense! Super rude and condescending! Never stepping a foot there again! Update : this is exactly how it went! You are very rude ! to me and Christian (my boyfriend). Back then you called me stupid and now you are indirectly implying that im lying! I don't accept your appology!
