17/10/2024: I'm naturally a bit anxious, but the bartender was super friendly, calm, and easy to talk to without it being too overbearing. I really enjoyed this place! The drinks, the nachos, and the games were awesome. It's a great hidden gem with affordable prices and great quality

12/09/2024: Cozy place with cool atmosphere. The staff is always ready with a recommendation for games and if they have time, they will probably bring the food to you so you don't have to leave the table. Can definitely be recommended for board game fanatics of all ages 😁

25/11/2024: I had asked Kim from Quist Wine to set the framework for this year's Christmas lunch at the men's club. Let me just start by saying that I am extremely pleased with the event on Saturday. Kim has set the bar high with the level of service and general excellence he has pioneered over the years. So my expectations were high, but they were met to that extent, and it was just a huge pleasure. Surroundings: Hard to beat the beautiful, atmospheric surroundings of the cozy Cantina. Good space and comfortable with "privacy", despite the fact that later in the evening other companies came in there. It worked really well. Staff: Wow, huge pat on the back to both primary host Thomas who expertly guided us through the wines, and to Jeppe who took over later. Both guys were fabulous at quickly capturing the "mood" around the table and coming up with expert and often funny ping pong. It is not the easiest maneuver in the world as a host, having to communicate both to wine geeks and people with different degrees of wine interest. But they also managed that with bravura. Also kudos to the rest of the staff who were at work, for constantly making sure we were happy and not missing anything. Food: Delicious Italian specialties, bread, sausage, etc. And there was enough of that to lay a good foundation before the actual wine tasting. And the food later in the evening was also excellent and suited the company well. Everyone was happy. Wines: Perfect! Great pleasure to taste our way through a well-chosen line-up, from excellent francicorta to the absolutely fantastic Leuta wines that just always perform. Great to taste Gini's take on an Italian pinot noir, which really took cones around the table. The same also applied to Leuta's Cabernet Franc, which was once again the best wine of the evening (as always)... And then it was great to be allowed to taste an upgraded Bussola Amarone. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It all just played out and I got excellent feedback from the other people in my group.

03/11/2024: It was a great evening with a couple of friends at Quist Vinbar. The knowledge that the staff had about the wines we got was very extensive and it was therefore really exciting to learn about the areas and the people who have produced the good drops.

06/10/2024: Very cozy restaurant in an unexpected place for me. We were also helped very nicely by the waiter. He was very concerned about my health 😉

20/09/2024: A very nice café or restaurant, which is attached to the museum. The prices are moderate and normal for Danish standards. The selection is varied and the food tastes very good. We had the salami pizza. The staff is very friendly and special requests are also taken into account.

02/12/2024: Cozy place with a good atmosphere. Good service. Had their "Christmas" Brunch with coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. There is plenty of food and it tasted really good. Anyway, I was full and couldn't eat it all.

14/10/2024: We were at a 90's party where draft beer tickets had been bought which started at 8pm and no end time, but at 10pm it was closed for beer, we talked but quite a few guests out front and everyone was unhappy as it wasn't written anywhere that it was an end time , so it was a half-expensive evening. Dj played the same songs over again, grumpy waitresses, all in all a miserable experience, as we usually have good experiences with the 80's party

06/10/2024: Called in to order dinner takeaway. Was told that there was a party so we had to call after 19 that the kitchen was open, for orders again we did so, but then got told that it wasn't open for takeaway at all, I thought I could have known that an hour before, so I could find another place and order as I had to anyway 🤦

01/12/2024: A wonderful place, especially with fantastic grilled meats prepared in various ways. In my opinion, the restaurant is unrivaled in this respect, compared to other establishments of this type. A wide selection of side dishes, salads and very friendly service make the place very popular. It's better to book a table to avoid waiting in line. A big advantage is that everyone will find something for themselves. The late lunch was a real treat. I will definitely come back.

29/09/2024: Considering the price, I was probably a little disappointed with the food. It was nice, but not something I will particularly remember. I tried Moules Frites for the first time. But with only three fritters and, on the other hand, so many clams that I couldn't finish, the name of the dish was perhaps not entirely accurate. Con fit duck with pickled rose hips was tasty and so were the five French cheeses with pickled sea buckthorn. The wines went well with the food, but not some that I particularly remember. The decor was charming and informal, while the service was on the formal side. Maybe a bit of a mismatch - maybe just me not going out to eat enough. The biggest 'red flag', however, was probably the food smell from the kitchen, which stung our eyes and got into our clothes.

18/10/2024: Nice room, we never got the charger to work and the hotel couldn't help. The morning food fantastic.

22/09/2024: The room seemed a bit tired but overall a nice hotel. And nice to be greeted by a Danish-speaking employee at check-in. I am often in Copenhagen and there is often no one who speaks Danish. Friendly staff. Damn good view over beautiful Aalborg.

02/10/2024: One of Aalborg's best pizzas! The quality is top notch, and especially the raw materials are at the center here. A big recommendation from here.

28/08/2024: Without a doubt, gug's best pizza. Picture is an Alm pizza with ham and cheese. Will probably update when I've been through several different pizzas.
