06/01/2026: Meat is expensive. We knew that. We expected service and food and drinks after that. That didn't happen. After a reasonable starter, the rest was a disappointment. The wine menu was crap and way too expensive and way too little wine. The main menu was disappointing and way too little and of poor quality. Service was too busy and we waited way too long to finally be able to pay to leave the place again. Sorry. Not again.

30/12/2025: Went for the first time to Meat in Aalborg. Beautiful experience with a lot of flavours. We went for the 7 dishes sharing menu, it was absolutely delicious to try out some new flavours together with a wine pairing. Staff were very friendly and good with their English explanations. The wine explanation was sometimes a touch confusing. Expensive restaurant. Overall good experience!

15/12/2025: On a recent business trip I had one of the best meals of my life at Textur. I was solo, always a little awkward, but the staff were welcoming and kind, and the atmosphere was cozy. I was absolutely blown away by the non-alcoholic pairings. As a non-drinker I'm so accustomed to just having sparkling water with my meals - the opportunity to have a well-considered non-alcoholic options was such a treat. The horseradish-infused lemonade with the fish was especially well-executed. I had the 3-course menu + the snacks. The food was fabulous; very affordable given the extreme quality, and delicious. Staff were very knowledgeable about what they were serving and had no trouble at all translating ingredients and methods into English. A wonderful meal, which I'll remember for a long time.

11/02/2026: Simply spectacular. They treat every detail with meticulous attention to detail. Each dish is an explosion of flavor. Truly a perfect experience. 100% recommended.

17/07/2025: Large selection of ceramics and colors. Good information, inspiring ideas, very welcoming and skilled staff. Cozy interior, good workplaces with brushes, water, cloths, etc. so you can concentrate on being creative. Overall a good place with many options for both beginners and experienced artists.

30/11/2025: I have to say I'm disappointed, it was better when I picked it up the first time. This time half of the maki rolls were really small and therefore fell apart - the cheap half of the rolls were regular size. So I don't really know if it's to save money? In addition, there was tail inside the ebi roll itself, not so they stuck out and were visible to remove. But inside the roll, so you only noticed it after the bite was in your mouth. Not delicious.

10/01/2026: Very good Steaks, spareribs and good craft beer. Friendly staff and a great restaurant atmosphere. We weren't familiar with the chain before and ate there twice during our visit to Aalborg.

05/01/2026: Nice atmosphere, especially if you are into Star Wars with Jar Jar Binks and Yoda displayed in the restaurant. Food is descent for the price.

12/02/2026: Really good food, there's never a finger to put on anything there, but it's really annoying that when you make a reservation it says you have the table until 6:25 pm and at 5:58 pm we're asked to leave because they need the table at 6:00 pm.. very annoying when we were actually sitting and talking about getting dessert, so we couldn't..

08/11/2025: Always good service and amazing vegan food. They have a separate vegan menu and they specify that it is cooked separately from the meat. Very nice people.

23/08/2025: Nice hot dog stand with cozy outdoor seating. The hot dogs were good and the service was fast and friendly. It's a plus that the food is served on porcelain. Will we come again? Yes, definitely.
