31/05/2025: Vi har i dag fået den bedste behandling og blev tildelt det bedste bord i solen i gårdhaven. Vi blev betjent af skønne Eva som gav os en virkelig god og positiv oplevelse.
Vi vil klart anbefale dette sted. Lækker mad og god stemning.

27/07/2025: Booked a room for 2 nights and called right away to say I would be at the hotel earlier than agreed. Was told the room would be ready before arrival, but ended up waiting for several hours at the reception. Was also not allowed to eat my lunch at the reception. In the evening it was far too hot and no air conditioning. Booked with breakfast, but was told it was not included anyway. Overall bad experience.

12/07/2025: The food was a true celebration of the fresh seasonal ingredients – each dish was a unique taste experience with exciting combinations and nuances of flavours for everyone to enjoy. The presentation was elegant and it was clear that the chefs put a lot of love and care into every single element.
The staff were professional, friendly and extremely attentive 👍

20/07/2025: Overall, the location was great, and the breakfast was good. However, the room was not air conditioned . The room was an oven, and the bad on the terrace played until about midnight making sleep impossible.

Good breakfast and nice place in the heart of Skagen.

22/07/2025: The pizza was supposed to be Italian, but it was just like any other place, just average.
22/07/2025: Bestilte bruschetta ved bordene på torvet, men fik i stedet en deep pan minipizza, der sejlede i hvidløg og ost.
Forsøgt camoufleret ved at skære igennem i fire stykker.
Hvis jeg ville have pizza, havde jeg bestilt en.
Det her var usmageligt skandaløst.
Madden matchede desværre servicen, som en non eksisterende. Været på stedet fire gange uden et eneste smil fra tjenerne, der i bedste fald er apatiske. I værste fald ligeglade med deres job og gæsterne, der åbenbart kommer alligevel.
At betalingen kan tage op til et kvarter, hvis altså systemet virkede, understreger blot, at det sejler.
Bordene flød med brugte tallerkenen og glas, og stedet er tydeligvis enten underbemandet eller voldsomt uorganiseret.
Vil jeg komme igen?
Ja for at nyde musik og en kold fadøl, men nu ved jeg, at service er et fremmedord, og bruschetta holder jeg mig langt fra.
Det kunne være stjernegodt, men stedet får kun en stjerne, fordi jeg ikke kan give mindre

08/07/2025: My son got a good burger fried just right, there was no option to buy bacon.
The shooting star tasted really good, especially the shrimp and the bread. It was decorated simply, but it doesn't bother me since I don't eat caviar.

28/07/2025: We had the lunch buffet and it was delicious and inviting. Good atmosphere in the restaurant, not least because of the incredibly nice staff everywhere. The young people who welcome the guests and take plates from the tables were simply so polite and seemed to have energy all the time.
27/07/2025: The food was ok, nothing special. We sat in front of the toilet, which was annoying in itself, all in all not a good experience. The staff was friendly, but it seems more like a bistro than a restaurant. Plastic cups, the waiters don't take orders and it doesn't work great with the buffet in the same place where you also have to pay. If the 2 things were separated and you could take food from 2 sides then the experience would definitely be different. There is potential for it to be really good, but you are probably limited by the space.
