23/10/2025: A really cool little insider tip! The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, it's not too loud, and the food tastes absolutely fantastic! The service is absolutely fantastic. The prices are more than reasonable and very fair 👍. We'd love to come back.

25/11/2025: Cold everywhere, cold in the shower, in the water. The children thought it was too cold and didn't want to swim as we thought. I was so disappointed in the hotel that there was no kettle, no coffee like all other hotels usually have, there was no refrigerator. What would a mother with a small child who needed hot water do? You had to buy coffee and hot water from the reception. Would never go there again

09/11/2025: Cozy and can be recommended, the only downside is a lifeguard who makes it sound like it's because you're from Copenhagen that you say it's really slippery if you want to go from one pool to the deeper one, which he just said, he couldn't understand when he had done it lots of times, but I kept slipping there and he just forgets one thing and that is the customer is always right, so you shouldn't tell people off and don't argue back, but otherwise a great water park and would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

28/10/2025: The best butcher shop in the area! You walk in for a piece of pork loin and walk out with a bag full because everything looks so good, you can't resist. The staff is incredibly kind and always smiling, offering advice and even packaging it for your own family. The meat is fresher than your morning coffee, and the sausage is so good that even a vegetarian would hesitate. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys good food!

I visited while in Skagen for the day and was drawn to the cozy ambiance and welcoming atmosphere. I ordered the Texas Burger, which came with a warm bun, a 200g beef patty, salsa, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, lettuce, onions, pickles, and homemade dressing, all served with crispy fries. The flavors were bold, with the jalapenos adding just the right amount of spice, and the homemade dressing tying everything together perfectly. My wife chose the Hollywood Burger, featuring the same delicious 200g beef patty, topped with sautéed mushrooms, onion rings, cheddar cheese, lettuce, onions, pickles, and the house-made dressing, also accompanied by fries. She loved the richness of the mushrooms and onion rings, which gave the burger a unique, hearty flavor. For our daughter, the Children’s Burger was a hit. A simple, well-sized burger served with fries, it was the perfect portion for her. Restaurant California not only delivered on flavor but also on service. The staff was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. 17/08/2025: Heading: Eminent shrimp food in incredibly cozy surroundings We had been recommended the shrimp dish and it must be said that it did not disappoint in any way. On the contrary, we do not remember when we have had a better one. Fresh ingredients, plenty of shrimp, delicious sourdough and a delicious home-made mayo In the right amount without being vulgar. Simple, but shows what it does when you treat your ingredients well. The potato dish was also delicious and highly recommended, but the shrimp dish was the one you remember. Thank you for the food and good service with a nice bad humor The cake has been a little surprisingly expensive, and in several places you have not felt you got value for money, but that was not the case here

29/08/2025: Hello from Hamburg, We visited this snack bar or restaurant on August 25, 2025. We ordered "Pasta med Kylling" (pasta with chicken, red pepper, cream sauce, and tagliatelle). Very tasty and highly recommended! We also ordered a pizza, which was also very well made. The crust wasn't too thick, the toppings were good, and the size was adequate. Therefore, I can't understand the negative reviews. Conclusion: This restaurant is highly recommended, as not only was the food delicious, but the prices were also reasonable and the service very friendly. We will be back on our next vacation in Denmark ..............

28/08/2025: Went there for dinner on Saturday, August 23, 2025, with three people. It's a true family business where they truly live up to the word "hospitality." The welcome was friendly, making you feel truly welcome. The food was good, nothing to complain about. For anyone who's just finished a day in Skagen and wants a quiet and good meal, I highly recommend this! Thank you for the hospitality and the delicious food.

12/01/2026: I had pasta carbonara, very tasty, unreal hot food. As far as I know pizza, it was just frozen and heated. It's very cold in the room, you need a jacket. The music, it's like in a massage parlor, although it's an "Italian restaurant" 😆

02/12/2025: Great little place with an incredibly cozy atmosphere. The service was top notch and the food even better. Definitely have to come back for more! Good place for a cozy outing, but not for large groups.
