Retterne var nøje veldoserede, smukt præsenterede og baseret på friske velsmagende råvarer af højeste kvalitet. Hver bid var en fornøjelse. Vinkortet er velovervejet og afspejler kærlighed for gode vine. og komplimenterede maden på fornem vis. Servicen var intet mindre end sublim.an føler sig oprigtig velkommen fra første øjeblik. Personalet er nærværende, opmærksomme uden det på noget tidspunkt bliver stift. Jollehuset er stedet man vender tilbage igen og igen. Sancerre klubben

31/03/2025: Always a really nice place to stop by and get warm before we take the last train home to Sæby. The sweet host couple are open all week, bank fun, music and there is always an instrument if someone wants to entertain us and there is always dancing here. Smoking is also allowed, but they have a cozy side room, farm environment, both on the street and more quietly on the farm, so completely reliable to bring non-alcoholic tea with you, who just needs cocoa with whipped cream. Try it, one of Denmark's very old pubs which in my youth was the place where the town's fiddlers created a party in the street. We just have to take care of these pubs, on an equal footing with the sausage cart.

18/04/2025: Visited Sted1 with a party of four and had their 12-course menu which comes in 5 servings in sharing format. From the start there was very slow and uncommitted service, got the first serving - 5 small snacks which were ok on the boring side - and then 40 minutes passed until the next serving which I had to move for, the service did not notice anything - at that time it was 1 hour and 20 minutes since we arrived. 2nd serving was two small dishes with fish - a ceviche which was heavily oversalted and tasted of fish in a bad way - and catfish with roe sauce, which tasted ok but unfortunately was overcooked and dry. Now another 30 minutes passed, after which we again had to move for the next serving, not once did the waiter pass by and e.g. take out after the previous course, hear how the food was, etc. but she just wanted to "join the kitchen". After further waiting, we then got the 4th serving (!) - we had to ask where the 3rd serving had gone? "Didn't you get it? I'll hear from the kitchen" which seemed to be their standard response to everything. 4. the serving, a small piece of lamb with ratatouille which tasted fine, but again on the overcooked side, as well as plum with artichoke which was fried completely dry, we ate on the same plates that the fish had been on, they were not changed even though we had switched from fish to meat. After a 20-minute wait, our 3rd serving then arrived, and it was, together with the dessert, the highlight of the evening - white asparagus and a vol au vent with chicken tasted really good. So did the dessert, but it came again after a long wait, in the meantime we ourselves had cleared our used crockery onto an empty neighboring table as there was no suit for the waiter to do so. The wine list is also quite boring, so all in all not a place that can be recommended in any way.

05/06/2025: We only stayed one night, but it was perfect. We received a truly warm welcome. An excellent and generous breakfast. The location is quiet and surrounded by relaxing nature. We will definitely return.

07/05/2025: We were there on 5/3/25. A great local, the staff is very friendly and super accommodating. The food in terms of price/performance ratio is really great 🙌🏻. The portions are super big. If you get hungry in Skagen, you should definitely stop by there. 👍🏻
