26/06/2025: We stayed two nights. The staff was very welcoming and, despite the language barrier, did everything they could to serve us.
The breakfast was varied and very good.
The restaurant doesn't offer a huge menu, but we found what we were looking for.
If the opportunity arises, we will gladly return.

I ate fettuccine yesterday – and I'm not exaggerating when I say: It was the most delicious dish I've ever eaten in my life! The fettuccine was perfectly al dente, the sauce creamy, spicy, and simply heavenly. Every bite was a dream. I wanted to lick the plate clean!

21/05/2025: Great place for a big beer selection, both on tap and on bottle, as well as biljard, shuffleboard, darts and even cornhole. The woman working the bar was super friendly and helpful, even helped us pick out some local bottled beers. Nice, modern, cozy atmosphere very very close to the harbor.

30/06/2025: I went there because I was in the middle of nowhere and I was super hungry! I went with my friends, we ordered burgers and a 'mix kebab' . The burgers were delicious although the mix kebab was quite awful!! We asked for a salad, and they served us with a plate of lettuce, nothing else !! Only lettuce!!

31/05/2025: We got 3 dishes. Came quite late so that was what the kitchen could do. But it was top class. The hake was perfect and the poussin bombed us back to grandma's kitchen. That dish was 100% right in the cupboard 👌🏻
21/05/2025: Fantastic 7 course menu. Everything was meticulously prepared and you could taste that everything was fresh. We shared a “Grandma’s Garden” drink which tasted really good. The atmosphere is warm, calm and comfortable.

16/07/2025: Don't go with children. The grandmother who runs the place works at her pensioner's pace. We'd planned to spend a day exploring Frederikshavn, but we ended up waiting an hour and 20 minutes for a fried egg.
07/07/2025: Super cozy backyard and good food. Nice playground for the kids to play with while we waited for the food. We had to wait a very long time, so that's a bit of a let down. Cozy staff.
