25/11/2025: Cold everywhere, cold in the shower, in the water. The children thought it was too cold and didn't want to swim as we thought. I was so disappointed in the hotel that there was no kettle, no coffee like all other hotels usually have, there was no refrigerator. What would a mother with a small child who needed hot water do? You had to buy coffee and hot water from the reception. Would never go there again

09/11/2025: Cozy and can be recommended, the only downside is a lifeguard who makes it sound like it's because you're from Copenhagen that you say it's really slippery if you want to go from one pool to the deeper one, which he just said, he couldn't understand when he had done it lots of times, but I kept slipping there and he just forgets one thing and that is the customer is always right, so you shouldn't tell people off and don't argue back, but otherwise a great water park and would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

12/12/2025: Everything's great, except the salespeople aren't welcoming to foreigners. Socialism corrupts people, and that's sad. But otherwise, it's a decent gas station and a decent store.

16/09/2025: I only had a cup of coffee. It was good and the restaurant was very cozy with a glass case containing many fine wines.

27/08/2025: We had a wonderful meal and drinks on the terrace. A good bottle of rosé wine accompanied by tapas made with homemade or local ingredients. Our dog was also welcome and was immediately given water and a biscuit. The friendly waiter was happy to explain their wine and food to us. We're also going to try pickling some vegetables ourselves :)

23/11/2025: Lovely evening at NerD. We had their Christmas lunch with 8 courses and four glasses of wine. Everything was first class. Good atmosphere, sweet and skilled service, tasty wine and incredibly good and exciting food. We would love to come back.

31/10/2025: First of all, we sat and froze! Ordered 3 courses. Sat and waited an hour for the starter, without any snacks or bread. The Frederikshavn toast tasted like the tasteless virgin lobster bisque, just thickened. Waited half an hour more for the next course, the fish was full of bones (which the waitress did make us aware of in advance….-but that didn't make the experience any better!!! They had run out of one dessert and the other - the panna cotta had a nasty sour taste. The waitress apologized for the wait after we complained and said that the chefs had a big business elsewhere in town. We should have at least been given AN extra glass of wine for the long wait!

I ordered the Texas Burger, which came with a warm bun, a 200g beef patty, salsa, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, lettuce, onions, pickles, and homemade dressing, all served with crispy fries. The flavors were bold, with the jalapenos adding just the right amount of spice, and the homemade dressing tying everything together perfectly. My wife chose the Hollywood Burger, featuring the same delicious 200g beef patty, topped with sautéed mushrooms, onion rings, cheddar cheese, lettuce, onions, pickles, and the house-made dressing, also accompanied by fries. 19/12/2025: No matter what you order, there are always wrong items in the order. The last 5 orders, if not more, have either been missing something or wrong items. It must be very difficult to pack items in a bag.
