13/09/2024: It was very, very tasty sushi. The food was lovingly and attractively presented on the plate. The taste reminds me of my trip to Japan. You have to wait a bit because the food is freshly prepared. In our case we had to wait a little longer for the food because there was a lot of take-away. A heartfelt and appropriate apology was given for this. Everything great.

19/10/2024: Went with the family for dinner, I / we certainly won't be coming back, their food is like a freezer from Fakta - fish so dead and you wouldn't even want to use it as dog food. Burger with minute steak, i.e. the ones you buy in Fakta for DKK 20. A salmon salad where you spend more time finding salmon than eating 🙈 I really hope they hire a real chef and not her from Burger King 👎 But their beers are good" also well paid.. The price is simply not fair.

03/11/2024: Didn't try the food when I visited, just a quick stop for a beer. The service was great, friendly staff. Great price for a pint of lager on tap.

25/10/2024: Good place if you want a good steak and baked potatoes. However, I had to have a new steak as it was not red as I had written and told the waiter. It spoils some of the atmosphere that the other sides with the food and I again have to wait for mine.

19/08/2024: En restaurant med skøn atmosfære, super betjening og ikke mindst dejlig mad og drinks. Tjeneren var hele tiden opmærksom på om vi manglede noget og det er jo ikke noget man bare kan forvente sig er normalen idag. Kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen.

23/08/2024: We dined in last night and had the most wonderful food and wine! The staff includes themselves in their guests, we felt very welcome. It's like stepping into a time warp and it's just done from top to toe. Easy to get to if you are on the train. We would love to come again! Vh, Mikkel, Betina and Signe

18/08/2024: Absolutely fantastic little hotel! Run by a couple and their daughter, everything is very family friendly and nice. For example, we were sitting in the common room in the evening and the owner came in and said that they were going to bed now, but that we were welcome to stay. Then she showed us where to turn off the lights and asked us to blow out the candles before we left. The food was delicious and traditionally Danish - for breakfast you got a personal small plate with scrambled eggs and bacon which they cooked to order (except for the breakfast buffet itself then). Dinner consisted of the best fried plaice I've ever eaten, with traditional side dishes. The rooms were perfectly fine, but the atmosphere and the overall experience make it a clear five! It was like stepping into the Badhotellet from the TV series, albeit with 70s decor. Highly recommend!

12/11/2024: My family and I stayed at Jakobs Café & Bar over J-Day on November 1st. The booking process was easy and smooth, with prompt and helpful responses from Janne. Our room was clean and tidy, overlooking the charming pedestrian zone in Skagen. The brunch the next morning was exceptional—the best meal we’d had dining out in a while. Dinner that evening was equally delightful; we enjoyed a delicious burger and the catch of the day. The friendly, attentive service made our experience even better. We can only rate Jakobs Café & Bar five stars, and we’ll definitely be back!

05/10/2024: Here in the family, we always order from Tony's Pizza. There are several reasons why we always choose them. When we order, we are always greeted with a polite voice that is contagious and we say every time "God, how polite they are" when we hang up. Their Pizza is fantastic, tastes good and not just a blob thrown together quickly to make a quick buck. Even when the offer comes, he is in a good mood, even though we know that things have to go fast.

17/11/2024: We were at your place yesterday and had Greek steak with everything, it was really good. We always buy our pizza and steak (and they are just big) at Bella Firenza, always good, and always the same quality, and the prices are okay. Nice fast and friendly staff. Nice bright rooms. And nice outside in the summer ☀️😎
