11/10/2026: We had a great dinner here. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very cosy and old-fashioned in the best way. When I tried the main course, I was absolutely blown away- it was so delicious! I haven’t had such a great food experience in a long time. The only challenging thing is the booking system: if you miss the notification in time, you risk losing your reservation. Otherwise, we will definitely come back!❤️

05/09/2026: Super delicious food! Not a single word about the quality. Unfortunately, the interior design is super boring. It's very provincial, which doesn't match the quality. Good atmosphere, but poor acoustics.

04/09/2026: We were a group of 10 people who visited Malt on September 3rd. We had booked a table well in advance, and had indicated our menu wishes in advance. Everything was ready when we arrived, and the distribution of our sandwiches worked flawlessly. The food was absolutely fantastic, everyone agreed, the service was very friendly and attentive. When we were about to leave, someone had mixed up my jacket with theirs, and since my car and front door keys were in it, it was a mess. But here a fantastic staff stepped in, called everyone who had been to the restaurant with us, and they got my jacket back. What a service, it goes far beyond what you can expect. We will definitely be back. Michael.

12/09/2026: Lovely Lebanese food, friendly and attentive service. Visited a couple of times, and also had take away a couple of times.

30/08/2026: We had a great experience at this restaurant where we ate as a celebration for my birthday with both young and old pensioners. We live in Copenhagen and eat at Lebanese restaurants. Both the service and the food at Str Gertuds in Køge are far better than what we have had in Copenhagen. The taste and quality were top notch and the service was great. We highly recommend it.

11/10/2026: Terrible Tapas and pasta dish. It was a sick luxury tapas with disgusting lumpy hot smoked salmon that most of all resembles the lumpy cold cuts you can buy in the supermarket and you wouldn't even give to your dog. The rest of the dish tasted of nothing. Semi-dried tomatoes and the bread were the best. The pasta dish promised smoked salmon but was the same disgusting "hot smoked salmon" and 3 shrimp for 198 kr. It bears a lot of the hallmarks of everything being prefabricated and simply heated. What a disappointment.

22/09/2026: Hugo's Kælder only has food in connection with events with ticket sales. Really good atmosphere in the cellar and in the courtyard. It is still the best beer bar south of Copenhagen. They offer 200 different beers and one wine. In continuation of the cellar, Hugo's no. 19 has now been expanded, offering 200 different wines and one beer as well as various Tapas menus. All of this can be enjoyed in the new premises, in the cellar or in the courtyard. In the summer season there is music in the courtyard on Saturdays 12-14 and in the winter season there is music in the cellar on Thursdays 20-22

17/09/2026: The food was really good, but the overall experience lacked the last thing to be top notch. The service could have been more attentive, and a wait of over an hour between starter and main course was too long. We also missed a wine cooler for the white wine.

30/08/2026: Perfect place for a stop when I was on the way to Copenhagen with my bike. The cafe gave a respite from the rain and a place to warm up with really good coffee and delicious food. The atmosphere inside is really cozy, I ended up staying two hours without realising because it was so easy to feel relaxed there. The outside area is in a really calm square with no traffic and a lot of green, I imagine it's lovely to sit outside with nice weather. The owner was super friendly and considerate. I took breaks in many places since I biked for 11 days from Belgium to Denmark, this was the nicest place I stopped at out of all of them.

06/06/2026: Everything tastes so good that it's hard to choose just 5 dishes from the list. The portions are decent appetizer sizes, so you really can't eat more than the 5 portions suggested. The waiter quickly realized that one of us has hearing problems, so she recommended a corner table and turned off the music in the entire restaurant - really observant! Good atmosphere, good taste, free parking after 6 pm, the chef came out and greeted us while pouring hot chocolate sauce over our profiteroles. ( say yes to fries with tarragon mayonnaise ) When paying by card, they don't ask for a tip at all - we felt like giving anyway.
