26/12/2024: Their Christmas plates were the drawers. In the bowl with their own Christmas herring was a small piece of herring. Tartlets were ice cold. But the bread was fine.

01/02/2025: Cozy little place where food and service are of high quality. Sandwiches with a twist. Classic but still with some innovation. Can definitely be recommended.

14/01/2025: We stopped by for lunch and had plaice fillet, chicken salad, beef tartare and poached cod. All 4 pieces of smørebrød were super good. There is attention to detail and the taste is in a class of its own. A huge recommendation from here.

11/01/2025: My girls and I have driven 300km to get to the Ark, because we have previously tried the summer buffet many times. But today was something completely different, we got 1 x fish&chips 2x shooting stars Fish & chips tasted like unsalted pangasius fish, tartar sauce tasted like crème fraîche with mayo, without salt or any other kind of flavoring agents. And that's not even the worst. Shooting star ; French bread fried in the deep fryer, tossed in a mountain of lettuce. 2 fish fillets which were probably picked up in a net and thrown into the fryer. Some dry hot smoked farmed salmon and dry prawns. In addition, a red dressing that I tasted. The waiter asked if the food tasted good, to which I had to say no, the dressing tastes like ketchup. She goes to the kitchen, comes back and says the dressing is as it should be, because it is made from sour cream and ketchup. My girls, who are only 13 years old, were extremely disappointed. We agree to pay and leave the Ark forever. The waiter asks when we have to pay if the food was good, I say no, it is the worst I have ever tasted. We weren't the only ones with that opinion, several customers whispered the same things around the tables. So Arken, thanks for the years, but we're breaking up. We clearly want something different in our lives going forward

16/02/2025: Good selection of coarse buns for DKK 7.50. the piece. We tasted the Buster and another very coarse bun, both tasty and very filling. The old-fashioned Mardi Gras buns are really good and have a delicious twist with chocolate pieces in the filling and Smarties in the glaze, which more bakers should try. The ratio between cream and bun was also very good. By the way, there was already an enticing smell of lots of pastries when we stopped outside. It was a welcoming welcome.

17/01/2025: Det var en rigtig god oplevelse virkelig god mad og vin og servicen var i top de var altid på og altid hjælpende og kommer og skænker op når glasset er tomt og er bare meget venlige så det kan jeg godt anbefale

01/02/2025: Arguably the best place in Køge in peace and quiet for a cup of coffee, several types of tea, etc., in cozy surroundings with furniture bought from secondhand. A stone's throw from the Square and still in peace and quiet. Can be highly recommended

26/12/2024: We have previously been really happy with the place, but now think that the quality is somewhat poor. The sourdough bread is tough and without the delicious crispy crust that is made almost everywhere else and the other baked goods are boring and soft. Maybe it just doesn't work with bread in such cupboards, but unfortunately I don't think it's worth the money anymore.

15/01/2025: Really good food! We used them a few weeks ago for an event with 24 people - super good service at a very reasonable price! We have subsequently received a lot of compliments on the food when we have seen people who attended the event. The leftovers were thrown in the freezer and also taste good the second time :) Highly recommended.
