22/07/2025: Probé la cena de 9 platos al precio rebajado entre semana, y se sintió bien, al precio que pagué. Lo bueno: -Algunos de los platos- el cerdo y en particular el salmón estaban muy buenos. También disfruté mucho de la bebida de bienvenida. -El personal era acogedor y amable -La ubicación es acogedora Los puntos de mejora: -Algunos de los platos se sentían poco inspirados y de sabor simple -sabio- no me impresionó demasiado el bacalao, y si tienes koldskål ser 1/9 del menú, va a restar valor. Preferiría 5 o 6 platos buenos en lugar de algo que se siente acolchado por el hecho de que es un menú de 9 platos. -Tener el pan servido en una bolsa de papel se siente poco profesional, y cuando es lo primero que ven los invitados, se desmerece. Lo mismo con el papel, que algunos platos fueron servidos. -No me gusta salar principalmente la corteza de pan, pero supongo que algunas personas sí, así que esto es menor. En general sólido sin nada rotundamente malo, sin embargo, y el salmón era realmente bueno : )

26/06/2025: Love the old & new vibes in this old 1772 rustic stable restaurant. We had the 9 course set menu which was a great social experience pair from champagne, white & red wine. The food was good & I especially love the main which the beef & chicken cooked perfectly 👍 The service was friendly and the guy who explained the menu in English for me was superb & appreciated. 😊 I definitely recommended this place for a perfect place to catch up with friends, family & love one. 13/06/2025: Absolutely fantastic service and experience. We had booked a table for 11.06 at 6.30pm, but we had obviously forgotten/missed that we had to pay for our booking and they could therefore not see our order in their reservation. I was about to panic inside when Christoffer said, "wait a minute, we'll figure it out" and within three minutes they had set up a new table for two! We chose a 7-course wine menu and it is highly recommended!. The waiter is well versed in the world of wine and of course we had wishes beyond the usual wine menu, but he quickly found something that suited our taste, in combination with the dish served. We chose their cheese platter with honey from Bjarne's farm with great skepticism and it lived up to our expectations 110%. Taste, experience and expectations have truly deserved the Michelin star 🌟 and it is not the last time we will make our way past Aro

03/06/2025: I have visited Aro a number of times - and every time a new and good experience. We travel a lot - also for food experiences. Aro is value for money. The photos are from 24/5-25. Highly recommended.

23/07/2025: I was there for a private party in the main hall and the adjoining room. Good service and tasty food. However, they had a pancake instead of a wedding cake and did not make the updated food request. So you should probably double check with them.

24/07/2025: I’m giving 5 stars because of the service and the food, the stakes are really good and in the exact term you ask, I ordered the whiskey sauce stake and it was delicious, also the portions are very good, the ambience is great, truly recommend it

24/07/2025: Amazing place. Food was delicious, the service is beyond amazing, really friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is the perfect complemente to the other two. Looking forward to come back and try more things from their menu.

03/07/2025: Missing this place already. Despite it being situated just across Christian Andersen’s Haus, the place isn’t commercialized at all. Simple menu, few choices but all done right. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff (and adorable dog) with cosy settings. Make sure you reserve a table as we saw many got turned away even during lunch.

02/08/2025: I visited the place to go to the cinema, had a really good cappuccino in the café beforehand. The film was really good, but the cinema is worn out to the point of embarrassment, on the second floor where we sat, the seat covers are worn out in several places so much that a large part of the foam rubber is visible, on top of that they smell so bad of old dirt, a pretty disgusting experience. It really needs a renovation. 3 stars for the good coffee.

07/07/2025: Great place to have a beer. The selection is interesting and extensive with frequent changes. There are almost always a lot of people with full tables outside when the weather is good.

04/06/2025: Place located in a quite picturesque passage. The beer is good and the service is quite correct.

10/08/2025: Alt var fint fra vi kom til vi gik. God service med én tjener som jævnligt kiggede forbi for og høre om vi manglede noget. Og der var styr på maden, hvor buffeten hele tiden blev fyldt op ved mangler.

04/08/2025: Das Grillbuffet war sehr lecker und es war für Groß und Klein sehr viel Auswahl da. Das Fleisch und die Beilagen an Salaten, Brot, Kartoffeln und Nudeln in unterschiedlicher Ausführung pur als Auflauf.. hat excellent geschmeckt. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und wir waren hier das erste aber definitiv nicht das letzte Mal.

17/07/2025: Not recommended! We were completely helpless and didn't know what to do. The food didn't taste professional or restaurant-worthy. For example, the rice didn't taste the way it should, and the noodles were an absolute disaster! Despite that, the service was very friendly, but I wouldn't recommend it. Best regards, R
