11/04/2025: The tasting menu was extremely tasty and paired wonderfully with the wine selection, which included rare gems such as Hungarian white wine and Austrian late harvest Merlot. The food was outstanding! The braised lamb melted in your mouth and was expertly prepared. A memorable meal indeed!
05/04/2025: Was at a super good and cozy winemakers dinner with Bichel wine and Emil skytte and his wines. Great experience and the food played just like the serving. Unfortunately only got a photo of the "dessert"

22/03/2025: Workshop Odense: The food tastes fine, but I don't want to come again, as I don't want to sit on benches on a nice evening out😟 The service was extremely unfriendly when I asked for a table with alm. chairs…. "They were busy", but when we left the place after 1 1/2 hours, there had been no guests with the tables🤯 Wow, it could have been a super cozy and longer evening...

22/03/2025: Ville så gerne give en bedre anmeldelse pga stedet som emmer af historie og det unge søde personale som servicerer dig med et smil. Men det er maden og vinen man betaler for og det er desværre gennemsnitligt.
9 retter serveret af 3 omgange er som sådan fint som koncept. Menuen bærer bare meget præg af at være simpelt og nemt at tilberede. De smage der er gennemgående for hele menuen minder mest af alt om noget Sunday roast med sovs og kartofler. Der mangler ganske enkelt noget som gør hver ret unik og spændende. Hvis antal retter i forhold til pris står i vejen for at lave spændende mad, så reducer antallet af retter.
Dagens højdepunkt var brød med smør og desserten, alt derimellem blev ikke spist op.... Øv.

14/04/2025: I enjoyed a wonderful 3 course smørrebrød meal on the terrace on a sunny day. A creative twist on the classics, all of the meals were prepared to perfection and served by staff who nailed their service. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone.
12/04/2025: Muy buena comida, pero las bebidas eran muy caras. 45 kr para una pequeña cola y 150 para un vaso de rojo de la casa y 80 para una cerveza parece empinado. . .

13/04/2025: Real Vietnamese food with lots of coriander. Spring rolls yums and same down sandwiches. Sweet welcoming staff. Thanks for the lovely food. Will come again.
05/04/2025: Beat the Banh Mi for the price. When you hear the sound of the microwave being started, you just know you've made the wrong choice 😆
Certainly good for many other things, but their Banh Mi is not surprising.

03/04/2025: Helt klart et besøg værd. Hele menuen var sat rigtig godt sammen med vin menuen👌🏻 kan helt klart anbefale stedet - også selvom man er business trip.
11/03/2025: fantastic little cozy restaurant. Owner and waiter are the same person, and he delivered top-class service spiced with a little humor and great passion for delicious food. Fantastically skilled chef.
Can be highly recommended. The place exudes history, and it is covered with white tablecloths, candles and the only thing missing was fire in the fireplace (there was no fireplace).

30/03/2025: I visited the place to go to the cinema, before having a really good cappuccino in the cafe. The film was really good, but the cinema is worn down to embarrassment, floor 2 where we sat, the covers on the seats are worn so much in several places that a large part of the foam rubber is visible, besides this they smell so badly of old rubbish, a rather disgusting experience. To that extent, a renovation is needed. 3 stars for the good coffee.

27/04/2025: This is not the last time I have visited Restaurant Flammen in Odense. Fantastic food, you won't leave hungry and really good service.
But the handicap parking of 1 hour was far too short, it should be 2-3 hours, as you had to hurry to remove the car in the middle of the meal to avoid a parking fine.
