13/04/2025: Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with my visit. The pita bread was tasteless, and neither the meat, vegetables nor dressing contributed any appreciable flavor. In addition, the level of service was low - parts of the order were forgotten, and it was necessary to point out that both drinks and fries were missing from the ordered menu. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

13/07/2025: Had ordered take away. The food was ready at the promised time. Had ordered 2 double chicken burgers. They were really good. The steak was not dry, lettuce and onions seemed fresh and the bacon was well fried. Had also ordered cheese fries. It was unfortunately disappointing, the fries didn't seem to have had enough. They were extremely soft and cold. The cheese was stuck to the wrapper, so I was peeling paper off of it. The Oreo milkshake tasted surprisingly like strawberries. Which was not expected.

11/05/2025: 5 stars A fantastic experience at Aisia House in Odense! I can highly recommend Aisia House in Odense! The food was nothing short of sublime fresh tasty and beautifully presented. Their sushi and hot dishes in particular stand out with both quality and taste. The service was friendly, welcoming and attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and inviting with nice decor and a relaxed atmosphere. It is clear that love is put into both food and service. Aisia House is definitely a place I will return to again and again!

17/06/2025: I have never been to such a good Circle K, or a better store in general. The employee behind the cash register was polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this particular store!!

28/05/2025: Great place where we held a party last week where we had about 65 guests. Really good food, good service, super good atmosphere and beautiful view of the golf courses. Very professional and good communication with Jeanette who was responsible for arranging everything. We have been very satisfied and can highly recommend the place 👌

06/07/2025: Have been here probably 10 times in total, and the level has just dropped… Was supposed to celebrate my daughter's dimension with something special. But unfortunately it didn't happen. The steaks came in, and the side dishes didn't come until 5 minutes later, which resulted in lukewarm steaks. We asked several times for the side dishes, and after the first bite we were asked if everything was OK. But after getting further into the steak, we discovered that all the steaks were undercooked. There wasn't much staff we could get hold of, so we ate what we could anyway. When the plates were brought back, we told them like it was, and they apologized. No compensation or anything like that. Bad experience when you spend so much money on food. Could hear from the neighboring table that it was the same experience. This was my last time at Mash.

29/06/2025: Wow this was bad. Took my family here and expected so much more. Place was empty but nobody offered us a table until we asked. Service continued to be a nightmare… don’t go here - it will make you depressed…

04/07/2025: What an experience!! Cold, genderless food. None of what we got had any kind of quality and the shawarma veal was in no way veal - more like dry chicken 🤮lucky that there were plenty of fries so we were full of it for around 350 kr!! the worst take away experience ever 😱

23/06/2025: The food was not hot and the service was not excellent. I asked them for food delivery twice and I was there myself and I speak the same language as them. They put the food in front of me. The third time when I asked for food delivery, they put the equipment in front of me and left without any respect, even though I am a regular customer of the store and their food was good at first, but lately it has started to arrive cold and the service is not good at all.

02/06/2025: Always delicious steaks and chicken. And this time I tried a chicken wrap 🔥😍 Top nice. Sweet and good service. I'll come there again. And again. And again 😏😜

08/07/2025: A bit slow follow-up.. Relatively expensive in relation to the amount of food. Delicious garlic bread. Salad bar has deteriorated since the last visit, missing tomatoes and pineapple. Good steak, properly cooked. Fries were not freshly cooked even though I specifically asked for this after previous experiences. Carbonated drinks are okay.

03/07/2025: They were understaffed and we were also informed about it. In such a situation, I would probably have prioritized the guests who had booked a table in advance. The meat was really delicious, but the fries were boring, limp and lukewarm. With all 4 of us. It can be done better! For dessert, all 4 of us chose soft ice cream All libitum. Although the machine had a hard time keeping up, we were happy with our choice.

27/06/2025: We went here for our anniversary and had an amazing experience. Wonderful food and wonderful service by Daniel. Very satisfied. Couldn’t ask for more, thank you:)

20/06/2025: The food was really nothing to shout about. I had carpaccio and risotto. They were both tasteless. The atmosphere was ok and the service was ok. In UBN's defense, my friends both got pizza - they said it tasted really good.

09/04/2025: Visited the place in the evening and really a positive experience. Really well prepared pizza served with a smile. Everything played 👍

18/03/2025: Have twice ordered food and it took over an hour before they arrived. Asked them to bring the food back. Never again from there

07/06/2025: They still can't figure out that the cheese should be warmed on the steak and apparently you have to discuss what you want in your burger. And remind them about the cheese. Not the regular staff but the female manager. She has to talk nicely to the regular staff so they do their best for the customers.

09/05/2025: Come here often and usually the service is top notch - but today d. 9/5-25 at 7:00 p.m. the two most miserable, rude, arrogant and COMPLETELY incompetent employees were at work! There were four customers in the grill when I arrived - and they had been waiting a long time. I was allowed to order and pay immediately, but despite the fact that the counter was completely full and ready for serving, it took a total of 20 minutes before I got my box... The staff continued to accept orders and payments from new customers, without serving the customers who were already waiting. Serving the guests was completely arbitrary. Worst service I have EVER experienced!!
