De bedste restauranter i Vejle

01/02/2025: Just a real pleasure every time! We have now visited Nögen in Vejle 3 times. It is always a new experience, as the menu changes on a weekly basis. You are always positively surprised by the good atmosphere and the many smiling faces you meet. The service is top notch and the food is a gastronomic highlight! Whether you want wine, juice or cocktails for your menu, this is also top notch, and the waiters have a complete grasp of what they are talking about. The restaurant has a focus on sustainability and reducing food waste, by basing the menus on items that others don't necessarily want or that have to be discarded due to appearance. For example by-catch, date product, surplus product, alternative cuts and seasonal produce. Even if we have to drive all the way from Roskilde to Vejle, we will definitely come again!

25/01/2025: Under all criticism. A noisy party with 92 people downstairs at the same time as the 6 tables on the 1st floor had been sold to, among other things, us who had reserved a table for a pleasant evening. And then you try to compensate with a small discount on the food. It's not okay. Avoid this restaurant.

22/01/2025: I am missing healthier options within the offer. It would be great if the children's room had more entertaining options. I ordered Spanish food from Bocado that didn't taste like Spanish food at all and that included very unexpected ingredients that made it uneatable for a Spanish taste (chili in meatballs or horse radish in Cesar salad). Don't call it Spanish food if it's not going to taste like the food in Spain... one gets very disappointed.

28/01/2025: Very great sushi and big pieces of fish in the sushi itself. The ice cream for dessert is also amazing

20/01/2025: Picked up sushi for New Years. Apart from the fact that they were behind the times, it was ok.

15/03/2025: We got delicious sandwiches, where we both chose the contents ourselves for only DKK 55. It tasted really delicious, very friendly staff and is super centrally located. There are only 2 seats, and not much space, so it is best to buy to-go.

02/11/2024: Just stopped by to pick up some different bread. Had it for afternoon coffee. Tasted really good - nice to have found a place with quality bread with good taste. Happy to drive to Jelling for it.

23/11/2024: The best coffee bar in Vejle. We were 4 girls who were regular customers when we went to school between 2015-2017 and came every month. Now we come once in a while but the owner still remembers our tip❤️ their chai latte is absolutely amazing!

26/01/2025: Vi var på Lyst til frokost, hvor vi ankom kl 13, men først forlod stedet ved 20 tiden. Man modtages ved indgangen til bygningen og får en lille "rundvisning" til bygningen og dens historie, hvilket for os var med til at fuldende oplevelsen. Herefter vises man op til restauranten, hvor man tages imod og introduceres til deres tema med elementer, der sætter rammerne for aftenens menu. Al maden vi fik, var utrolig velsmagende, ligeledes var drikkevarene gode, jeg fik den alkoholfri drikkemenu, der var utrolig lækker. Vi kom igennem alle elementer i løbet af eftermiddagen/aftenen og sammensmeltning af en arkitektonisk oplevelsen og menu var fantastisk. Efter maden vi fik et par drinks, der også var utrolig velsmagende. Servicen var i top og stemningen god, men da vi forlod stedet var vi desværre ikke helt mætte, hvilket for os trak noget ned og vi har ellers aldrig før oplevet at gå fra et sted og ikke være mætte.

12/12/2024: Este es un restaurante fabuloso, desde el minuto que llegamos donde nos encontramos, afuera, con bebidas calientes hasta el final fue un trato de cinco estrellas toda la noche de cada miembro de su equipo cortés y conocedor. El entorno es precioso, el edificio en sí un diseño realmente impresionante y el ambiente en el interior hace que sea una gran noche.

12/02/2025: I recommend you try it. The service is excellent and David is a true professional and is ready to improvise a dish whenever he agreed to make a vegan option for the dish. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

23/02/2025: We held a baby shower at Restaurant Børkop Vandmølle, where we had ordered a brunch buffet. Were helpful in finding little things we were missing, and were quick to fill up the buffet. The food was really delicious. If the meatballs and pancakes had been less dry, they would have received 5 stars.
