05/09/2025: The food was decent, but not «I need to come back here» worthy. However, the service has guaranteed that we’ll be back to visit!! Our waiter, Jasper (?), was super helpful and fun, and made the visit memorable for sure.

29/08/2025: Restaurant Store Børs has a beautiful location directly by the harbor in Roskilde, which provides a cozy and atmospheric setting - especially on a sunny day or an evening with a view of the water. The food is made with good ingredients, which can clearly be tasted, and the kitchen delivers well-prepared dishes. However, some of the dishes could have had a little more character and personality. All in all, Store Børs is a cozy restaurant with a great location,

16/06/2025: Nydelig mat! Veldig god carpaccio til forrett og en stor porsjon med perfekt tilberedt oksekjøtt til hovedrett. Crispy chips og en luftig bernaise som gjorde dette til en svært god opplevelse. Vi fikk også en god start med bobler og dansk flagg på bordet! Hyggelige priser og store porsjoner med mat.

14/06/2025: Maden var god, servicen og stemningen i top, priserne rimelige. Men akustikken var elendig og gjorde det svært at høre, hvad sidemanden sagde. Jeg kunne godt finde på at booke her igen, men så ville det være på en af de roligere dage… måske i dagstid.

15/06/2025: How can you support a lease that has several bankruptcies and tax evasion behind it. That is a mystery to me. Isn't it you and I who pay for the tenant's criminal actions. !! In addition to this real mention, the tenant has chosen to delete me from their Facebook page. They obviously don't want the guests to know the truth about the tenant's past history.

07/08/2025: - A disastrous experience! I had the absolute worst experience at Restaurant Dauphine ever! Rolf, the owner, was extremely rude and inattentive. I ordered a dish that I had been looking forward to for hours, but when the food arrived, it was cold and tasteless. I asked Rolf if I could have something else, and he replied with a shrug and a sour expression. The food was not only bad, but also presented in a way that looked like it had been thrown on the plate. I felt completely ignored by Rolf, who apparently had better things to do than serve the guests. I asked to speak to the manager, and after a long wait, someone came who didn't even apologize for the poor service. I didn't even get a discount or a free dessert, even though I told him about my bad experience. I will never ever set foot there again and will warn my friends and family about the poor service and food. Rolf really needs to work on his service and customer orientation! *Update:* I have not received any response from the restaurant or Rolf, even though I have contacted them several times. It just shows how little they care about their customers.

09/06/2025: A really good social dining experience in an intimate restaurant. The chef and waiter were really service-minded, and the menu was adapted to gluten allergies.

14/08/2025: Lunch buffet…. Not worth it - it's the food from the day before that is served and the selection is minimal. Sure nice evening, but definitely not a place I can recommend for lunch!

08/08/2025: Super cozy courtyard and the most amazing smørrebrød. After many dull fish experiences on Bornholm, it is a gift to stumble upon the kitchen at Grønbechs, where the plaice fillet is breaded in rye flour and fried in butter in a pan🙏🏼 thank you for that🫶🏼 The potato dish was also among the absolute best and my fellow diners praised the piece of egg and shrimp to the stars. Thanks for lunch, we will definitely be back

08/03/2025: Jag har sällan varit med om så fruktansvärt dålig service som på denna restaurang. Vi kom dit och beställde dryck, som kom snabbt, men sedan började problemen. Vi beställde burrata och vanligt bröd med ost samtidigt som våra drinkar. Efter att ha väntat i 55 minuter utan någon som helst information frågade vi personalen om vår mat. Svaret? De skrattade åt oss och gick därifrån – utan förklaring, utan ursäkt. Det mest frustrerande var att restaurangen hade massor av personal på plats, men ändå verkade ingen ha koll på något. Vi såg fyra personer stå tillsammans för att göra en enda kaffe, samtidigt som vår mat aldrig kom ut. Det var uppenbart att effektivitet och service inte var deras prioritet. Som om det inte vore nog hade de dessutom lagt till en dryck på notan som vi inte beställt. När vi påpekade detta och bad att få den borttagen möttes vi av tvekan och ifrågasättande. När vi till slut försökte få en lösning på den orimliga väntetiden blev vi bara fnysta åt och ignorerade. Personalen gick bort till baren, skrattade och sneglade på oss – otroligt oprofessionellt och respektlöst. Den här typen av beteende är oacceptabelt i en restaurangmiljö. Att ignorera gäster, skratta åt deras frågor och inte ens be om ursäkt för en enorm försening visar på extremt dålig service och total brist på respekt. Jag rekommenderar starkt att ledningen ser över sitt bemötande och vidtar åtgärder – annars kommer fler gäster att lämna med samma hemska upplevelse som vi.

07/01/2025: We tried the evening menu through Tipster for DKK 270. per person – a price that is definitely at the budget-friendly end. So without the high expectations, I was just hoping to leave full and maybe even with something that tasted good. But it was not to be. The food was incredibly beautifully presented - I have rarely seen such beautiful food in this price range. Unfortunately, this was also where the experience peaked. The taste? Let's say that the bitterness from the radicchio salad was the only one of the five basic tastes that stood out. And when you are at a restaurant, you expect the food to be well-balanced, so that it is not necessary to ask for salt or lemon to save the dish. The chickpea fritter was completely devoid of flavour, and the aioli - well, it had neither the richness of the mayo nor the character of the garlic. The radish salad/carpaccio? Again incredibly beautiful and inviting. But the taste? Not exactly something that sparks the imagination. The only dish that actually tasted of anything was the "main course" with fish and elderflower fumé. Out of seven dishes, it was the one that gave a real taste experience. If you're looking for a place to spice up your Instagram story with aesthetic food photos, this is the place for you. But if you're looking for a culinary experience, you should probably look no further. After all, the wine was good and (fortunately) kept the spirits high.

31/08/2025: Had bought a value voucher for brunch and bubbles. Comwell hotel has changed it to a brunch plate where you can choose freely. Which was fine. The quality of the food was mediocre though. The fruit salad was different kinds of melons and a few grapes, with minimal chocolate powder (a la the one you get on cappuccino). The scrambled eggs tasted like egg mass from a tube. The skyr had soft muesli on top (it was described as crispy). The buns were reminiscent of bake off.. the coffee was reminiscent of vending machine coffee, we ordered a flat white and a cafe latte, could neither taste nor see the difference. The positive thing was that the salmon was super delicious, and so was the glass of bubbles we got. There was also confusion about who was supposed to serve us.. all in all it was ok, but very ordinary. The surroundings were nice though

31/08/2025: Waited for food almost one hour after finishing our starters! Drinks from the bar were amazing. Highly recommend Pornstar Martini 🍸 Burger overpriced very basic with ultra salted fries, together with the dessert not worth it. Steak was fine probably the best dish from our order. We didn’t get steak’s knifes, it was challenging to cut it with butter knife. At least employees were friendly and nice but still small compensation for waiting that long would be nice. Very cozy and nice atmosphere but they have plenty of room to improve.

01/08/2025: Fantastically delicious, inviting and tasty lunch, which together with the service made a good day just better. We will be happy to come again.

24/07/2025: Jeg har besøgt Noah mange gange og været meget begejstret for deres brunch. Men ved seneste besøg var skuffelsen stor! Portionerne er små, bacon er udskiftet med tørt og kedeligt kalkunbacon og prisen er blevet uhørt høj! Fra tidligere at have betalt 195,- for 7 retter er prisen nu sat op til 249,- !! Og dertil kommer så godt 100,- for en kop kaffe og et glas juice. Øv hvor ærgerligt at denne perle pludselig har lagt sig på et prisniveau pænt over de mest populære brunch steder i København.

04/09/2025: Yes, half of it is a tourist gift shop, but the other half serves some tasty loaded bagel sandwiches and good coffee. Most importantly, you don't feel like a tourist being ripped off

08/09/2025: Run-down castle hotel, very confusing communication (got 3 different prices and am sure I paid too much). Difficult to get in touch with. The room was of the expected standard, a soft but comfortable one, however disappointing that there is no shampoo or conditioner in the shower when you pay 1200kr for an overnight stay. The soap was - I would say - cheap hand soap that left the skin dry. Their customer service both by phone and by email is not far below standard. The staff was welcoming, but the food in the restaurant was an underwhelming experience with both a lack of volume and salt. Went to bed hungry, unfortunately. The breakfast was nice, but there was not enough.

12/09/2025: A really large selection of different dishes. Many different types of fish dishes and other meat dishes and a large selection of side dishes. Quiet and nice atmosphere and good waiters Can only recommend
