12/01/2025: We visited the establishment on Saturday evening, even though we did not have a reservation. The waitress offered us a table, but she seemed very reluctant. After a while another waiter ordered us. We wanted to have herbal tea, the waiter said that they were all herbal (they were all green or black, so the waiter probably doesn't know his way around), I chose salmon, we had to wait 90 minutes for it, even though there weren't many people in the restaurant, so I don't know if it they went hunting, I changed the order to chilli con carne, it was tasty but nothing special, very poor average. My partner had pasta, but it wasn't good either. We didn't even have a salt and pepper shaker on the table. The place is pleasant, but the food and service are below average.

20/02/2025: Disfrutamos de una comida abundante aquí en una cabina acogedora, bañada con una botella de tinto italiano. El lugar, como el personal, es cálido y acogedor. Es un lugar sin lujos, con generosas raciones de los favoritos tradicionales. Comimos el Hjemmelavet Bikesmad (hachís escandinavo) y la hamburguesa. Excelente comida reconfortante, y el vino era asequible. Recomendado si usted está sintiendo el frío!

14/02/2025: Mycket god mat och trevlig service. Gemytligt och trångt 😂 Fisken var ordentligt friterad, även pannbiff med lök, sås potatis smakade riktigt gott med ett par Tuborg

01/03/2025: I went to host with my sister, in order to celebrate our birthday. I had read the positive reviews prior to booking and I have to say, it very much lived up to our expectations. The restaurant itself, was around a 5 minute walk from norreport metro station. We had the 3 course evening menu including coffee and water, as well as the paired wine. In addition, to the absolutely delicious, scallops, melt in the mouth steak and dessert, we were given 4 ‘extra’ tasters including, bread, a waffle, pre dessert and chocolates. With a tip ( which was not expected or added to the bill), it cost around £120 per person ( not the cheapest, but I’ve been to other Michelin guide restaurants which have been more expensive than this!) Would I recommend, definitely!

18/02/2025: Exquisite!!! We visited after reading reviews in tour guide and online. We were not disappointed! We ordered the 3 course tasting menu with wine flight. We were served eight dishes in total including 4 chefs surprises and petit fours. The food was delicious and the wine pairings perfect. Service was attentive and friendly. Lovely atmosphere, amazing evening with friends. Would highly recommend!🥰

28/02/2025: Excellent restaurant in one of the best locations in Copenhagen. The inside is full of character and it’s easy to imagine what it was like as a busy harbour inn 200 years ago. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. There are only a few tables so booking is essential. The staff were very friendly and explained that the name (pronounced “hooteh-faleh”) is the box that the fishermen used to store the fish in to keep it fresh. The Nyhavn area is beautiful in daylight, but is really pretty after dark.

06/01/2025: One of my favorite spots in Copenhagen, although it can get very packed so always book ahead!

06/01/2025: I went to bastards cafe Saturday to have a cosy night with my friends. After all of us buying meals and beverages for 4 hours. One of the bartenders who had a mullet haircut and glasses acted extremely rude. He then didn’t do a thing when I a bit later was being threatened to be punched in my face by another drunken customer. It was all very surreal and this bartender should not be working anywhere near service with that customer approach. Won’t be coming again unless there is a switch of current staff!

23/01/2025: Sabrosa hamburguesa de ternera, y papas fritas caseras con salsa. Bonito entorno, personal acogedor y servicial. Valor aceptable considerando los precios de Copenhague. 169 DKR para hamburguesa de ternera con tocino con papas fritas y salsa. 15 DKR por un agua (a pesar de que pido agua del grifo). No es gran cosa para ser justos. El total en euros fue de 24 €. 73 . Bastante lleno después.

30/01/2025: Qué gran lugar para tomar un par de copas. El ambiente es muy frío, el personal es muy encantador y las bebidas son geniales.

15/12/2024: Hyggeligt sted , hvor man også om sommeren kan side udendørs. Oscar har et fint lille menukort samt altid dagens retter som fremgår på en tavle inde i restauranten . Fik et par lette retter, yderst velsmagende og rigeligt til og blive mæt , samt vin dertil , her serverer de prisbillige vine med god smag samt vand til som ikke koster noget. Så alt i alt god betjening med smil, god mad og rigtigt hyggeligt. NB. den bedste julegløg jeg længe har fået , blev serveret her

18/12/2024: Something new for me has been to enter the kitchen directly and choose the dishes I wanted, serve them on my plate and take them to the table. Then the owners trust what you say you have consumed to convince you, another culture!!! If you are looking for something hot to get through the cold, this is not the place, here only these cold Danish tapas are served on a rye bread base. Good beers, that's for sure.

21/02/2025: Probably there was no staff to order the food, the store was open and we had wait 10 min but nobody comes around :(

19/02/2025: Dry burgers. Very expensive. Unpleasant staff. The soda from tap coast 50 DKK, insane. Never again.

23/02/2025: Lovely and exciting beers in nice surroundings close to the lake. Always worth a visit.

21/02/2025: Good beer, good relaxed atmosphere. Was here on a Friday night and even though the bar was busy it was still possible to carry on a conversation. Good selection of delicious specialty beers!
