16/08/2025: Rude bartenders. Refused to serve me sitting on a barstool for 15 minutes because I was "not in line" but had no problem serving people standing right next to me.

15/08/2025: Havde bestilt bord dagen før og har gjort dem opmærksom på at min datter er algerisk, men at vi ønsker en bestemt ret. Ved ankomst får vi af vide at den ene ret, som jeg har nævnt vi ønsker ikke kan imødekommes eftersom der er mælk i som jeg specifikt har nævnt hun ikke kan tåle. Får besked på at de har forsøgt at kontakte mig en time inden vores ankomst. Det vanvittigt uprofessionelt og ikke et sted vil anbefale andre med nogen form for allergener, så står man uden bord en fredag aften på vores datters fødselsdag. Tak!

12/08/2025: Today we visited this charming, picturesque, and unique place with high expectations. The food was quite good, with enjoyable flavors, and the wine list was excellent, offering something for every taste. However, what truly stood out was the lack of professionalism and empathy from the two servers attending us — a blonde woman and a man. They were rude, brusque, and almost mocking toward us as tourists. Unfortunately, we are restaurateurs ourselves and know the world of service and hospitality very well, and these two simply should not be at the front of a restaurant. It’s unfair to the rest of the team, who clearly put great effort into their work. Perhaps it was just an unfortunate night… but it left us with a disappointing impression. Thanks

10/08/2025: I have been to Norrlyst many times. The food is always delicious and I always look forward to visiting Norrlyst again. Today I ate with my youngest son, who is a vegetarian, he also enjoyed the lovely open sandwiches.

08/08/2025: Vivo en Copenhague y he estado aquí para cenar muchas veces, ya que creo que comes bien y los precios son buenos y la terraza es agradable. Ayer cené allí con un amigo Italiano, que fue una experiencia tan decepcionante. el camarero debe haber sin embargo que éramos turistas sin saber que las propinas no son obligatorias. ¡Ella misma añadió un 10% a la cuenta! Pagamos y no nos dimos cuenta hasta que salimos del restaurante. Estábamos demasiado cansados para ir al BSK. ¡Nunca he visto un comportamiento tan deshonesto! Puedo ver en los rewies que otros han experimentado lo mismo. Qué vergüenza.

06/07/2025: Excellent quality and service. If you want breakfast, lunch or dinner like in Barcelona. This is the place, simply spectacular.

28/08/2025: Unprecedentedly low level of service. Ordered 3 dishes, 2 of the 3 dishes that the waiter brings are wrong. Then he insists that it’s the correct order. Then asks if we want to take it anyway. Goes away. Another waitress comes out. Apologizes, but says we have to wait because they messed up the orders. Don’t offer anything in return. Don’t offer to help to adjust the dish (remove bread from sandwich to try to make it into a salad). Don’t want to rush our order ahead of the other orders either. Simply the worst service ever in Copenhagen . Don’t come here.

11/03/2025: Visited Copenhagen for the FC Copenhagen v Chelsea game. A group of 7 of us visited the bar and enjoyed it so much that we came back the following night. It’s a small place with a friendly atmosphere and excellent beer and wine. It was great to be in a welcoming, yet “non-football “ pub. I look forward to returning.
