29/08/2025: Tourist trap. Expensive fast food fish and chips with factory remoulade sauce (too expensive dish for them to use this) and a waiter. At least they were open when the restaurant next door was closed. If you choose to go here you should have a reservation, otherwise you can only get way too overpriced fast food fish and chips. This is not a fancy restaurant but it is priced that way, beware.

28/08/2025: A place I would like to visit again

13/11/2025: There were 3 of us there to eat our Mortens duck menu here. We don't do that anymore - we got a little duck breast and a piece of rump which was just bones no meat - add - the kitchen had to return the plate because of the bone - it came back with a smaller bone inedible - when the food was served it wasn't really hot - the sauce was way too thick - such a dish shouldn't be served with a knife that can cut - buy one with a proper blade - practice practice for that experience

20/08/2025: Good food and service. Unfortunately there was only one portion of fried pork with parsley sauce left. The tenderloin stew was a good substitute, though. Not many places like the old post office left where you can get regular good food without "truffle oil and tweezers" 😁 the place was well visited.

26/01/2026: What's happening to Hygiene!? There were three people cooking. No one used gloves, they touched their cell phones then the food and wiped their hands on their t-shirts and pants... What!?

04/11/2025: It's a standard grill with what you can expect from it. Food is ok and service is friendly. Nothing unexpectedly over the top or bad.

18/08/2025: Ok place, but small portions at inflated prices. Nice staff and nice beer.

16/08/2025: Got a table on the terrace and a super nice waiter! Ate tartar, guinea fowl and fish of the day. Plus for the delicious bread that we got refills. Large selection of white and red Burgundies! Thanks Nadja(?) for the super service! A bit small menu, otherwise we would have definitely come back during our stay..

11/09/2025: Absolutely amazing and delicious ice cream, here people are picky about the products! Went here with the whole family, where we got many different taste experiences with the large selection of both ice cream, custard and crumble. Far better than most standard waffle ice cream! We will remember this place for the next time we go to Bornholm

15/08/2025: I don't understand the other good reviews. The soft serve was overly sweet, and the other flavors were rather disappointing (we had five flavors). Everyone has different tastes.

24/07/2025: Lovely food and drinks. Really good and fast service. My grilled eggplant sandwich lacked a bit of acid, e.g. pickled red onions, for me to give it 5 stars. Delicious gluten-free bread. For those traveling with small children, there was also a nice changing area.

17/10/2025: Great products, for which we're happy to travel relatively far. And the saleswoman is very nice.

01/09/2025: 2 stars because the lady behind the counter was nice and smiling. The rum balls we bought tasted of absolutely nothing. There was probably more flavor in the crumb of the rum ball than the rum ball itself.

21/06/2025: This is my second time here as a bus driver with a tour group, and they have once again exceeded their expectations. Service, cuisine, and staff were all top-notch. I'm only deducting one star, as in my first review, for the same reason. Keep up the good work, and I'm already looking forward to the next time.

14/10/2025: Cozy little place 🤗 However, there is a lot of noise and not much space, but it is cozy enough. The staff is friendly and helpful. 👌☀️ The food is of high quality and very delicious ( I myself had a No. 8. Omelet I will not forget for a while ) Definitely a place I would recommend and return to myself 👍🏼

19/09/2025: The pancake creations are certainly beautiful to look at and taste delicious, too. Whether they're worth the price, however, is something everyone has to decide for themselves. For us, that was the reason for the star deduction.

07/08/2025: This restaurant, once known as Ella’s Konditori and famed for its traditional dishes like wienerschnitzel, has been completely reimagined. Thanks to the passion of four incredibly enthusiastic owners, Simon, Ludvig, Malthe, and Max, and the help of many talented friends, it has blossomed into one of the most exciting Italian restaurants I’ve experienced in Denmark. Today, the focus is purely on pasta, with three main courses to choose from. Don’t let the limited menu fool you, each dish is so well-crafted that even something you might usually pass over elsewhere becomes a revelation here. Every bite is a journey through layers of flavors, perfectly balanced and deeply satisfying. Portion sizes might seem modest at first glance, but the food is rich and hearty, especially if you opt for the menu including a starter and dessert. Everything is handmade, and I was lucky enough to peek into the kitchen and watch as each pasta screw was hand-rolled. They go to great lengths to source locally, sometimes even foraging for wild garlic near Hammersø in the spring. Reservations are highly recommended. We were fortunate to get a table as walk-ins, but saw several people turned away. This is a “please wait to be seated” restaurant, and the cozy atmosphere makes it worth the wait. The space retains the charm of its past, with beautiful old trees and a tranquil fish pond from the original Konditori. If you’re willing to swap “brun sovs og kartofler” for some of the finest pasta in the country, this spot is a must-visit. It’s a heartfelt, flavor-packed experience and I can’t recommend it enough. Bravo to Simon, Ludvig, Malthe, and Max for creating something truly special!

01/08/2025: Although the café is almost empty in the afternoon, you are not accepted as a "passerby"... only with a reservation, which is not stated in the opening hours...

21/09/2025: Order food 2 hours before we are going to eat and they say the food will be delivered on time. But funnily enough the food came over an hour late so that's simply too bad when you pay for delivery and it's not the first time it's like this unfortunately
