20/10/2023: Cozy interior, good atmosphere and good service! We got good coffee and delicious Pina Coladas when we visited the place. One briefly forgot the storm raging outside. We will definitely come back next time we are on Bornholm - hopefully in better weather 👌🏼

11/10/2023: Was there several times this summer. They have a fantastic wine list, lovely drinks, really delicious snacks and then an eminent service and atmosphere. And not to forget, the terrace with Allinge's best view and by far the most hours of sunshine. Large awning for the rainy days. Definitely worth a visit!

19/10/2023: Love this place for EVERYTHING! Lovely food, lovely drink, lovely wine, lovely surroundings. The farmer Jesper is the sweetest and most hospitable, talkative person. 10 stars from here.

19/10/2023: It was a really bad experience, I find that the people who work here are very angry. my son is a bit naughty sometimes and then he finds that because he has been a bit naughty sometimes they have started to accuse him of things he has not done. I do not recommend coming.

17/03/2024: I really liked the location, but managers was so bad and unreasonable. I was there with my motorcycle and booked for three day after three day finished I was deciding to stay couple more days or not. I was in kitchen with my girlfriend and was cooking food the manager came and ask for our booking papers. I explained him that I already paid for three days, and I will book now for two more days. I booked two more days in front of him, but he accused me of being a thief and he did threatening that he will call the police for violence. My wife was there and the whole situation was so stressful. Even though I paid for two more days he forced us to leave. I wish I knew my rights back then and let him call the police because I had all the rights. The owner was accusing me because of the color skin and that’s so wrong. I hope the business broke down.

15/04/2024: Perfectly located for a break or ice cream for the walk by the beach or to the lighthouse. We got soft ice from Hansen ice. Nice selection!

09/04/2024: We ventured upon this place by chance. They were opening up for the summer, and offered us 4 free coffees at the time (!!) when their cash machine was not working. The owners are a really sweet couple who told us about the history of the island and where they source their wonderful beans from :) you must meet them and try their second food joint in Ronne as well !

15/08/2023: Cozy little cafe in Svaneke. There is live guitar music here several times a week in the evenings from 7 p.m. Plus the view of the sea and the orange-lit rocks at sunset at the nearby lighthouse - super nice. The white wine is very tasty and absolutely fine for 55 DKK.

20/11/2023: Prismæssigt ligger den i den lidt dyre ende, men det er en lækker mad oplevelse man får. Maden smagte skønt og vi gik ikke sultne derfra. Sødt personale og god betjening.

29/09/2023: Et fantastisk smukt og smagfuldt sted med betjening i topklasse. Også virkelig gode og stærke ambitioner på gastronomien. Desværre var smagsoplevelserne lidt svingende. En fik en ret med grillet makrel og forskelligt grønt/tomat men retten indeholdt en - i øvrigt fantastisk - romescosauce som smagte så kraftigt igennem at man overhovedet ikke kunne smage resten af ingredienserne. En servering med rimmet kulmule var fin, men smagte til gengæld ikke rigtigt af så meget. Men komponenterne for sig var af utrolig høj kvalitet. Hovedretterne svingede også lige lovlig meget. Kyllingen med stegte svampe virkede - selvom det blev understreget at den var fra Hopballe - som en kedelig industrikylling og svampene fik den ikke rigtig op at spille. En servering med friteret rilette af kalvespidsbryst var så salt at den var svært fordøjelig. Men, når alt dette er sagt, var retterne utrolig smukt anrettede. De manglede bare det der wow! som vi nok havde forventet efter tidligere besøg. Desserten, choux au craquelin - var til gengæld fuldkommen fantastisk. Den reddede aftenen.

14/10/2023: The food was absolutely fantastic! Very unique and tasteful! I have never seen a service like it!! It was 10/5 stars!! Absolutely over the top in quality woah! It took a little while to get our food ordered, but as one of our friends had to stay home, we asked if we could take a dish home. They were unsure how they could do it and if it was even possible. BUT they packed a whole plate and a bowl of gravy in a metal tray. YES a real plate! And said if we could get through with it the next day they would be grateful, but were also understanding if it couldn't be done. I would definitely recommend them and come back! Wonderful experience!!

26/03/2024: We didn't stay at the hotel, but just chose to try their restaurant. Won't say too much about what we got - just that it was exquisitely delicious. Plus a super delicious red wine. Really nice service and cozy atmosphere and music. But... if red wine is bought for DKK 550, then don't charge for the water. It is simply too petty.

05/01/2024: We were looking forward to spending New Years on this beautiful island and at this high -end hotel. Unfortunately our expectations were not met. The apartment did not have two bedrooms, as advertised. What you can’t see in the pictures on the website is that one of them doesn’t have a door (there’s a curtain instead for some reason). So if you’re traveling with kids and need privacy, book elsewhere. That’s what we will have to do next time. Room service is not available, which is not surprising since it isn’t promoted anywhere, but what was strange was the hotel’s communication about it. They insisted that we can enjoy the restaurant’s food as takeaway only if we order in person and bring the dishes to the room ourselves. And then staff ended up bringing the dishes to us anyways. And don’t bother with breakfast. It doesn’t come close to the quality you’d expect from a restaurant whose dinner menu is exquisite: scrambled eggs were runny, bread was not fresh, fruit salad was underwhelming, you have to share the salt and pepper shakers with every patron because there aren’t any at each table… And if you don’t like drip coffee, you’ll need to purchase an espresso type beverage from a machine at reception. For the price, this was disappointing. Finally the new sauna / cold plunge set up should only be attempted if you don’t mind scaling jagged rocks. If you’d rather have a less stressful experience, there’s a nice sauna at the harbour in Sandvig. I’d recommend that instead. You get the sense that Nordlandet isn’t organised and cuts corners at the expense of their guests who paid for a luxury experience. No one checked in to ask how our stay had been. If they had, I would have communicated this to them directly.

01/08/2023: It was the best experience of the whole day - fantastic guys who brought out the smiles :) Sweet, welcoming and with a twinkle in their eye, they told the story of Poul Havnefode, who is a myth. Hope to see them next time I stop by :) Enjoyed a big and good cup of cocoa.

31/03/2024: Bornholm's best pasta. Pasta and pizza as usual super good. Dessert in the form of ice cream and tiramisu, the latter, however, was far from what was expected.
