De bedste restauranter i Bornholm

09/11/2024: We spontaneously looked for a hotel for our visit to Bornholm. Here we came across the Stammershalle Badehotel, which persuaded us with its charm. The hotel staff is very welcoming and makes the experience very personal and quite pleasant. The rooms are furnished in true seaside hotel style but modern, as are the various lounges and the restaurant. Pt is a new spa and pool area being built, but do not interfere with the experience. The breakfast has everything the heart desires from bread, fruit, yogurt, eggs and cold cuts. All in all, worth a visit and if you want a cold dip, there is a bathing ladder right outside the hotel. I would recommend that you stay at least 2 nights to fully get into gear and enjoy everything this lovely beach hotel has to offer.

14/09/2024: Vi prøvede både husets fylde sæsonmenu med 7 retter og dagens menu med 2-3 retter. Maden var veltilberedt og afbalanceret, portions størrelserne passede perfekt så vi hverken fik for lidt eller for meget. Restauranten er hyggelig og intim, betjeningen venlig og serviceminded. Jeg kommer med glæde tilbage en anden gang 😊

07/12/2024: (edited review (original review not published due to content/wording(s) violating Google Maps policy), originally from Summer 2018) Restaurant: Ordered a 3-course meal from the restaurant's extremely clear menu with primarily meat-based starter and main course, and a lemon fromage for dessert. It was all sublime from start to finish. I was tired and dejected when I sat down at the table, but left happy and uplifted. Quite simply, a fantastic total experience based on the chef's clear passion for local produce (including especially berries and vegetables), taste, smell, visual impression, sunshine and good Danish rock music. I will come again soon - and bring the whole family! :))

11/04/2025: Was there with our two children 1 1/2 and 3. It was super cool, lots of animals running around, activities and nice rides. Up to at least 12 years, it is 100% worth the money. Very pleasantly surprised.

13/01/2025: Really dangerous!!!! The entire park is broken and in need of renovation!!! The board broke while running in front of children and you claim I jumped, which makes me wonder, aren't you allowed to jump on a wooden deck? That already shows that you did shit and knowingly stole money from people and yes, that makes me upset! You have roof damage to leave the strips open like in the pictures! That's your mistake, it's a shame nothing happened to me. That would probably bankrupt her.

06/04/2025: A nice hotel with a good view. Cool decor and material choice in the rooms and common area. Good breakfast. Friendly and efficient service all round and got late check out without problem. However, there are 3 things that surprise me: 1) Service fee for room service - DKK 150 2) Borrowing a children's bed costs DKK 500. 3) That in these climate hysteria times and that the hotel sets itself up as sustainable / solar collectors that there are mini fridges in the rooms. They are empty, but still run all the time. It doesn't matter if they are A + and electricity saving, it is simply for xxxx.

24/04/2025: You pay DKK 42 for two ice cream balls, which are the island's smallest ice cream balls (should have taken a picture), and DKK 7 for crumbs. Otherwise, pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff.

19/04/2025: Pleasant atmosphere. Even in the cool Easter air, you can sit comfortably in the shelter of their little oasis, where the colors are splashy and the staff are friendly. Definitely worth a visit if you drive past Sandvig.

12/05/2025: I følge hjemmesiden åbent alle dage. Laver bordbestilling via mail, får ikke noget svar. Vælger at møde op mandag 12. maj kl. 18.00, skilte ude på fortovet så man måtte ud på kørebanen, ser på døren til restauranten der står "Mandag lukket". Det er dårlig service man ikke kan se det nogen steder på hjemmesiden.

17/04/2025: It's just fine! Super nice and big schnitzels, very tasty and the best plaice I've had to date. Crispy fried on both sides really adds food. Definitely worth driving for.

15/04/2025: Terribly good quality. The absolute warmest recommendations from here 😊 And the reviews about the high price are simply completely incomprehensible. It was definitely cheap! PS I don't know Bager Mortensen in any way, but have become a fan in two days/visits 😊

22/01/2025: Somewhat shabby rooms. Breakfast from 6:30 a.m. It's ok, but there's nothing within walking distance. Very expensive.

06/12/2024: As a course location, the conditions are really nice, the only thing is that it is often quite cold in the course room because it is drafty.. But the sound and picture quality for the courses are really good 🙂

16/05/2025: We are used to fresh shrimp when we eat at a smokehouse… and the shrimp dish was small. Boring fries for a fish that lacked seasoning - hence only 2 stars

13/05/2025: Really good food. There's not much to say about it. There's no service. Not that it's bad, but it's not part of the concept.

29/12/2024: We were there in December. Was very empty and fantastic for the children. Lots of different activities. Certainly very crowded in summer. But it's worth it in any case
