31/08/2026: Best pastries in Copenhagen! Their cardamom buns are legendary. Everything is freshly baked and made with love. There can be a long queue on the weekend but it goes quickly. The prices are on the high end but the quality is impeccable. A must for pastry lovers!

11/09/2026: I'm so glad I tried this ramen. It was the best ramen I've ever had. The tonkotsu and shoyu were amazing. If I lived in CPH, I would definitely go there again. The flavor was incredible.

03/09/2026: We dropped by for a couple of Ramen on a Tuesday early evening. Two other tables were occupied. We were handed some menues and found a table. The menu is quite fine with good options. We chose Wonton and Tonkutsu Ramen. We had to go to the counter and put in our order hence no servers were taking orders. After a short while our Ramen were served. They both had a nice tasting broth - however both Ramen were not real warm - more lukewarm. And the meat in the Tonkutsu were not eatable because it was not real warm either. The place it self is nothing remarkable. It is clean but not any bit cozy. So it was bit of a disappointment.

14/06/2026: Had a great evening sampling a huge variety of different beers of Danish and other European origin. The owner is knowledgeable and did double check that I wanted a certain style of beer because it's known to be a bit divisive.

15/04/2026: The French patisserie in Frederiksberg is without a doubt one of the coziest and most charming places I have visited in a long time. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, where the smell of freshly baked bread, butter and sweet pastries immediately makes you feel at home. The decor exudes classic French elegance, and the whole experience feels authentic and complete. The selection of cakes, pies and other French specialties is impressive, and everything is clearly made with great love for the craft. Every bite tastes fresh, delicate and perfectly balanced. Their croissants and small French pastries in particular are in a class of their own – crispy, airy and full of flavour. The coffee is also really good and goes perfectly with the sweet selection. The staff also deserve high praise. They are friendly, smiling and provide a service that makes you feel welcome from start to finish. It is clear that they are passionate about the place and want to give their guests a good experience. All in all, this patisserie is a little gem in Frederiksberg, which I can highly recommend to anyone who loves quality, coziness and a genuine French atmosphere.

27/08/2026: Exclusive - in an incredibly cozy atmosphere. Everything exudes quality, care and professional service. Fast service and serving - despite an almost full house. Their Steak Tartare doesn't get much better (a bit of Dijon would have given it the final touch). August 26, 2026 TATAR, which I had been looking forward to, was unfortunately sold out. The waiter recommended reserving tartar in advance. But I got a PEBER BOEUF, which was fried medium/rare-rare exactly as requested. Best pepper sauce I've tasted to date. Crispy fries.

08/09/2026: Is one of Copenhagen's oldest pubs. Especially known for being the regular pub of several famous people through the ages, including Simon Spies. Vinstue 90 is also known for their cigar club, as well as slow beer. When you want to have slow beer, you like to order "a horse and a flat", which means a special bottle of beer while you wait for your slow beer to be poured. It typically takes 10-12 minutes, hence the name.
