20/10/2024: You need to visit this place, it's an absolute gem on Frederiksberg. Just find Frederiksberg alle metro, and it's right next to it. The coffee is delicious, and their espresso is something you have not tried before. Their filter is a beautiful experience as well. If you are a coffee lover go here.

14/11/2024: On my latest trip to CPH, I tried some places recommended by European Coffee Trip, and this was one of them. It's absolutely my favorite so far! The baristas were very helpful and knowledgeable about the beans. The ambiance was nice and coffee is by far the best I had in CPH. I would 100% come back here.

The place is beautiful, an atmosphere that will delight everybody - especially the cinephiles! 🎬🍿 Everything we had was delicious, the coffee, the cold-pressed juice, the pastries and the homemade grilled cheese sandwiches served with this surprising mayonnaise 🤩 Add to the mix a very nice owner: we’ll look forward to coming back during our next trip to the wonderful Copenhagen! 🤗

01/11/2024: Robbery in broad daylight. The place was cozy in surroundings, but really bad sound. We bought a sharing menu for DKK 345 per person. Person. We got 10 deletions. One dish was 40 chickpeas, 1 dish some green mash - approx. 1/2 spoon for each. For fillings, we got 2 meatballs, 3 prawns each and some bread. The waiters were nice enough, but didn't keep an eye on people and didn't come and ask how the food was, whether you needed drinks or anything else. For this 2 glasses of wine and some water, it was DKK 900. We left there feeling terribly cheated. Definitely not recommended.

12/10/2024: Har tidligere besøgt denne restaurant og været rigtig fint tilfreds. Men denne gang blev vi slemt skuffede og må konstatere, at det var sidste gang vi besøger restauranten. Det hele startede godt med et fint bord og hyggelige omgivelser. Vi bestilte en flaske rødvin. Da den kom kunne vi desværre konstatere, at den var stuetemperatur og ikke tempereret, som vi er vant til på samtlige andre restauranter vi besøger i København. Forretten smagte godt og intet at klage over. Men da det kommer til hovedretten, er der virkelig plads til forbedring. Allerede i forbindelse med, at der tages bestilling, spørges der ikke ind til, hvordan vi ønsker vores kød stegt. Det studser vi over efterfølgende, men tænker at vi nok bliver spurgt inden vi når til hovedretten. Men nej! Vi er normalt til medium rare oksekød, men ind kommer helt gennemstegte bøffer, med en snert af lyserød, hvis man virkelig så godt efter. Vi har valgt forskellige saucer. Men alle er lidt kønsløse og kedelige. Tilbehøret ligegyldigt og smagsløst. Kødet helt sejt og ødelagt af overstegingen. Desserten ganske udemærket, men heller ikke mere end det. Mega øv, især grundet de normalt flotte anmeldelser. Om det har været en off-dag, og der har været for travlt med store selskaber, skal jeg ikke kunne sige. Men jeg ønsker ikke at forsøge igen, med en regning på lige knap 2000kr.

02/11/2024: This is such a cosy cafe and have like 80s vibe. I had their shashouka and omelette and both of them were delicious. A memorable incident happened was that a mom gave her baby 👶 to me while she packed her stuff (not related).

07/11/2024: The place oozes history. We were invited to a private party on a Sunday, and were assigned a place in the restaurant, which was closed with glass towards the private visitors. It seems ok. The place is known for their lunch and most of the restaurant was full. The lunch was nice and good, classic Danish, with fish, cold meats and warm - but sparse. There was, for example, not half an egg for everyone, for the white herring or the prawns. And some had to share tenderloin and roast. The price is on the "good" end. Despite this, worth a visit.

30/10/2024: The most beautiful oasis, where you are greeted with a smile and shown to your table. The waiters are attentive and are there immediately if you want to order more. The food is freshly prepared, without frills and tastes as you remember it. Especially the vanilla ice cream was like in the good old days. The sandwich is large. So 2 per person is fine.

02/11/2024: My "local" watering hole on Frederiksberg Allé, so I come here often to eat, or just to sit outside for a beer. The place is historic with many famous visits - even today. Not directly cheap, their many specialty beers are expensive, but the atmosphere is top notch

09/10/2024: In short, a super cozy and atmospheric place. The food is as it should be in such a place - it's tasty, Danish and doesn't try to pretend to be anything else... and you'll be full! The staff are exactly as you want them to be - cosy, sociable and fun ... and professional! And if you don't mind other people or good food - you can taste your way through the 50 or so different beers they have... Definitely worth several visits!

23/11/2024: Very authentic dim sum! A lot of people here during Sunday lunch which is a testimony to the popularity of the restaurant. The food came in as it was ready, which means that the last dishes came significantly later than the first. A bit annoying, but that’s how it is. I can recommend the cheung fun and spring rolls!

19/11/2024: Food is pretty standard. Nothing to complain about, nothing extra ordinary. Location is great. Service is ok. Waiting time is low. Prices a bit on the high side for fish and rice ... but probably standard for Copenhagen. The price for drinking water is horrendous. Tap water should be free.
