06/06/2026: We had a beautiful and tasty wedding cake from Kagefryd delivered for our wedding on 30/5 2026. A few months before, we met with Laura in the store to decide on the flavors and appearance. We had written together by email beforehand. Already at the meeting, we felt welcome, and Laura had prepared several different suggestions for some bases and flavors for the cake. She had even prepared a cake as a suggestion for the final version! On the day, the cake was delivered as agreed, and it received great praise from the guests because it was light, airy and full of flavor. From the start, we had an idea to combine the flavors of a strawberry pie with lemon cheesecake, and Laura fulfilled that in full! We are very grateful and look forward to returning another time! Side note: Their pastries and freshly made panini/sandwiches also taste really good. The store in Helsingør is cozy and can be highly recommended!

19/05/2026: It feels like it's the same year after year when you pass by, but it's also nice. A Danish bodega but with a high proportion of Swedish visitors.

31/03/2026: I was honestly quiet disappointed with this place. As tourists me and my friends felt like we were not treated the same as the locals. Maybe that was just an impression but the food arrived after more than 30 min of waiting while others who had arrived way later were served before us. Added to that, we paid a huge amount of money on some dishes and we were still hungry after… The atmosphere and view of the place in general wasn’t that pleasant either. The food was scrumptious though, I recommend the Tempura sushi (fried shrimp with teriyaki sauce).

31/03/2026: The sushi was really very good, but we waited a really long time before being served, and all the other customers who arrived after us were served before us 🥲

There is no traditional menu—instead, each guest receives a set selection of three pieces per person, which adds to the authentic and surprise element of the experience. Whatever is served feels thoughtfully prepared and true to local tradition. The service is very friendly, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the prices are great for the quality and experience you get. Overall, it’s a simple but memorable place to enjoy classic Danish comfort food.

07/07/2026: A quaint shpping mall complete with a grocery store. Very convenient and we found everything we needed to supplement our stay.

06/07/2026: Helsingør City Center. A bit of a mixed feeling. When I think of the city as a larger, well-known city. The center seems small. But it is cozy, and very clean. The guests we met were good at keeping to the right in hallways. It is not normal for guests to think like that. Regarding parking, you have to keep your mouth shut, because the parking lot is not for larger and inexperienced drivers.

02/07/2026: The perfect start to the summer! ☀️ Music, cold beers and pure magic under the open sky at Kulturværftet. Annika started the party TV-2 delivered the great classics that we could all sing along to, and Medina closed and extinguished with maximum energy! 23/06/2026: Whether you eat in or take them away to enjoy by the sea, Divina's pizzas prove that you can keep it simple but choose the right ingredients. From the dough to the basil leaf, each ingredient has its place and enhances the pizza in its own way, making it truly excellent.

27/01/2026: I have often been to Hai Yi with my family and friends and there is always a welcome and when we leave with full bellies of various foods, ice cream and coffee - a big smile on their lips with thanks for today and a safe return home. The dirty plates are quickly removed, and even though it is very busy, they come almost immediately and take our order.

01/01/2026: I have never had such bad food. The food was cold, sticky and tasteless. There were 18 of us who were looking forward to delicious food, but unfortunately we had to leave hungry because no one wanted to finish eating. This is the first and last time we visit the restaurant. Over 3000 kr went out the window.

30/12/2025: Comfy, friendly little spot near the transit station to get some tasty street food. The guy running the place is very personable and there is seating inside. Very fair prices and lots of options, and I was very happy to be able to satisfy my craving for a rød pølse in a baguette.

09/08/2025: A cool place with a bad hot dog stand, this beautiful city has so much to offer but unfortunately a disappointing hot dog stand in a beautiful square. 44 kr for a hot dog with a wrapper and you couldn't even get cucumber salad on it because it was sold out, I think this is the first time in a hot dog stand I've heard of this and it was even worse toasted. Come on, it can be so good

30/05/2026: Wonderful attention to details, sitting outside with a blanket, the food made originally from a well crafted menu and excellent recommendations from the kind staff!! In our case perfectly fried flounder with remoulade I still dream about!!

22/05/2026: The beach pavilion in Hornbæk just delivers every time. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy, the service is personal and welcoming, and the food is really well prepared with good ingredients and lots of flavor. The combination of the beautiful location close to the water and the good atmosphere makes the place really special. You want to stay all evening — clearly the best place in Hornbæk.

07/12/2025: Super good food, we got a 3 course menu for only 158 dkk. Impressive. Super fun service. Will definitely come again.
