24/08/2025: An excellent restaurant in all respects Wait staff very helpful, warm and on the ball Food quality is first class and nicely presented. Serve sizes are generous. For people with dietary worries the restaurant staff are very helpful and my partner was 😋 delighted with her special vegetables only meal This is a classy restaurant that makes the dining experience to be memorable AND the wine list has plenty to choose from with even the best French wines available plus plenty of choice and the budget price level Thanks to Victor for his special efforts!!

02/09/2025: I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the café Kafferiet in Copenhagen, Denmark. A small café with just a few tables outside (about four), while the inside is mainly for take-away. The coffee was very good, the service friendly, and the location convenient, close to nearby tourist spots. A nice place to stop for a quick drink.

27/10/2025: We were 4 people at Restaurant Lupo on Friday 24/10. We were greeted with a smile and shown to our table. Fast service by a fantastic staff both in terms of drinks and food. They were very attentive throughout the stay to make sure everything was okay. The food was delicious, flavorful, well-prepared from fresh ingredients, the best recommendations from here!

25/10/2025: We have been here twice without booking a table, and the service and food have been really good.

26/10/2025: The local had a curious smell, the time of waiting to get the drink was excessive, and the food has caused me not to feel so well. I don't recommend that place, and clearly not the pancetta pizza.

07/09/2025: Just had a very violent experience at this place! Was here and had a few drinks. I had a thin shirt on over my shirt, and when we were hesitating to go down and have the last two drinks at the bar in the basement, it came. After the last drink and we were about to leave, a guard came over and said that I wasn't allowed to have my clothes on? A pullover?? I replied that it was just a pullover but ha is very offensive. I laughed a little and replied that we should go now. Then it escalated!!!! Another guard came and ripped us out! We were pushed up the stairs!? We tried to say we should go now but they kept escalating the whole thing??? And when we were seriously thrown out! Two grown men we answered back bravely! Are they running out and handcuffing my friend!? I ask you to call the police! But first they have to handcuff me too!?!! One of the guards yelled that I should be pacified too!!! I do nothing but say that the police should come now because this is too violent!? The police come and of course we are allowed to leave without any problems... I will never come again!!! What kind of place is this??? Who hires guards who do this? I am a grown man! Been in the military and deployed! But never been arrested!?! I am doing something again!? But here I am being criminalized for wearing a sweater that was too hot??? Honestly??? Who wants to visit a place like this??

26/10/2025: Got completely cold tacos, was inedible and the soft taco shells were completely dry. Very poor service too. Not recommended

23/09/2025: We let the chefs decide, and we certainly didn't regret it. The dishes came as little surprises, and we honestly can't pinpoint which tasted best – everything was well-balanced and executed. To try something different, we chose cocktails, and they went perfectly with the food and the atmosphere. An experience we'd love to repeat.

25/10/2025: What an extraordinary experience! Rarely have we been greeted with such coldness, arrogance, and indifference as by the reservations manager of the Tivoli Hotel Brasserie in Copenhagen. Upon our arrival, this lady — blonde, short-haired, who introduced herself as the person in charge of both the website and reservations — asked curtly “What do you want?” We simply said we would like to have a table for three for dinner that evening. Her reply, in a tone bordering on disbelief: “For tonight? For dinner?” When we confirmed, she immediately said that everything was fully booked, without a smile, without checking, and without the slightest attempt to find a solution. We explained that the online booking system merely stated that “reservations are not available for today”, which in many establishments simply means same-day reservations are not possible online. But no — for her, it was crystal clear: if you can’t book online, it means the restaurant is full. End of discussion. No sign at the entrance indicating the restaurant was full, no clear message on the website, and not even a polite “I’m sorry, let me check if there’s a table available.” Instead, we were made to wait five minutes for nothing, only to be dismissed again with the same cold attitude. What is most disappointing is not just the poor communication or lack of organization, but the arrogance and utter lack of hospitality shown by someone who represents the face of such a renowned hotel. No friendliness, no empathy, no alternative offered — nothing. This experience completely destroyed our desire to dine there and left a negative impression of the entire Tivoli Hotel. What a shame that such a beautiful establishment allows its image to be damaged by someone so dismissive of basic customer courtesy. A sincere word to management: a smile costs nothing, but its absence can cost a great deal to your reputation.

29/09/2025: Excellent suburban kebab, does what it's supposed to. Nothing to travel for. They make it quickly and take short orders

15/09/2025: The food, service and atmosphere were perfect, but I still gave them 2 stars because the prices on the window or the sign outside don't match the prices, which are much higher when you pay at the cash register, and that's not okay either, because you feel cheated.

20/08/2025: Nice selection of breakfast dishes that were affordable. We paid DKK 1,300 for food and coffee for 7 adults and 2 children. My little dog was welcome both outside and inside, and they brought water for the dog. Sweet and friendly service.

19/08/2025: The food is so delicious, I've been there several times and now I'm craving their menu again.
