09/08/2026: Staalvand is a nice place to eat... but with incomprehensible overpriced food for low quality. We have eaten there a few times and have never left satisfied. Today our bread was full of mold and to our great surprise we were not compensated for it. Inattentive waiters, terrible food (considering the price). Super nice surroundings with embarrassing prices and service. In addition to this there was very loud music inside, young employees who took internal hygge-smoking breaks all the time

04/07/2026: Been coming here for almost 15 years. It has now become so expensive and the food so bad that it is no longer a place we want to come. Service was non-existent

15/07/2026: Very nice hotel in the middle of the city. The location is unbeatable. It's right next to the main train station and literally across from Tivoli Garden. I don't think there could be any hotel better situated than this one. The rooms were a good size and very clean. The bathroom is a little on the smaller side, especially the entry door to the shower cabin, but the water pressure was fantastic. The breakfast buffet is also quite nice. I would recommend getting that. I particularly loved their elevator, which is an old style elevator but completely made out of glass. It's gorgeous.

17/05/2026: My stay at Scandic Palace Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel combines historic charm with modern comfort, creating a unique and elegant atmosphere. The architecture is beautiful, and the interior design preserves the character of this iconic building while offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is outstanding, right in City Hall Square and within walking distance of many of Copenhagen’s top attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. Overall, a fantastic hotel in the heart of Copenhagen stylish, historic, and perfectly located.

12/10/2026: The chicken was not cooked but otherwise the rest of the food was good and the drinks were really good.

10/10/2026: It felt like there wasn't much to eat, and overall, the seasoning wasn't very good.

23/09/2026: Though the food looks good, it is however very clear that all the dumplings are just frozen and reheated. Wouldnt be surprised to find out if they dont even make the dumplings themselves, because the dough isnt fresh and the ingredients are bland. Also, when I got my dumplings they were severely overcooked. Overpriced and overhyped. Cute venue though.

10/09/2026: Excellent food, fast service, gritty vibe and a clean space. What more can you ask for? Coming from a couple who are their vegetarian options.

20/09/2026: The burger was surprisingly good, I was a little unsure if the sauce would completely smother it. But it didn't. The fries were a little too salty for my preference, but other than that they were delicious.

27/08/2026: Nice hotel, conveniently located near Copenhagen Central Station and Tivoli Gardens. Clean, with friendly, welcoming staff. I recommend it.

24/08/2026: I bought Haraes for 100 kr when I got home I discovered that Haraes was completely angry and said that I wanted my money back or something else hahaha then the man says you can't do that then I asked why you can see for yourself what this looks like he says no okay you can have them for free I don't want them or money he was so angry . PS. Haraes is brown or dark brown not black and wine gum add satin

14/08/2026: We just walked by and decided to come in. When we will go back home, this is where I am going to buy all the treats and take them to USA. This bakhlava is a piece of art. It melts in your mouth! Thanks God we bought a small plate- we could not stop eating it! And the biggest thing it’s not overly sweet, very mild taste. Perfect place to try Eastern sweets and buy as a gift. The owner is as sweet as his goods! Very friendly and gives out samples!

17/11/2025: We forget that Jensens Bøfhus is actually a fast food chain adapted to families with children. No, this was a sad affair. Sad steak, lousy service... too bad!

25/05/2026: Hidden Gem. This properbly is the best dumplings i have had in Copenhagen. True Guangzhou cuisine. Delicious.

29/03/2026: The floor was sticky and the food was not very good. I unfortunately doubt that it was 100% homemade as it didn’t taste very fresh. The service was nice and I got to replace my first main dish that I didn’t like but I won’t be coming back

13/09/2026: I have to honestly say that this was a huge disappointment. I ordered İskender, but what I was served had NOTHING to do with İskender in my opinion. It was extremely greasy and consisted mostly of rice and kebab meat. I first took a spoonful to taste it because I thought I might have misunderstood the dish. The taste was really strange. So I took another spoonful to be sure – and no, it didn’t get any better. It simply didn’t taste like İskender at all. I only ate a couple of spoonfuls and then gave the food back because I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. Of course, I still paid for the whole meal, even though they got back an almost untouched portion. If you order İskender, you of course expect İskender – not a plate of greasy kebab meat and rice that doesn’t resemble the dish you ordered. For me, it was a waste of money and a really bad dining experience. I won't be ordering İskender here again.

04/09/2026: We visited for the breakfast/brunch menu, but unfortunately, the experience was below our expectations. The service was quite slow and there was not much attention from the staff. You actually need to leave your table and go to the counter to place your order. The brunch selection was also rather limited, especially when it came to cheese varieties. Overall, I found the price-to-performance ratio quite poor. Unfortunately, I also experienced stomach discomfort and indigestion for the rest of the day after the meal. Overall, it is not a place I would recommend or visit again.

04/10/2026: We ordered three dishes: cumin lamb, braised beef shank, and fried noodles. Both stir-fried dishes were good, and the fried noodles were also good.

11/10/2026: I have been really happy with Falafel Kælderen for a long time, but on Sunday I was unfortunately really disappointed. We ordered two durums – one with falafel and one with shawarma. They were maybe half as big as they usually are, and that's where I think the price starts to get a bit high. I used to think that the 70 kroons were well spent because you got so much for your money. In addition, all the "old" fillings that you used to put in, including pickles, etc., were missing. That's why I'm unfortunately not going back to the Kælderen, which is super annoying. I would honestly rather you raise the price by 10 kroons than make the durums so small that you almost don't feel full. Oop oop oop

04/10/2026: Seller was honest when i can only pay with euro, gave me 1 falafel for free. Really warm hospitality.
