28/02/2026: This is the perfect place to go if you want to vomit and have diarrhea for days. I have never experienced anything like this. There needs to be some hygiene training in that business. I don't even want to call it a business, it's a joke. Stay away from this place, sincerely from the bottom of my heart. STAY AWAY!!

24/02/2026: The XXL durum is one of the biggest food items you can get regularly. It not only is giant and of great value but is extremely tasty. I have gone here and gotten the same things far more times than I care to admit

23/10/2025: Super cozy coffee shop. Used a lot for working on a laptop. Just had a latte. Very tasty. Right now they have a special offer. Free choice on the entire menu with Meyou specials. Everything homemade. Only 89 kr. Subscribe to Meyou and get specials by email.

25/10/2025: What an extraordinary experience! Rarely have we been greeted with such coldness, arrogance, and indifference as by the reservations manager of the Tivoli Hotel Brasserie in Copenhagen. Upon our arrival, this lady — blonde, short-haired, who introduced herself as the person in charge of both the website and reservations — asked curtly “What do you want?” We simply said we would like to have a table for three for dinner that evening. Her reply, in a tone bordering on disbelief: “For tonight? For dinner?” When we confirmed, she immediately said that everything was fully booked, without a smile, without checking, and without the slightest attempt to find a solution. We explained that the online booking system merely stated that “reservations are not available for today”, which in many establishments simply means same-day reservations are not possible online. But no — for her, it was crystal clear: if you can’t book online, it means the restaurant is full. End of discussion. No sign at the entrance indicating the restaurant was full, no clear message on the website, and not even a polite “I’m sorry, let me check if there’s a table available.” Instead, we were made to wait five minutes for nothing, only to be dismissed again with the same cold attitude. What is most disappointing is not just the poor communication or lack of organization, but the arrogance and utter lack of hospitality shown by someone who represents the face of such a renowned hotel. No friendliness, no empathy, no alternative offered — nothing. This experience completely destroyed our desire to dine there and left a negative impression of the entire Tivoli Hotel. What a shame that such a beautiful establishment allows its image to be damaged by someone so dismissive of basic customer courtesy. A sincere word to management: a smile costs nothing, but its absence can cost a great deal to your reputation.

26/05/2025: This was a disappointment. The Strawberry Matcha Latte consists of artificial syrup, ice cubes, sugar, and green milk. The pastries, especially the cardamom knot, are far too sweet and mushy. The café isn't cozy.

22/11/2025: Price and quality are not related at all. Ordered 4 rye bread snacks and two sodas for the tidy sum of 395 DKK. We got sodas right away, but instead of starting to make our order, the staff instead took new orders and started preparing them. 30 minutes later our rye bread snacks arrived, with an apology for the delay. The snacks were so tasteless that they probably belonged more in a primary school lunch box than a café. We later find out, when we left the café, that the staff had come to charge 5 rye bread snacks instead of 4. The only positive thing to say about the experience is that the premises are cozy. Find somewhere else.

06/10/2025: Great experience! Exceptional food: tasty nachos and excellent salsas, especially the guacamole! The tacos were also really good; surprisingly, even the vegetarian one was anything but flat and boring, but rather flavorful and enjoyable. The hibiscus drink, prepared by the staff, was also delicious. Warm and friendly staff, the perfect touch to make a simple solo dinner memorable! Highly recommended. DC

02/10/2025: Awesome. I ordered a chicken burger. Got one with fish. My friend ordered a large french fries, His bag is smaller than mine. Got a hamburger that was smaller than the palm of my hand.

01/10/2025: Theory and practice: see the pictures. After a renovation, the place has unfortunately become very sterile and less cozy. Max has gone completely crazy with plant ingredients, so you have to read the menu carefully. The products are not described with content, but inventive names: Crispy Supreme is yellow peas, Plant Beef is soy), My Goodness is beans. It is fine to have freedom of choice, but it takes a very long time to examine the menu if you want to know what they contain. Some of the names are downright misleading, e.g. Plant Beef. It is of course not legal to call it “Beef” if it is not made from beef. Allergy information is also difficult to find. The ingredient lists are not correctly translated into Danish. Max was better seven years ago, when I gave it five stars. Max is more expensive than its two closest competitors, but the quality no longer justifies such a high price. The Mojo salsa sauce is very good.

12/07/2025: Honestly quite disappointing experience. The orange wine I tried was nice but food-wise the selection was very poor and nothing like what’s shown in the photos which was the main reason why I wanted to go there. The menu selection was olives, pickled vegetables, bread, meatballs and cheese plate. I decided to start with some olives and pickles and that already was very disappointing, pickles consisted of mushrooms and some strange greens which did not taste or smell fresh at all so I barely touched them. Based on that I didn’t want to risk ordering anything else. Not to mention the place was practically dead for a a Friday evening. The girl who worked there was nice though.

27/09/2025: Worst tacos i ever had... boiled musrmoos with worst pico de gallo ever, boiled chicken with hospital tomato sauce and no garnish, and the pork one deserve a 4/5 a little tasty... and the tortilla was really bad too...Hope you can put more effort for the people and for the context you are in.

31/08/2025: Excellent experience. We stopped by for a night cap. Christian brought us to a place we could have never imagined. Incredible experience, he guided us along the menu and made it an exceptional night. Christian is your pilot, let him take you where you need to go! Excellent experience, can’t wait to see them again

15/01/2026: Very close to the train and metro. Room cleaning wasn't very good.

06/01/2026: Room: We chose a railway sleeper room. During our stay the weather was fairly warm. Unfortunately, there is no air con so we had to open the door which allowed for air but made sleeping noisier than closed. If you require silence do not stay here but if you like white noise (door closed) the noise is fine. The rooms are clean and basic but suitable. We came with our baby and a cot and nice duvet spread was provided. The bunk beds, once pulled out from the wall, have very very sharp locks on them which we have cut ourselves on. (This needs to be changed as not suitable for adults never mind children). The bathroom could do with grout cleaner. It would be good to have a valuables safe in the rooms. There is no lift so staying here on my own with a pram wouldn’t have worked as there are no ground floor rooms. Food: The breakfast we did not have as it is roughly £15 per day. Service: The staff are attentive providing us a fan for the room and cutlery for our take outs. The location: 2 mins to the train station and a small supermarket. Direct routes to the airport and Sweden. Overall price: I guess it’s reasonable for Copenhagen but compared to other countries I have travelled it’s on the expensive side for a 3 star.
