09/06/2025: La Neta in Copenhagen blew us away! We ordered the 5 taco sampler, guacamole, pirata, alambre, and frijoles—every dish was bursting with bold, authentic flavors. The tacos were perfectly balanced, the guac was creamy and fresh, and the alambre and pirata were savory, satisfying standouts. The service was warm, fast, and genuinely welcoming, making the whole vibe feel fun and relaxed. We washed it all down with a Mikkeller Japanese Rice Lager and an Øko Pils—both crisp, refreshing, and spot-on with the food. Hands-down one of our favorite meals in the city. Chef’s kiss!

09/06/2025: The location is nice, the chef was really polite and helpful explaining to le where it everything, But the waitress was really rude, she really show a poor desire of being there or help you with anything giving you dirty looks, so sad I’ll not come back for sure.

26/06/2025: Great location and exceptional buffet breakfast. Unfortunately, housekeeping for servicing & cleaning the rooms is very late in the day. I did ask if my room could be cleaned prior to 1400, but often this wasn't happening.

23/06/2025: Please, avoid ordering too good to go boxes from them, as they put on sale for the next day unsold/not picked up boxes from the day before. So you may end up with 2 days old bread. Not worth the price, many other valid options. To clarify the reason of this review, I came by today to pick up the tgtg box I had ordered. I was 2 minutes late and I was denied to pick up the order. A bit too strict, considering I just needed to be handed over a bag of bread, but ok. I then asked what happened to the tgtg box, if it was thrown away. The reply was that it was packed and would have been sold again the next day.

23/03/2025: Ordered the food yesterday at 1 and it was cold when it arrived. The food was super boring and had almost no taste. And when we had to order the food, the man behind the phone was very angry. Cannot be recommended from here.

24/06/2025: We were a large group looking forward to brunch, with some of us choosing the brunch buffet and others ordering from the menu. We arrived around noon, but unfortunately the experience did not live up to expectations at all. The buffet was by no means worth the money. The scrambled eggs were among the worst I have ever tasted – stiff and completely dry. The cheese slices were also dry and seemed like they had been sitting out for far too long. The pie lacked any flavor at all, and the small pancakes were hard and tasteless – really disappointing. In addition, much of the food from the menu was already sold out when some of our friends wanted to order, which was a shame so early in the day. Unfortunately, the service was also nothing special. We did not feel particularly welcome, and it seemed like the staff had a hard time keeping up. All in all, a disappointing experience – and that is especially unfortunate, because the place is otherwise in really lovely surroundings.

26/04/2025: Beautiful location, great food and friendly staff. BUT the system that they have set up post order is inefficient and disorganized. To start with, they do not offer service to the table. Secondly, depending on which items in the menu you order, you need to pick them up in not only different locations in the restaurants, but also at different periods all depending on what finished first. This is not a good practice and should get evaluated. Otherwise, good food and location.

28/06/2025: Super perfect durum with salad meat and dressing. Here there is also sweet service and smiles behind the counter!

14/06/2025: very nice place in the heart of Østerbro, the pistaccio croissant was really good. Deducting one star only because I believe the products (although delicious) are overpriced.

25/05/2024: Love Bette and the concept. We keep coming back… But T our latest visit I was surprised and disappointed about the price raised on the Kids menu. I do not think that the plate served on the picture worth 80 DKK at all. ( as far as I remember it was around 65 dkk?) I think it’s a bit too far fetched, I hope the ownership reconsider it.

23/04/2024: Baby aged 8 months got a metal forke/spoon, bread with solid edges (I had difficulties bitting it over) and banana slices that were tough. I find it weird that a place which is supposed to be for children and especially babies cannot provide child friendly food. For me, I got a coffee without milk despite ordering it with milk. I think the mistakes came down to the attitude of the staff as they were more interested in talking amongst each other than providing a good service. I hope this review will help provide a better experience in the future as the concept is awesome.
