23/06/2025: Please, avoid ordering too good to go boxes from them, as they put on sale for the next day unsold/not picked up boxes from the day before. So you may end up with 2 days old bread. Not worth the price, many other valid options. To clarify the reason of this review, I came by today to pick up the tgtg box I had ordered. I was 2 minutes late and I was denied to pick up the order. A bit too strict, considering I just needed to be handed over a bag of bread, but ok. I then asked what happened to the tgtg box, if it was thrown away. The reply was that it was packed and would have been sold again the next day.

23/06/2025: The food here is great, and compared to other places in Tivoli relatively ok priced. The drawback for me here is that most of the restaurant is with quite terrible accoustics = loud. Feel sorry for the waiters, it is not exactly a quiet experience to work there.

23/06/2025: Visited here twice. First visit was below standards - restaurant was quiet but it was difficult to get service; and there was something sneaky about how the bill was rung up where the tip was defaulted to the max amount (and yes, it was the tip, not VAT). Food was good though. Second visit was a lot better service wise. Food was average but service was a lot better. Clearing the bill - this time they skipped right over tip part and didn’t ring up anything for it. The two visits were vastly different. Overall I’d recommend this place, but did not have as good of experiences as I had at other Wagamamas in other countries.

03/06/2025: Ordered food for delivery and after 2 hours the food still wasn't delivered. Ended up canceling and got screwed by the restaurant for canceling. 1 star is even too much…..

19/06/2025: We booked the courts well in advance, because all our friends were going out to play darts. But Bullseye had double-booked, and even though we were very early, we were the ones who were sacrificed. It doesn't get any worse than that.

08/06/2025: Excelente ubicación y lámparas de calor para mantenerse caliente. Servicio muy lento que hizo que muchos clientes se levantaran y se fueran debido a esperar demasiado tiempo incluso para un menú. El café estaba caliente y las tortitas secas con solo 9 bayas, la mitad de las cuales estaban mohosas. No podía recomendar.

27/06/2025: It's our favorite place to eat when we're in Tivoli. Both their hot dishes and their open sandwiches are worth getting your teeth into. And you're always greeted with a smile and good service. They're both skilled and professional and only want the best for you.

18/06/2025: I have stayed in so many hotels abroad, but this was the first time I stayed in this hotel. I was really scared when the housekeeping opened our room door in the morning before I checked out. It was really exaggerated. If we happened to have breakfast and were not in the room, our important things would definitely have been stolen. You have to be careful when staying in this hotel!
