16/07/2026: I am really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a Margarita with mushrooms, but instead I got a pizza with hot tomatoes and oregano, which I didn't order at all. When I contacted the place, I was met with the message that they "always ask, but they didn't have time" if you want tomatoes and oregano on it. That simply doesn't fit. I have ordered there many times before and I have never been asked, and my pizza has never been made that way. The most frustrating thing was that they wanted me to pay for a new pizza, even though it was their own mistake. As a customer, you expect mistakes to be corrected at no extra cost. Unfortunately, a really bad experience, both with the food and the customer service. I will not order from there again.

27/09/2026: I have been here many times since 2012 but over the past 5 years it is obvious there has been cost cutting. I usually come close to opening time so the food will be fresh and hot but today it was obvious that some of the food at lunchtime was from the day before, it was not even warmed. The curry sauce had no taste. I hope the owners realise it has to change.

19/09/2026: Situates in the best shopping part of the town. The restaurant is beautiful and you get the best bang for the money. The food is great and you can choose a la carte or buffet. The waiter is an old grumpy Chinese man. It adds character to the restaurant. I eat here twice a week. I brought many friends over and they all love it.

21/06/2026: Ben there yesterday with my wife we have been regular customers for over 3 years we want to try some new coffee that the had but the worker was very rude I didn't know way she refused with the excuse that she was alone and couldn't make it wen on the shop was just us and one other person. Very disappointed

09/03/2026: Great little gem with delicious food and friendly staff. I highly recommend their homemade durum wraps as they taste excellent. I like that the restaurant has booths so that it doesn't feel too crowded even when the place is full. I highly recommend this place!

27/09/2026: Always a good delicious cake 🎂 you can order every time when you have a birthday party easy to order, but I think I could try something new different cake with decorations and name signs included in the price. I have experienced the same style for the last many years.

06/10/2025: Great experience! Exceptional food: tasty nachos and excellent salsas, especially the guacamole! The tacos were also really good; surprisingly, even the vegetarian one was anything but flat and boring, but rather flavorful and enjoyable. The hibiscus drink, prepared by the staff, was also delicious. Warm and friendly staff, the perfect touch to make a simple solo dinner memorable! Highly recommended. DC

18/08/2026: UV, Remy, Carel were the best tour guides. 10/10- there's a reason why I did this crawl for 3 times during my stay in Copenhagen. The shots are real shots, and not watered down. Recommend for someone soloing to enjoy the night out!

04/09/2026: This is a fantastic dining establishment with many specialties, especially some of their sandwiches made with completely fresh ingredients.

18/09/2026: The toilets were closed for a long time. The food is okay. There wasn't much of a queue. You can order in the app and skip the queue. There are refills on the large mug of filter coffee, which means you can get two large mugs of filter coffee for 44 kroner. It's nice that there is a mix of different age groups.

09/09/2026: My favorite cafe for a latte. Whether you visit one Espresso House or another, you always get the same taste. That's important to me

03/10/2026: We had chicken pesto mozzarella focaccia and it was so delicious… The focaccia was a little firm, but definitely fresh. Their vanilla desserts are also worth trying. They don't have plain lemonade, but you can get strawberry if you want. That's a drawback, in my opinion; the strawberry concentrate wasn't very good.

04/07/2026: I bought a croissant that had both the consistency and taste of a teacup from a plastic bag in Netto. And I'm not exaggerating. It was dry, chewy and rubbery instead of crispy. For the price Lagkagehuset charges for a croissant, it should be crispy and delicious 🤬

03/06/2026: I ordered a matcha latte, and it was very enjoyable. The staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It was a lovely place to relax and enjoy a good drink.

16/08/2026: Good selection of food and delicious drinks. The sandwich with lysosome is good, the biscuit and hibiscus iced tea are excellent. The prices are quite high. The atmosphere is pleasant inside the museum in the beautiful inner garden.

30/11/2025: Delightful VEGAN options at this cute shop. The staff is super friendly and kind. The facility is clean, especially the toilet. They also have Wifi.

25/11/2025: The lady who were working alone that day, I asked her for a cortado, she made me something that doesn’t look nor taste of cortado. She made the whole thing in under a minute. Couple of minutes later I realise she made it in a dirty cup. It was also awfully cold!! Not drinking there again, especially if that worker was there! She needs to learn how to do dishes and make a decent coffee.
