02/09/2026: The Pad Thai with tofu was extremely good and the portions were the perfect size! I can also highly recommend the spring rolls! We ordered directly on site and didn't have to wait long.

14/06/2026: I ordered a Pad Thai with shrimp as my choice of protein. The food was ready for pickup just 15 minutes after I ordered online. The food tasted super delicious, but what made me want to eat it was the conspicuously only 3 whole shrimp I got in my portion. The shrimp cost 25,-kr as an extra. It all tasted freshly made, so it feels like they deliberately added so few shrimp to the dish. I think that's too bad.

01/10/2026: The location is excellent, but the space is a bit of a letdown. Right next to Copenhagen City Hall in the square, the location is truly superb. After a tiring day of shopping in the city center, it's natural to want to stop by for a coffee and a break. One key takeaway: The location is superb, but the overall experience doesn't live up to it. Three highlights: Very convenient location, familiar brands ensure you won't be disappointed, and it's a perfect place to rest while shopping. Three areas for improvement: The interior design is a bit cluttered and lacks the typical Copenhagen aesthetic; the ambiance and acoustics aren't great; for such a beautiful and central location, a better space and atmosphere would make it even more worthwhile. A slight disappointment: Sitting in a very Copenhagen-esque spot, I didn't get a truly Copenhagen-like experience with the coffee.

12/09/2026: I am really unhappy with the cafe and the old cakes which were clearly from the day before. When I brought this to the attention of the staff and told them about my complaint, they did not take my request seriously at all. They did not seem interested in my complaint and it seemed as if it was not important to them at all.

01/07/2026: We've visited this place more than 20 times over the past 10+ years, and it used to be one of our favorites. Unfortunately, our latest visit was so disappointing that we won't be coming back. The staff member with the beard had a poor attitude and showed no interest in customer service. Even worse, the food quality has declined dramatically. The pizza was extremely dry, with a thin, flat crust and toppings that tasted old. The fries seemed to have been cooked in old oil and were so hard that even the kids struggled to bite them. Today we were a group of 11 people, including children, and the entire experience was a huge disappointment. It's sad to see how much this place has gone downhill compared to what it used to be.

30/07/2025: A burger for 69 kr. That's just sloppy and slapped together. At that price, you definitely expect something more.

28/07/2025: Absolute delight to try a kebabpizza here. It is not as fast as a pita wrap, but it was so worth it for the unctuous crunch of the crust, the balanced sauces, flavorful kebab and fresh, crunchy lettuce. 10/10 must try

06/09/2026: Very disappointing experience. When we arrived, about half of the restaurant was empty. The staff seemed visibly busy and perhaps overwhelmed, which we could have completely understood. However, when we simply asked whether it was still possible to get something to eat, we were treated very rudely and basically told to leave. Despite several tables being available, there was no attempt to explain the situation, suggest that we come back in 30 minutes, or offer any kind of alternative. We were simply told that we would not be getting any food there and were sent away. Being busy is understandable. Treating potential customers this way is not. A simple, polite explanation would have made all the difference. Unfortunately, the way we were treated made us feel completely unwelcome.

23/08/2026: The cafe is located in the basement of Magasin store. Food: 4/5 only tried the cardamom bun which was fresh and not too sweet. Service: 4/5 good service Atmosphere: 3/5 there's an eating area off to the side with several tables.

07/06/2026: It is important that mom orders sides with her main course otherwise you only get 1/2 of a normal portion, the waiter didn't explain that to us so we suddenly had to consider whether we wanted to wait for potatoes as a side while our meat and soup got cold or whether we would rather leave the restaurant half hungry and then find some fries on the way home. We chose the latter option because it simply seemed too stupid to sit there with a terlerken in front of you and wait but quite a shame when you had just been looking forward to date night. It would have been a much better experience if the waiter had just said "FYI our menu card is structured like this" The food tasted really good but you quickly forget that when you are a little full and disappointed

04/06/2026: Very good French restaurant. We came here for dinner and they only have a three course dinner menu with or without wine pairing. There were a handful of choices each for the starters, main courses, and desserts. We went with the wine pairing option, and between the three of us we got to sample a broad range of the menu. None of the dishes disappointed, and the suggested wines complemented each dish. Service was cordial and attentive and the space had an intimate atmosphere.

17/04/2026: The service is terrible we’ve been dealing with this duplicate charge issue since March 25th, and now it’s already April 17th and it’s still not resolved. The attitude has been really passive and unhelpful. To be honest, we already felt something was off from the day we checked in. After 6pm, the main entrance was closed, and we were just vaguely told to use the “back door.” They casually pointed in a direction, but we had no idea where it actually was😅

21/09/2026: We walked inside and there was a sign that said to wait to be seated in English, there was English music playing, the waitress greeted us in English, and then once we were seated we were given menus that were entirely in Danish. Of course, our phones didn't have wifi there so we couldn't use google translate. I pointed to a few things that looked a little familiar. My husband had a tea and dessert, I had a coffee and dessert. My husband received his order first, about 10 minutes later I received my dessert and about 15 minutes after that I received my coffee. Once she plopped them down on the table she said "you have to pay now," and then we never saw her again. The whole interaction felt very weird and unfriendly. I usually try to give a place a few tries before I make up my mind but unfortunately this was our only opportunity. The rest of the reviews here are very good so maybe that waitress was having a bad day and not, like most people have suggested, because we were Americans and not welcomed there.

20/09/2026: Arrive at 6:10 PM on 9/19 and have reserved a table for 6:30 PM for 7 people. This table was reserved 1 month in advance and confirmed the day before too! We are assigned a table for 6 people - after a long search, as they had not reserved a table for us - and the waiter brings an extra chair. We ask for an extra table, as there cannot be 3 plates on the same table, as we all have to eat. The waiter cannot find an extra table for us, so we wait for 5-10 minutes. After that, we wait another 10 minutes to order our food and have to get a waiter to order ourselves. We order 7 burgers and drinks - we have a sweetdeal voucher, which works perfectly, and thus only pay for the drinks right away. We wait 35 minutes for our food. We are given 3 wrong burgers: - a Vivaldi burger with the wrong mayo (a minor mistake that can happen) - a gluten-free blue cheese burger that doesn't have the right mayo and is also the same bun as the other users! So it's not gluten-free! It's probably not for fun that you order a gluten-free burger bun, so it's in no way okay that it's not taken seriously! - a Vivaldi user with pickled red onions and cucumbers - which we think is wrong, since the remaining 3 Vivaldi burgers don't contain it. However, it turns out later that it's the 3 other burgers that are wrong and missing these two things, and not the other way around. We also had to ask for cutlery and napkins ourselves and later get them from the bar ourselves if we didn't want to eat with our hands and wipe them on our clothes. This means that 2 out of 7 burgers are right! The toilets are also disgusting - very dirty!! No toilet paper for hands or ass! Completely insane, grotesque and absolutely horrible experience. I cannot recommend the place.

20/10/2026: I wouldn’t say the experience was very bad or very good. It was simply average. The coffee was nothing special, just regular coffee, and the service was average as well. The place itself is very nice, but unfortunately, it’s extremely noisy. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing spot to enjoy your coffee, this is definitely not the place for you.
