18/10/2025: There are two EspressoHouse at Fields Shopping Center, this one is situated at level 0 near Bilka supermarket. I prefer to sit here at early morning when only Bilka is opened. Cosy place with a row of seats facing the counter. Nice employees, always smiling.
28/09/2025: they were very understaffed on a Sunday but the staff was still very friendly and trying their best 🫶

07/10/2025: We visited the Pas Normal Studios shop in Copenhagen yesterday – and it was simply fantastic! The team was extremely friendly and gave us competent, unobtrusive advice. After our shopping, we were even invited for a coffee (delicious!) and some typical Danish Hindbærsnitter.
A thoroughly enjoyable shopping experience – we'll definitely be back on our next visit to Copenhagen! Best wishes from Switzerland🇨🇭

23/09/2025: Bough a jersey and bib shorts whilst on holiday in Majorca. 3 washes and the shorts are falling apart. Pas Normal will only exchange if I travel back to Majorca! They have said they will credit me back what I purchased them for but as I got a discount for buying a ‘bundle’ and now expected to pay for postage it’s going to cost me more to re-buy the shorts. I’m not even sure they are going to honour that as they haven’t responded to my emails for over two weeks now.

31/07/2026: Got bestiom durum without onions. Owner who speaks kije Danish, made food with onions. And when I came and asked him to make a new one (which I paid for extra time) He got angry and didn't take my order. Really bad service. Just threw away money and didn't get any food. 16/04/2026: Ordered 2 pizzas and fries. The pizzas were undercooked and resembled, to say the least, a frozen pizza that hadn't been cooked enough and arrived cold, just like the fries. Delivery by Uber Eat came even earlier and the food was still cold.
I would not recommend buying food from here.
NO THANKS!

07/08/2026: I didn't have the opportunity to try the food, but their service was excellent. The owner of the place is a very friendly and welcoming person, and the girl in the bar was very helpful and nice. I long to try the place and eat in it soon. It looks like a comfortable and nice place.
17/07/2026: Cozy venue, but super unfriendly bouncer who was cursing at us. Kind of ruined my experience there. Also its a bit Pricey. There is better options in Copenhagen

11/08/2026: I had mussels, delicious, cooked perfectly, with a lovely sauce and a crusty baguette.
Sorry, I don't understand all the negative comments. If Copenhagen is too expensive for you, go to Mogadishu; you can get a huge plate for a dollar there.

21/06/2026: I've been to Öz Konya a few times over the years and it's always been ok, nothing to complain about. Until tonight when I picked up a durum and a kebab box. The meat was indescribably tasteless and the kebab pieces were completely crunchy in a strangely unpleasant way. The food seemed old and far from fresh. The only thing that had any taste was the fries, even though they were soggy.
10/06/2026: I was there with 3 colleagues.
They ordered skewers, some with fries, others with rice, and I ordered a pita bread with kebab menu. Everyone got theirs, even though it was grilled, when they were almost finished eating I went down and asked where the pita bread was, it will be here in a bit was the answer. I ended up canceling my food order because the others had finished eating and my menu hadn't arrived yet.
The employees were clearly new and had no experience. There was some confusion with the orders and this resulted in some errors with the delivery.

28/05/2026: Nice staff works there in general However, the products are not the best quality compared with high prices and other brands. I have ordered a cake for my son birthday and paid half price in advance and when i collect it they told me that i have to pay extra due to wrong order measures!. 2nd time a week ago i bought ( Syrian betefour) and the test is not 10% close to it. 😞😞😞😞
25/03/2026: Here on the site it says you open at 9am, but today I was there at 10:15am and you were closed,
I think you should stop with all your advertising crap online and focus on your opening hours, even on your door there are no opening hours, it shows how serious a company you are,

14/06/2026: I ordered a Pad Thai with shrimp as my choice of protein. The food was ready for pickup just 15 minutes after I ordered online. The food tasted super delicious, but what made me want to eat it was the conspicuously only 3 whole shrimp I got in my portion. The shrimp cost 25,-kr as an extra. It all tasted freshly made, so it feels like they deliberately added so few shrimp to the dish. I think that's too bad.
27/05/2026: Just bought a 1 piece dry and fishy tasting salmon in red curry sauce. WITHOUT any vegetables for 145 kr. total robbery

24/01/2026: Ordered via Wolt from your store in Christianshavn, the drink I received tasted far from anything that should be consumed, I have otherwise had the drink many times before, when I complained about Wolt, our courier could not get in touch with you. I order a lot from Wolt and am very disappointed, but this is definitely the last time I have ordered from your chain, especially when you allow yourself to charge 90+ kr for a smoothie. As I also told the courier, I was not interested in the money back but just a new one but never got through to you and now the result is just that I will not come again, oops.
