04/02/2025: Was there after choir, we received a nice and friendly service. Unfortunately there was no draft beer, but accidents happen everywhere. The opening hours are a bit short, closing at 10 pm is early, I understood that it was related to the rest of the residents of the house.

24/11/2025: Great food, and fast service even when busy. Got the kebab menu, it is juicy and tasty, the meat and the pita is very nice😋 I've eaten here a year ago, just went in the restaurant and thought the food was delicious. Then came back now and I checked the reviews, and I am very confused with the low rating. It is honestly very good 😊

24/10/2025: If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Its been while since i ordered from here but it deserves a review. I ordered two vegetarian curries for takeaway the portion sizes were incredibly small (maybe it would be a decent portion for a child under 10) and they tasted the same if not worse than a curry from the supermarket for quadruple the price. I could not reccomend this place any less. Save your money.

11/12/2025: We were a group of 8, 3 of whom were wheelchair users. No disabled toilet Had booked a table in advance. The food was booked in advance. A 3 course Christmas menu. Starter fine which consisted of 2 types of herring and salmon. Main course confit duck leg and pork roast with potatoes and gravy. , red cabbage. Dessert , rice salamande with cherry sauce. The plate for the main course was a dessert plate which was too small, as we had disabled people with us who had difficulty steering it. And it is rare to get cake plates for duck leg and pork roast which almost filled the plate by themselves. The only thing that was dissatisfied with was the brown potatoes which were clearly glass potatoes and lacked taste and color. The service was great. Friendly young man who made it nice to be there. The fun was a bit off when a young girl came and asked if we were going to leave soon, as she had a table reservation for another party. Our disabled people take a long time to eat, and they enjoyed themselves since it was their Christmas lunch and they only come to Copenhagen at Christmas to enjoy themselves. But there is no shame in leaving when you are asked to do so in a figurative sense.

09/09/2025: Very unpleasant staff. No customer toilet even though there are more seats, and 100 percent they have a toilet, it is a legal requirement when they have more dining areas, but only for small children they say.

16/12/2025: We checked in on November 26, left our belongings in the room, and went out. When we returned to the room in the evening, we noticed that the radiators were not working. I informed the reception, and as a temporary solution they gave me a portable heater. The next morning, when we woke up, the room was still very cold. We went out again that day, and when we came back in the evening, the radiators were still not working. We were trying to manage with the heater, but when I took a shower, the electricity went out — more precisely, the circuit breaker tripped, because the light at the entrance was still on. With my hair wet, I went to the reception and explained the situation, saying that we were being seriously inconvenienced. I asked them to move us to another room, but they did nothing and did not help at all. They kept saying that all rooms were full, but we knew that there were empty rooms. Our cousin was staying in the two rooms next to ours, and there were no problems in their room at all. Not only did they fail to solve the issue that night, but the receptionist said they would call an electrician in the morning and claimed to have taken a note. When I asked how I was supposed to dry my hair, they did not offer any solution. They said the electrician would arrive at 7:30 a.m., but by 8:00 a.m. no one had come. I went downstairs and saw a different receptionist, explained everything again, but this person was completely unaware of the situation. They said they would call the electrician now. I asked whether there was any guarantee that the problem would be solved, and they said it would be. When I mentioned the radiator issue, they also said they would take care of it. While we were getting ready, the electrician arrived, but the radiator problem was not resolved. We went out that day, and when we returned in the evening, the heating was still not working. I went downstairs again and explained the situation once more, but they again only gave us a heater. Since I was leaving the hotel the next morning, I no longer had the strength to keep explaining and waiting. However, I was seriously affected by this situation. I have a heart condition and also anemia. After returning to my country, I have spent three weeks trying to recover from my illness. I was truly very upset by this experience. I also later learned that one of my roommates has high blood pressure. In any case, the hotel’s location is nice, but the reception staff did not help at all, in any way. If they do not believe me, they can check the hotel’s security camera recordings. I request that the footage between November 26–30 be reviewed. I hope they will respond, even from a distance, because my health condition worsened seriously, and you are responsible for this.

13/12/2025: Great location, good size room & comfortable bed. Kettle with tea and coffee. Trains not that often in the evenings but earplugs provide if needed. Breakfast was adequate, to set you up for the day. We would stay here again!

26/04/2025: There’s something about this place that just hits different. It instantly pulled me back to the good old days — when warm smiles and genuine hospitality weren’t some rare, forgotten art. We showed up and the owner himself met us right at the front door, grinning like he was welcoming old friends. He took the time to walk us through the bar, sharing its story like it actually mattered — and you could feel it did. When we finally made it down to the bar, we were floored. Cheap prices, an incredible selection, and absolutely no pretense. A true hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Copenhagen. Trust me, skip the overpriced chains.This is the kind of place that reminds you why you fell in love with nights out in the first place.

28/10/2025: Omg this place reminded me of home back in atlanta Georgia. The bagel was so soft and swear they had to make the cream cheese . The young lady was so nice I remember name but I will get it tomorrow

30/09/2025: Unbelievably delicious food. Our Ukrainian girls are great, Regina, thank you for the delicious lunch. The next day, we went on a cruise, and I told everyone where you can eat deliciously in Copenhagen 👏❤️

24/10/2025: I wanted to eat at Tivoli Gardens, and I wanted to try one of the Danish open-faced sandwiches. After researching, it seemed this place had gluten free bread so I headed there. My pickled herring sandwich on gluten free bread was excellent. The waiter even explained to me what to do with the tiny spoon of white stuff (lard, you're supposed to spread it on the warm bread). I also had wine and a bottle of water. Of course the prices are inflated because if the location but I thought it was worth it. The restaurant doesn't have a great view, but I liked the old-time vibe. It seems a good idea to come around 4:30 or 5 pm; I was seated immediately. At 5:30 they started to tell people they could only stay until 6 pm because at that time they start to serve dinner only.

09/12/2025: As some of the negative reviews reported as well, one of the waiters -many people say he is the owner- is very rude and makes the costumers feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. This is what happened to me. I entered the café and I put my bags in one of the chairs, reserving the table, waiting to order. Then, my boyfriend, who wanted to use the restroom, asked for the code to enter. The waiter answered that there was a toilet around the corner, close to a burger place. My boyfriend asked if there was a toilet inside because we had already come previously and we knew there was a toilet inside as well. He answered that their toilet is only for costumers. We were costumers but he said he didn’t know but he was very bad from his part not asking if we were costumers and giving for granted we were random people who were passing by asking for toilets in a place like this. Absurd. After this awkward beginning, I sat down on the table and my boyfriend sat next to me because there was a couch. There was no one next to us that we were disturbing but he claimed that, as it was a small place, we had to sit one in front of each other. This for us was the tip of the iceberg. As a costumer, this is a very rude treatment. Knowing you have to pay people like this, it’s disappointing. This waiter will claim he has been very kind and he said things politely, but for me this is not kindness, neither politeness, I am sorry. If he is getting stressed easily by large numbers of costumers and this small place cannot contain them and he cannot handle it, I suggest this person to change job or to review his attitude. This is not for him. I am not the first one saying this, therefore, he should really take this in consideration.

17/09/2025: Terrible quality product defrost donuts and a funny mango refresher with a taste of a bit tea and water for 55kr(8€) perfect place where they will rob your money

05/08/2025: We waited a really long time for 2 donuts together with another woman because they had forgotten our orders the other woman got 2 extra donuts for free as an apology and we didn't get anything which is fine but everyone should get the same service

17/10/2025: If I could give 0 or minus, I would have. Most of the food was lukewarm/cold, except for the nuggets for my son. It was okay for them - there was no cutlery and there was half or completely empty in several places on the buffet. The clerk disappeared all the time, so the guests had to stand and wait to be served. She used the same gloves constantly even though she had received cash and had to give change back, then went over and touched the clean cutlery and the seats were not wiped down. In addition, you pay the box for the food, as you also have to pay for the weight of the plates on top, as if you are eating the plate. 🤦 Last time we set foot there.

19/10/2025: Very slow service. And you should stay far away from their hot "cocoa". Which has nothing to do with hot cocoa. It's made with water and powder with a little splash of whipped cream on top. And sickeningly sweet. It's unbearably hot inside. Surely nice on a winter day. But not necessary in the middle of October.
