29/08/2025: Wonderful German kebab, as good as in Germany, super bread

09/07/2025: I ordered a Pizza and fry to take out. I went there on time to collect the food. But The food was not ready. I waited for 25 minutes and then I decided to go without food as I have some other things to do. I request him for a refund and he got furious. He replied me in a bad way which I didn't like. And then we had some hot conversation and left the place with a promise not to going there anymore.

04/02/2026: I have eaten a very tasty pizza and a sandwich that was delicious. The new owner is very friendly.

12/12/2025: Piv miserably ordered 4 chicken sandwiches, the bread fell apart while we were eating, far too much chili and far too little chicken - it was so cold you would think it came from Skagen - Not a rated place and cannot be recommended for a value of 75kr

31/10/2025: You get the cups with the food first.

27/08/2025: The food is almost always good and what you order. Only once out of maybe 20 where they forgot something in the order. It was quickly corrected. Service and atmosphere mediocre, but there are also limits to what you can expect from a food court.

03/10/2025: Personally I had a bad experience. The food was not good, the toilets smelled really bad and you couldn't understand what the staff was saying. The atmosphere was ok. You could talk to each other, but it was still quite loud in there. All in all a disappointing experience.

03/10/2025: the worst place ever. I went in and as soon as I entered the stench hit my nose, my little boy of five cried when he tasted their cheese pizza. He had to go to the toilet quickly, when we entered the sink was yellow and it smelled of pee. Their large cup of soda cost 60kr and the same for a small cup.

13/05/2025: Super delicious pulled pork and fresh greens. The workers are super sweet and a super delicious place to choose if you want a delicious salad. The coffee is also 10/10.

01/01/2026: The peace of mind is priceless. I no longer have to rush home from work or nervously watch my security camera. For expensive items or time sensitive gifts, this service is an absolute game, changer. It turns the most unreliable part of online shopping into the most dependable.

31/07/2025: Der Wein war gar nicht nach unserem Geschmack und dafür wirklich hochpreisig, aber das Interieur und die Stimmung sind top. Am allerbesten ist der Koch. Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker. Insbesondere der Blumenkohl und die Aubergine - sensationell. Allein dafür lohnt sich der Besuch.

14/03/2025: Experience sympathique. Bon vin. Reste cependant assez onéreux pour de petites quantités. Musique assez forte. Je garde un bon souvenir du service. Chouette ambiance.

05/09/2025: The food we ordered was good and the beers excellent. The service could be improved; in my opinion, there shouldn't be any need to ask for cutlery and napkins; they should be brought with the order.

04/09/2025: Lived up to previous visits in every way. Bad ordering experience, slow, impersonal and unfriendly service - sick food. Sad that they take up so much space, in such a good location. Think it will be a few years before they see me again

17/09/2025: Terrible quality product defrost donuts and a funny mango refresher with a taste of a bit tea and water for 55kr(8€) perfect place where they will rob your money

05/08/2025: We waited a really long time for 2 donuts together with another woman because they had forgotten our orders the other woman got 2 extra donuts for free as an apology and we didn't get anything which is fine but everyone should get the same service

02/11/2025: The coffee and atmosphere is still nice. Unfortunately, I miss the homeliness of the old menu with pancakes, soup and bolle med ost. In comparison with glyptoteket the new cafe has poor selection, smaller portions and higher prices. It has made me reconsider my yearly pass because I used to love visiting and having lunch afterwards 🥲

15/10/2025: Cant stand the thought that there is a graduated cook who came up with this menu I had the apple cake. While it definetly included apples i cant call it much of a cake, more like a bitter salad advertised as a pastry with what looks like rosemarin and sourcream on top. Shame for apple enthusiasts all around

15/09/2025: Great food, but be aware that this store charges a 4.25% surcharge if you use a non-EU card to pay - which they don't tell you about before ordering. Other cafés may not - so shop around!

15/09/2025: I love Lagkagehuset and am their #1 fan. But on Sunday the 14th my friend and I went there to get two lattes (small). I also showed my student card to get 20% off drinks, as I usually do. I should have paid 83 kr. (52 kr. * 2 kr. * 0.8 kr.), but the cashier charged 94 kr. So they charged me for the standard size latte, and it was small. 10 kr. is nothing, but it was very annoying, since Lagkagehuset is my favorite cafe in Copenhagen. Also, the day before, on Saturday, I had the best coffee of my life at the exact same place, with the exact same order. So yes, please start giving your employees breaks.

07/10/2025: We visited the Pas Normal Studios shop in Copenhagen yesterday – and it was simply fantastic! The team was extremely friendly and gave us competent, unobtrusive advice. After our shopping, we were even invited for a coffee (delicious!) and some typical Danish Hindbærsnitter. 23/09/2025: Bough a jersey and bib shorts whilst on holiday in Majorca. 3 washes and the shorts are falling apart. Pas Normal will only exchange if I travel back to Majorca! They have said they will credit me back what I purchased them for but as I got a discount for buying a ‘bundle’ and now expected to pay for postage it’s going to cost me more to re-buy the shorts. I’m not even sure they are going to honour that as they haven’t responded to my emails for over two weeks now.

22/11/2025: Good latte and pain au chocolat, but not enought sitting place.

10/08/2025: The coffee is good and all the baked goods delicious. My son loved their hot chocolate. The staff however can be shockingly rude - not all were thankfully. One young miss in particular rolled her eyes and behaved like an unbecoming adolescent over something quite minor. Another - again young - male was effortful in his frosty attitude towards us. It was such a pity as it was just ugly and highly off putting. Whilst the more grown members of staff were perfectly nice and helpful.
