12/06/2025: Has the best employee choice among other Espresso Houses! She was so nice and helpful. It is quite unusual for Denmark. Also, interior and design of this coffee shop is more authentic than others. Definitely my best! Great study place but sometimes crowded

29/03/2026: This place looks very sweet and cute but don’t be fooled! First red flag: the menus dont have any prices and that’s always a bad sign that you’re about to get scammed (and you will🫶🏼🫶🏼). It’s such a weak and pathetic way of scamming your customers that I feel bad for whoever made this decision and how low they have to be. Second red flag: a TOAST is 75 kr. It was good but lets do an exercise together, take a deep breath and bring ourselves back to planet earth and realize that a 75kr toast the size of my palm is daylight robbery and this confirms that the decision making people are miserable and feel something only by scamming others

31/07/2026: We left the place without eating. Very hot place and poor service from unfriendly staff!

14/07/2026: It’s amazing how frustrating a pretty looking bar can be when the staff are completely clueless. Not keeping it tidy, no idea how to look after customers. Rude, incredibly slow and really not listening.

09/11/2025: I had a really disappointing experience at Emmerys on Bryggen. The staff seemed inattentive – they were standing around chatting and didn’t even notice customers coming into the store. I ordered two buttered buns to-go, but it took almost 10 minutes to get them. When I finally received the bag, it was covered in butter. When I pointed this out, I was met with a very bad attitude from the staff. Really bad experience on a Sunday morning!

08/10/2025: Ordered a hot sandwich. It didn't even take 2 minutes before I got it. Alas - cold and boring threw it out after one bite

08/05/2026: sat outside on a sunny evenings so vibes were good. mango salad was so nice, fresh and zingy. drunken noodle chicken was good, maybe a bit too salty but it really hit the spot.

15/05/2026: I understand that the owners of the place are not keen on keeping the premises and toilets clean. I have been there a few times and every time there was dirt everywhere – on the tables, the floor and the toilets. Is it typical for Danes to like dirt? Do they like working and buying food in dirt?

14/04/2026: Nice bakery with a large selection, unfortunately only a few seats (approx. 20, mostly tables for 2).

23/07/2026: There’s no seating area ( only to go orders) there’s 7 machines to order from. There’s parking on the side streets.. The service / costumer service was really good

18/07/2026: I experienced ordering on the McDonalds app. It stated that the restaurant was open, just like it was on Google. When I got to the restaurant, it was closed. There were opening hours on the restaurant door, according to which it should be open. I wrote to McDonalds, who could not bring themselves to actually accept responsibility, but instead referred to the fact that orders through the app are "intended to be made when you are in the restaurant and can see that it is open". Now I have the opportunity to show up at the restaurant and discuss with them, or receive a discount coupon that I can possibly use another day if they are open. Anyone can mistakenly enter opening hours incorrectly in a digital system, but it seems somewhat strange that you have the wrong opening hours hanging on the door. Furthermore, it should not be the customer's responsibility to doubt McDonalds' own knowledge of its opening hours, as well as that a loss caused by McDonalds' misleading information should not be borne by the customer.

23/11/2025: the dubai chocolate strawberry cup was nice. it was roughly £10. there wasn’t much seating. someone did push infront of me in the queue but overall was nice

21/11/2025: I am really disappointed with pantella. I stopped by today to buy the viral moist cakes. First of all, they cost 100kr per piece, which they are not at all. We bought 3, all three were broken in the package. And the employees were really bad at informing us about the cakes.

11/07/2026: Ordered online when it said they were open. After getting no response from the place for half an hour, I drove down to where they had closed. A man who was walking around the back came to the door and made me sound like an idiot when they hadn't confirmed the order. Like I should have waited until Monday to find out if I could get lunch.

06/07/2026: Unfortunately a disappointing experience. I got a sandwich with regular chicken, where several of the chicken pieces were very hard - almost like rocks - and impossible to chew. It wasn't all the chicken in the sandwich, but several of the pieces were so hard that it ruined the experience. I have subsequently tried to call several times to make them aware of the problem, but without success. I hope you will pay more attention to the quality of the food and make it easier to get in touch with you.

26/10/2025: Coffee was almost ok, the staff was very rude and not helpful at all, my kid was locked in the bathroom and they didn’t help at all, I asked the code and they didn’t gave it to me , but they gave to someone else that spoke their language. I know the staff is young bit a little compassion will be great, I will never go there again.

18/08/2025: Great juices, sandwiches, bowls…love the protein shakes line the big matcha and the nutty👍💪🏼 And yes service was really friendly today🎈

17/05/2026: The reviews I read about Silas are in line with the experience I just had with that business - I accidentally transferred 500 kr (should have been to someone I know called Silas) on Mobilpay. I thought they were easy to talk to, but they weren't, I got a couple of people on the phone who couldn't understand a word I was talking about, finally I got someone who 'could' speak Danish, it quickly dawned on me that he definitely didn't intend to deliver them to the bakery and he concluded by saying that it was definitely not his problem and hung up -- To you Silas, keep the 500 kr. with the reviews I've read about your business, you need the money 😡😡

17/03/2026: Just like the other Silas on Amager. 🐐 Especially their delicious juicy and smooth kebabs.

22/08/2026: Søpavillonen is a place that really manages to combine a fantastic location with a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. Here you get an experience where the surroundings around the lakes and the classic Copenhagen atmosphere are a big part of the charm. The service is welcoming and professional, and there is a pleasant atmosphere that makes it easy to stay a little longer than planned. It is an obvious place for both a cozy dinner, drinks or an evening with friends. Søpavillonen has a very special Copenhagen atmosphere that is difficult to copy. A place with personality, a good atmosphere and a location that almost speaks for itself. A really good experience – and definitely a place I would like to come back to.

03/06/2026: I ordered two bowls of rice, the chicken seemed old, the sauce was watery, and the vegetables were old.

24/04/2026: I was there this week where a girl in a scarf was behind the cash register, not smiling at all, looks like someone who is forced to be there, on top of that we got the wrong order. Won't be back!

04/07/2026: The food was cold, worse and lost the appetite to eat.

03/07/2026: An absolutely terrible and dangerous experience. I ordered the Jollof Rice and Chicken through Wolt around 9 PM, and the food delivered was completely spoiled. I am pregnant, was incredibly hungry, and this restaurant sent me spoiled food that put my life and my baby’s life at risk. Because it was so late, I had no other options and had to sleep hungry and crying. To make it worse, they refused to take accountability or issue a refund through Wolt. Selling spoiled food is dangerous and illegal. I will never recommend anyone to order from this restaurant.

28/06/2026: There two dancing floors with different music, and one balcony over each floor. The ground floor has a strange staircase on the dance floor, and is quite crowded and hot. The upper one is better.

21/06/2026: Alcohol is bad, with a lot of water in it, and also super expensive compared to other good places in Copenhagen. Music is average; sometimes they have good music, but it doesn’t last long. Be ready that people inside are super young, like 18-20 y.o., so the atmosphere feels like a prom party. Smoke on the dance floor is horrible and goes straight into your face. A good thing is that they have different floors with different music, and they have space outside to sit and rest. This is a super touristic place, and I wouldn’t really recommend coming here if you are looking for a dancing vibe.
