23/10/2025: Terrible experience!! The service was horrible, we were treated terribly. Very expensive for what it is, and the quality is very low. No one should waste their time or money!

04/10/2025: Great service with very special coctails by Stefano. He is very knowledgable and talented. You can think of spending an afternoon to turn shitty day into a pleasant one.

14/09/2025: Waited forever for water and for our drink order to be taken. Waiters seemed very clumsy and to be fighting with each other.

20/08/2025: As an Italian tourist, I preferred other places to eat. The food isn't bad, but the price is definitely inflated, especially considering the location on one of the city's docks. The view while eating is very picturesque, helping you enjoy what is, all things considered, a good meal. The price is really high for the food and the service/welcome was cold. In short: average, nothing to be missed 🙂‍↕️

03/10/2025: the worst place ever. I went in and as soon as I entered the stench hit my nose, my little boy of five cried when he tasted their cheese pizza. He had to go to the toilet quickly, when we entered the sink was yellow and it smelled of pee. Their large cup of soda cost 60kr and the same for a small cup.

03/10/2025: Personally I had a bad experience. The food was not good, the toilets smelled really bad and you couldn't understand what the staff was saying. The atmosphere was ok. You could talk to each other, but it was still quite loud in there. All in all a disappointing experience.

20/07/2025: I've probably eaten 500+ durum rolls in my life - this was one of the worst. I asked what the difference was between a regular and a homemade one when I received a durum roll with Tex-Mex bread. He replied that it was the size difference. Generally bad durum, where you just have to go fast.

18/07/2025: Amazing Kebab! Flew into Copenhagen in the evening and was hoping to find a kebab shop open after being delayed almost an hour waiting to taxi the plane, it was 1am and didn’t expect to find anything open. Came to Star Midnight and asked for a chicken shawarma kebab box, didn’t expect it to be good as it was late and probably not the best bits of chicken left, but WOW was I impressed! An amazing quick service and absolutely delicious meal, which was even more impressive as it was the middle of the night. Definitely a staple now

04/01/2025: Vi havde bestilt bord på forhånd.(31.12) Fik ikke nogen særlig venlig modtagelse. Vi bestilte brunch. Vi fik beskeden, at de ikke havde forventet at sælge noget, så vi kunne ikke få æblejuice, Caffè latte, eller juice med bl.a gulerødder og appelsiner. Ekspedienten virkede sur og irriteret/ frustreret. Forstår ikke at de ikke havde de nødvendige varer, der var kun 1 lukkedag før de skulle have åben igen. Da jeg skulle betale virkede dankortterminalen ikke, hvilket gjorde ekspedienten endnu mere irriteret. Vi har været på flere Vivaldi restauranter, men ALDRIG haft så dårlig en oplevelse.

29/12/2024: I hope it was just today that it was a bad experience. The bread is generally bad, but today there were big holes. The food was cold. Some of the staff didn't speak Danish. There were no signs on the things, so you didn't know what they were. There were missing plates. App didn't work.

22/08/2025: Ok kebab. But stay away from the pizzas and Indian dishes, I've rarely tasted anything so bad...

29/10/2025: Have been supporting and having a meal this place everytime i came to Copenhagen… but sadly, i paid DKR 205 for a burger and nuggets, and i asking for mayonnaise. The staff keep on saying it’s inside. Yes, i know it is inside but is it wrong to have extra? Didn’t know that asking for extra mayonnaise is a sin, is a crime and is unlawful at this shop. Sooo terrible, horrible and really upset…guess today will be my last meal with them. Not gonna support them anymore :(

21/10/2025: The food was ok, but during the night I had to run to the bathroom several times. I will not go there again. The place is like all other restaurants in that category.

24/09/2025: I have never experienced such poor service in my life. I came in with some friends when it was obviously much busier than the man behind the counter could handle. We stood in line for a long time to order, and when we were finally allowed in, we waited for over an hour for our food - while everyone else was served and got their food before us. In the end, we had to argue for half an hour and even show our bank account transactions as proof that we had actually ordered. Even though we were shouted at, called liars and even scolded for smiling, we had to maintain a polite tone to even get our food delivered, which we paid for an hour earlier. All in all, a really bad experience. The food was not exactly anything to shout about either. Find somewhere else if you are hungry. :)

11/10/2025: Milkshake recipe must have been changed - both Oreo and Strawberry were extremely icy, lacked flavor and without the usual milky, creamy consistency and did not melt the entire time we were there. Chaotic atmosphere, long wait, incomplete order. Disappointing experience today - no help when we shared experience at the counter :(

16/10/2025: Very nice food (mussles and lobster soup), amazing view and location. But I give onlt 4/5 because of the most outrageous thing I ever seen at a restaurant. ”Max 3% tip” on the bill. It is not good for anyone, just bad treatment of employees, nothing else. I choose how much I want to tip, there is no need for ”Max 3% tip” on the bill. I feel sorry for the staff, It’s very, very bad ownership / Management.

15/10/2025: We had a pleasant experience at Barock in Nyhavn! The location is absolutely beautiful with a great view of the canal. The staff were welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxed Mussels so yammy

08/04/2025: Nice enough food, but hopeless logistics. Have experienced long waiting times before, so asked in advance if there was a run on. No no, max 25 minutes. 45 minutes later we still haven't had food and are sitting with two hungry children after swimming. We won't do it again.

08/11/2025: I didn't eat the pizza; this review is about the coffee. And it was the worst coffee I've ever had. It was salty! Something went wrong.
