02/10/2025: A fantastic bakery with top-class service and quality! You are always greeted with a smile and friendliness, and that makes the experience very special. The bread and cakes are in a league of their own – freshly baked, delicious and full of flavour. Here you quickly forget Lagkagehuset and all the other chains – nothing can compare to the quality and personality you find here. It is clear that everything is made with love for the craft. My absolute favourite place, which I can highly recommend to anyone who appreciates genuine baking craftsmanship. 🥐🍞🎂 It is a pleasure to shop in your bakery shops

25/09/2025: There has definitely been shrinkflation in those cakes – while the prices are skyrocketing, the size is getting smaller 😅

07/06/2026: What happened to YOBURGER? The quality has dropped drastically French fries replaced, no longer wave Chicken tenders are no longer a piece of chicken, now blended chicken mass (like a nugget) Burger has shrunk too. Used to be the best in town, a shame

02/04/2026: Extremely bad experience. I could make a better burger at home, and the portion was way too small for the price. I got about 5 fries, what a joke. Not recommended🤢

31/07/2026: Ordered a children's burrito for my 5 year old son. The filling was spicy even though it was for children. When I tried to ask if we could get one that was not so spicy, the employee denied that there was anything spicy in it. He generally has a rude attitude towards me and the solution may be that I buy a bag with sour cream for 20kr extra. Really bad service! Will not be back.

14/07/2026: The food was terrible. The burrito was hard on the outside, cold inside, and tasted old. Poor service and staff didn’t understand. Very disappointing – waste of money.

05/08/2026: Absolutely the worst food. Their butterchicken gave me salmonella, never ever had such bad food poisoning. Save yourself and stay away from here. Totally disgusting

04/08/2026: Ordered their butter chicken and rice. And ended up getting really bad food poisoning. Couldn't stop throwing up and feeling sick. Never felt this bad before.

10/07/2026: I ordered a ‘grilled salmon bowl’ through Wolt and what I got has less than half of the salmon they have on their product picture. The restaurant said it’s the correct size. Wouldn’t order again

18/07/2026: Really bad service! Ordered a sandwich that was just thrown on the table for 75kr! And the waitress seemed almost mad that I ordered something, really can't recommend if you want to have a nice time

10/08/2026: Most of the dishes were bland and tasteless. No desert. Chicken fry & Creamy mushroom were the only good items. Price is incredibly low, may be to cover up for the bad taste. Half of the dishes were left empty even an hour before the closing, they didn’t feel like refilling or something! Disappointing experience.

20/07/2026: We're do I begin the food was not labelled so any one with allergies it's a no go when I asked about vegetarian food I was told there's salad to be honestly I was very disappointed in the service plates were left not collected on tables for long periods and it got worse they put the fries with chicken nuggets mixing what bit of vegetarian food with meat.i really regretted going here and would suggest to maybe try the one across from it

03/05/2026: Got the wrong order delivered. Called down and was told: “What are we going to do about it?” Offered to come down and pick up the item I had ordered (and have a receipt for), but there was no interest as that would mean Punto would have to deliver food that they didn't get paid for. Fantastic customer service. But then just don't shop there again - so kudos to Punto for actively discriminating against customers.

10/08/2026: The chicken shawarma is one of the worst I've ever had... and the mayonnaise is awful and toxic... The meat shawarma is completely substandard... Unfortunately, the restaurant's name doesn't reflect the quality of the food.

09/08/2026: This one of the very few places offering charcoal-grilled chicken, which is the only reason I kept coming back. Unfortunately, the seasoning and preparation of the chicken consistently disappoint, leaving an off-putting taste every time. After giving them multiple chances, it is clear there is no intention to improve the food quality, shop cleanliness, or the excessively long wait times. 16/07/2026: Nice cake shop, they have what you need but the prices are a bit on the expensive side, otherwise nice enough and if you have smaller children there is a small play corner

20/05/2026: Ordered a strawberry pie for 30 prs. It was absolutely huge, lots of cream and strawberries! There was definitely no shortage of cake, we had enough for several days 😅 It was really good and all the guests loved it. Not the last time I order a cake from the cake shop!

24/06/2026: I've eaten here 1-2 times before, a long time ago and was immediately satisfied, but not this time. I had been in to shop and thought I would take some home, as I didn't have the time or energy to cook anything myself. I started to get rice and meat, but by the time I got to the deep-fried dishes, it was mostly empty. I thought, ok, let's wait a bit, then something more will come. It didn't, I asked an employee and was told that it was 7 pm, so no more came. It was 6:40 pm... If they write that the kitchen closes 30 minutes before and they don't close until 7:30 pm, then the kitchen shouldn't close at 6:40 pm or probably before that. Quite disappointed with the service and unfortunately also with the food, as I then had to make do with what had probably been there for a while. I should have just left it and left, but unfortunately I was hungry and had to get home really quickly. If only it were cheaper because of the time, but no..

26/07/2026: I usually love Joe & The Juice, which is why this experience was so disappointing. The staff member who served us was extremely unfriendly, unhelpful, and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Customer service is just as important as the food, and unfortunately there was no professionalism or friendliness at all. On top of that, the sandwich was served cold and was far too salty, which made it very disappointing. I will continue visiting Joe & The Juice because I normally enjoy the brand, but I will definitely not return to this particular branch. I sincerely hope the management addresses the customer service at this location and provides better training, as the staff’s attitude does not reflect the standards I expect from Joe & The Juice.
