17/06/2026: Bad service from the worker. No smile at all, looking at you like you are an idiot. Unacceptable especially in Illum.

21/08/2026: Extremely expensive! And really not very good. Dry meat, a tiny amount of cheese, and the bread was really nothing special… Come to France to eat real raclette and real duck confit.

30/08/2026: Really cool place with a wide choice of pastry,breads and coffee. I fell in love with their cardamon cookie :) Really nice and friendly staff! Open on Sundays as well.

13/07/2026: Very disappointing experience. I ordered through Wolt and the food was unfortunately of really poor quality. The rice was completely wet, sticky and had a consistency like mash. It was not cooked properly at all and ruined the whole dish. The chicken was dry and not cooked properly at all, so it was not at all what it should be. I contacted the restaurant immediately, but they did not want to refund anything. Wolt stated that it is the restaurant that decides quality matters, and the restaurant refused to take responsibility. I did not expect that at all. Unfortunately, I will not order from here again.

06/07/2026: ***** place to put it bluntly, we order Wolt, wait 2 HOURS for our food (we live 8 minutes by car away so it shouldn't take that long) then something COMPLETELY different from what we ordered and it was so strong it just burned as soon as it touched our lips (we had actually written 1 chili because I had a stomach ache from too much) and then we had the exact opposite, it didn't taste like it was supposed to and looked completely wrong, the chicken skewers were as dry as anything could possibly be, we call in and they say they would send something new, now they've closed and we're left without dinner..

12/09/2026: Have been here a handful of times. Have bought smoothies, coffee, ice cream (from their pop-up), and pastries. While the food is fine it is not spectacular. They just have the WEIRDEST rules. For examples I bought a sandwich from Brød, while my partner bought a smoothie from here, which was about ~75Kr id say. I walked over and tried to sit with her at their outside table to eat it for 5-10 minutes. We were told to leave. Although I know they recognized me from previous interactions where I bought a smoothie. Another example is that you apparently have to pay more to sit inside? My partner ordered us some iced coffee and a Pølsehorn friday morning to take another 5-10 minutes before we went to work. And the employee was adimate that we must pick up our food from the pickup window outside. I mean these people are truly delusional. They expected us to order inside then go outsdie to wait for our food. Could not even sit down inside to wait. Mind you we were unaware that the price for staying in was more than to go. On another note how is take away less expensive than eating in??? we recived single use plastic and paper so just make it make sense. Give your money to Brød atleast they wont tell you how to live.

10/08/2026: The chicken shawarma is one of the worst I've ever had... and the mayonnaise is awful and toxic... The meat shawarma is completely substandard... Unfortunately, the restaurant's name doesn't reflect the quality of the food.

09/08/2026: This one of the very few places offering charcoal-grilled chicken, which is the only reason I kept coming back. Unfortunately, the seasoning and preparation of the chicken consistently disappoint, leaving an off-putting taste every time. 02/09/2026: Ordered my self-proclaimed Christianhavner cake, but it was completely inedible. It tasted like it had been sitting there for a long time and completely collapsed. It was wet and completely soggy. Super bad experience. Will never come back

20/09/2026: I got my pizza delivered in good time, the pizza was nice enough, but the driver put my pizza down by the passenger seat where you put your feet. wow, top unhygienic method. Use common sense. You could make more money if you did something about your tomato sauce and dough, tasteless but if you don't want to go to bed hungry, it's fine.

22/08/2026: Søpavillonen is a place that really manages to combine a fantastic location with a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. Here you get an experience where the surroundings around the lakes and the classic Copenhagen atmosphere are a big part of the charm. The service is welcoming and professional, and there is a pleasant atmosphere that makes it easy to stay a little longer than planned. It is an obvious place for both a cozy dinner, drinks or an evening with friends. Søpavillonen has a very special Copenhagen atmosphere that is difficult to copy. A place with personality, a good atmosphere and a location that almost speaks for itself. A really good experience – and definitely a place I would like to come back to.

08/05/2026: sat outside on a sunny evenings so vibes were good. mango salad was so nice, fresh and zingy. drunken noodle chicken was good, maybe a bit too salty but it really hit the spot.

15/05/2026: I understand that the owners of the place are not keen on keeping the premises and toilets clean. I have been there a few times and every time there was dirt everywhere – on the tables, the floor and the toilets. Is it typical for Danes to like dirt? Do they like working and buying food in dirt?

14/04/2026: Nice bakery with a large selection, unfortunately only a few seats (approx. 20, mostly tables for 2).

01/08/2026: Unfortunately I have to write a bad review.. I ordered a burger and waited 25 minutes and get confused when he finally makes it when he brings out a large pita bread and it is so obviously the bread.. it tasted okay but the top was burnt and flaky and the burger experience itself was not there as it was just a large pita bread.. oh oh oh

24/07/2026: Got pita bread No flavor in the meat and stingy with the meat, most of it was salad. Fresh vegetables

10/05/2026: Yesterday the whole family got sick after eating here. We all threw up. There must be something really wrong with that place. Will never eat there again.
