01/04/2025: I ordered catering from Flames Restaurant and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The food was delivered on time, which is incredibly important when organizing an event. The service was top notch – friendly, professional and accommodating. The staff were helpful and made sure everything was as it should be. The food was delicious, well prepared and of high quality, and both I and my guests were very satisfied. I highly recommend Flames Restaurant if you are looking for reliable catering with great service and tasty food! I will definitely order from here again.

30/07/2025: The sausage bun is a must-order! It's not the typical tube-shaped sausages we usually eat, but rather the filling inside the bun. It's delicious! The atmosphere is great, and the staff are friendly. It's not as tense as in the city. Be careful when taking photos and respect their privacy. There's a sign warning: Coffee is filter-only. They offer goat milk as an option, but it has a strong, musty smell. I chose the homemade oat milk. Because it's homemade, the oat sediment tends to settle to the bottom of the coffee, so you have to stir it. Overall, it's good. It's a good place to have lunch before chilling at La Banchita. You have to order the sausage bun; it's not your typical sausage-in-a-tube situation. It's more like the sausage filling packed into a soft bun, and it's seriously delicious. The vibe is amazing, super laid-back, and the staff are lovely, way more relaxed than in the city center. One thing: be mindful when taking photos. There are signs reminding you to respect people's privacy. Coffee is filter-only, and they offer goat milk as an option (fair warning: it does have that signature goat-y smell). I went for the homemade oat milk instead, but since it's homemade, the oat tends to settle at the bottom, so give it a stir. Overall, such a good experience. Come for lunch, then... head over to La Banchita for a chill afternoon!

07/05/2025: The classic bodega is being carried on by a new owner who sticks to the traditions. Good beer at reasonable prices, not least Amager Bryghus. Non smoker.

05/07/2025: Chic, trendy place. The pastries are good, but the price is still excessive: 50 euros for two chocolates and two cakes.

04/07/2025: If you visit in the morning, there is no waiting and the store is quiet. I ordered a sports cake and a chocolate truffle cake. The meringue of the sports cake was not very sweet, but the sugar crystals at the bottom were sweet. I chose it because it was the signature, but if you do not like meringue, I do not recommend it. The chocolate cake is delicious.

07/05/2025: This is outstanding. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff with an ever changing selection of craft beer, this bar is a hidden gem you shouldn't miss.

28/03/2025: Takes days to get a confirmation and then you have 10min to add a credit card to confirm the reservation or get unilaterally cancelled. Absolutely ridiculous business practices which probably reflect the priorities of the venue. Be warned.

27/03/2025: Incredibly rude. First they offered us a spot in a weird indoors smoking section; I have asthma and couldn’t breathe so we decided to wait for a seat in a nonsmoking section. There were open seats at the bar, but apparently those are only for friends of the hostess, who wouldn’t seat us and then lied to me and told me there were no open seats after I watched two people pay, grab their coats, and leave. At this point the bar (which has maybe ten seats?) had four empties and still nobody wanted to seat us. Don’t go here unless you want to sit in a smoking section I guess.

22/04/2025: Classical Danish food, with a calm atmosphere close to the parks. Came across this place while bycycling and had to stop for a beer. Was not dissapointed and came back the day after for Danish "frokost"

15/02/2025: Lovely visit for a glass of wine with my wife. They were so friendly and accommodating. Nice atmosphere in a quiet neighbourhood.

10/02/2025: Finding this place was one of our city trip highlights. A charming restaurant with friendly staff and an amazing wine selection. The charcuterie and cheese boards were absolutely amazing and delicious. It's run by a group of friends who are passionate about good food and wine an decided to start a restaurant with just that. This really shows in their menu, service and enthusiasm for quality. Thanks for having us and will definitely visit again next time were in Copenhagen!
