14/12/2025: Horrible place. We came to warm up, and it was cold because the door was open, when we went to close it, a man in glasses and a New Year's hat shouted at us, I tell us it's cold, and he said that "it's cold outside" 🤷‍♀️ Sorry, but it's winter outside, no respect! Also, the coffee smelled, it's impossible to drink... After that, my boyfriend leaned on the table for a minute, and this angry man ran up and shouted that he shouldn't sleep here!!! No courtesy ( Complete disappointment 😢

08/12/2025: I have been visiting the waffle bakery for many years and have always had the best experience, but here on Saturday at 10 pm, I ordered a waffle and as usual it is heated up before you get it served. A man with long hair was standing behind the counter and that is understandable if you are new and don't know how to serve a waffle, he simply refused to heat it up and thought that it was hot enough, I asked him twice, but he answered the same that it was hot enough. And the female employee who was sitting behind thought the same. They were simply irritated that I wanted it heated up. After I got it served and took it out to eat it, I could feel it was completely cold and I couldn't even chew on it because it was cold and ended up throwing it away.

02/09/2025: We had a really nice evening at Madklubben Store Kongensgade 66. We were welcomed with smiles and there was a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Our waiter Adam took care of everything we could wish for from start to finish, both in terms of serving food and drinks and attention to us. We enjoyed both starters, main courses and desserts. Thank you for a lovely evening.

24/11/2025: Excellent location, nice breakfast buffet, friendly staff and well kept and clean rooms. My only 'complaints' would be the shower curtain situation because there's a big gap close to the floor so it's hard not to get water everywhere and that housekeeping could at least clean the floors and toilets every couple of days for guests staying for multiple days. They only change the sheets and towels when you ask and take the trash out and make the bed every day. And just a small side note as someone who survives off of the hot items at breakfast- not everyone likes chili flakes in their eggs and their bacon so burnt/crispy. For those interested in using the spa and gym, you have to pay extra for those. Something I have not experienced before personally.

22/11/2025: Very nice hotel, with a good spa area, fitness center and even that the hotel is placed in central Copenhagen, was it silent and great atmosphere. The restaurant is good (we had a chefs choice with our stay) and the waiter's was service minded all evening.

25/09/2025: This was just the type of dining experience I was hoping to have while wandering aimlessly around Copenhagen. The weather was perfect, they had a beer I liked, and I enjoyed the "crispy fish" and side of French fries. I also had a lovely chat with some delightful Swedes who came down for lunch.

24/09/2025: Pleasant setting by the water, decent drinks, and comfort with blankets and heaters. Unfortunately, poor service: dirty table that we had to clean ourselves and toilets in a deplorable state. The most shocking thing was the 10% tip automatically added to the bill, without warning or giving us a choice. It's a very dishonest practice that completely ruins the experience, despite the smiling waitress.

22/10/2025: Five hungry boys went in search of sushi and stumbled upon this place. We were a little skeptical at first, but don't let the facade scare you - it's actually really cozy inside. They have sushi ad libitum at a price that is on par with the classics for the area (248 kr). The sushi was incredibly delicious, and their other dishes were also really good. However, their sashimi was a bit tasteless, which was a bit of a letdown. Definitely a place I could visit again if I'm in the area. The service was also nice - a nice guy who served us. You order by filling out a form, and everyone gets their own menu, so it's not like having one iPad and having to sit and watch.

16/12/2025: It's an absolutely fantastic Vietnamese restaurant. It's relatively small, maybe 10-15 tables, so there's a quiet atmosphere, which is great for a dinner where you want to be able to converse over the food. The food tastes fantastic, and has a flavor that I could never achieve at home in 1000 attempts. They have a fairly large menu, for such a relatively small restaurant, but everything is 100% freshly prepared, and there are also vegetarian dishes, which I chose myself last time. Absolutely spot on every time I've been there over the past 15 years. The place is great for a date, and is very stylish and tastefully decorated, and is not at all as gauche as other Asian cuisines sometimes decorate.😜

11/12/2025: We ordered numbers 12, 14, 16, 81 (egg rolls, papaya salad, the steamed rolls, and beef pho). Take it from a Vietnamese from the motherland: their food is authentic! This is rare to find in Copenhagen. Everything was delicious! The service was also friendly and nice. Maybe it was because of the weather, we came in a party of 5 and got a table right away, but I heard that they’re normally busy and you should make a reservation.
