04/10/2026: Good coffee but stale cakes. One employee treated us very badly because we moved a sofa a few centimeters to be able to sit together, we were 6 people, she ruined the whole experience. The other employees were friendly. Sunday 04/10-2026 at 1630

18/09/2026: I ate here with my family and everything was just perfect. Really good service, very friendly staff and the food was really delicious. I can really recommend this place, especially their spring rolls and Pad Thai.

30/08/2026: Great value for money, and tasty products! There is a wide variety of traditional sweets, and bakery products at a fair price. The raw ingredients are of quality, and the cakes are huge and delicious. The service was very prompt, the space is clean, thus it is quiet small if planning to enjoy the sweets on the spot. Also, it gets very warm inside even if the door is left opened.

06/09/2026: The food is okey, but there was zero service. No one at the desk, you had to use a qr code to order, the descriptions on the food were not coherent (not same description on menu food and single item foods), and i dont like paying before getting my food at a sit down restaurant. The atmosphere felt more like a cheap chain restaurant, but the prices definitely didnt match that. I paid 45kr for tab water. The music was also random. At one point you listen to H&M music and then it switches to chinese melodies.

20/09/2026: Very disappointing service. The Italian-speaking waiter was extremely rude in a disrespectful. manner. A complete lack of professionalism, basic manners, and customer service training not meet quality of this restaurant.

25/07/2026: I've been to Jensens Bøfhus many times. The menu is getting smaller and the quality (unfortunately) isn't good. The chicken burger was not good. The breading was thick and tough, and the burger was tasteless. The service, however, was excellent as always.

15/05/2026: Great place, the food was 5+. The flatbreads are oven-baked, fresh and piping hot. The meat is also excellent. Overall, everything was great. The prices are a little above average, but I think the quality matches the price. The portions are large.
