15/10/2025: The staff were friendly and always asked what customers wanted to eat.
I ordered the herring curry, which was quite strong. I think it was meant to be eaten with bread.
I should have checked more carefully; it was cold that day and I wanted something warm, but the dish was cold.
11/10/2025: Old School Danish 'smørrebrød'. Well made classics. The place is sort of a hidden gem and definitely well worth a visit.

05/10/2025: Absolutely terrible experience!
After waiting for 20 minutes for a waiter to take our order, I politely went to the bar to ask about it. A woman there reacted quite aggressively, which really surprised me. She said, “Five minutes,” with a sour face. After another 10 minutes, we decided to leave. She then told me that I was being very rude (!!!) — seriously, what?! Customers come to your place for food, you ignore them completely, and then blame them? Very bad service and extremely rude staff.
P.S. A brunch for 200 DKK without drinks didn’t look impressive either.

26/10/2025: It’s best to reserve a table in advance. I saw customers being ushered to outdoor seats (in the chilly 10°C weather) because the restaurant was fully booked. I enjoyed the flavorful lobster soup, which was the special dish of the day. My husband loved the open-faced roast beef sandwich—it was absolutely delectable—and the juicy IPA from Jacobsen. Our bill came to 1,029 DKK (about €140), and I highly recommend leaving a 10% tip for the hardworking and attentive waiting staff.
It’s a lovely Danish tradition—the staff placed a small Danish flag on the table for us celebrating our birthdays. I had requested a window seat, and the staff graciously arranged it.
21/09/2025: Classic old-fashioned cozy lunch restaurant with great service and excellent open sandwiches😍 I have so many favorites on the menu but it's a really good overall experience. It's not cheap but considering the quality and location it's reasonable.

29/10/2025: We had a reservation, waited for 45 minutes to have our order taken, even though the place was not even remotely busy. Will never return nor order take away. Poor service.
26/10/2025: A few hours before our reservation the host called to tell us that the restaurant were overbooked for the evening. The host explained that this would influence the waiting time for our food and the quality of service, and that it would be much better for us to move our reservation to another location. The food was, like always, pretty good and the service at a minimum. But the whole booking-mishap is extremely unprofessional.

08/10/2025: Good value for money in the center of Copenhagen, but nothing special.
On the other hand, only one small tablet for customers to order is a bit disproportionate to the space.
Fast service and friendly staff.

15/02/2025: Forfærdeligt- smagte af absolut intet. 50’er mad uden smag. Jeg valgte ikke selv, da det var en gruppetur. Æblekagen virkede gæret.
Jeg var syg hele natten.
15/02/2025: Cozy place. Not so big but good service. There is not much on the menu. What there is is large portions. Worth a visit.

08/04/2025: They sell good roast pork sandwiches. If the employee standing behind the counter wants to make it, you often find out. They are sold out. Satisfied with their car wash, there is rarely a queue.

07/10/2025: I went there around 4:30pm on a weekday and ordered a pita bread kebab (40DDK) and a can of Coke (15DDK). They told me I could take any Coke in the fridge. The kebab had lots of meat inside. They also said they'd add lettuce, purple onions, and other vegetables. Many customers were there alone, but I was relieved to see that there seemed to be a lot of elementary and middle school students there as well. When I tried to return my basket on my way out, the chef offered to take it from me. It's a very friendly restaurant.
