06/07/2025: We ate at this restaurant twice. The food was good quality, the staff friendly, and the place was pleasant. We had two great evenings. The price/quality ratio was reasonable considering the prices in Denmark.

04/07/2025: Food is amazing, the service is amazing, breakfast prices are affordable, staff is amazing, and their bread is the tastiest bread I’ve ever eaten. I strongly recommend this place.

22/05/2025: The restaurant was full when we arrived for our reservation, but luckily the waitress fixed the situation by making us very comfortable outside and helping us to some drinks. Service was fast 👍

20/05/2025: Delicious food. Only 1 person to take orders, serve drinks and clear up. Long queue. Shame on the guy who was running the place. The rest of us stood in line for a long time.

02/02/2025: Such a hygglie cafe with reasonable food options. Nadin was friendly and kind. Owner was there too who seemed disengaging and uninterested which is a shame. Avacado sandwich was fresh and tasty although would have been nice to have it a little more toasted. Great coffee, made extra warm on request. Overall, happy with my visit and will try to work from here next time as the ambience is wonderful.

13/01/2025: Cozy place, greatest coffee in Copenhagen. Lactose-free cow milk for an additional 5 kr. They offer gluten free Daim Tærte.

30/05/2025: Authentic Chinese barbecue. Roast duck in sweet and sour sauce is absolutely amazing!

18/01/2025: Can't be allowed to write a new review, but would like to confirm that I am still a supporter of China Grill Take Away. The quality is good, the food is plentiful and at a favorable price, and if you can get home quickly with your take-away, it is still hot and ready to go. This time it was #33 "FRIED RICE DE LUXE w. ham, chicken, prawns & vegetables" and "Fish fillet (1 pc) w. fries & remoulade", which were well prepared and easy to go to. There was more than that in the picture, while the wine was my own, and I would like to add that the fries were good. Otherwise it was previously wan-tang soup (#4) and 4 small dishes (#53) and it was also really good! Added new pictures with items received and then my dish on a plate. Lovely food! :-) --- Previous review which I still believe applies: Ordered for Take-Away, so can't say anything about the atmosphere. At pick up it was done on time and they were very nice so it worked out fine. Chose duck in sweet and sour sauce and vegetarian dish with vegetables, both with rice. It was well prepared and there was plenty, so definitely a positive experience! The price was reasonable and overall there was a lot of quality for the money. A place I will definitely look for again.

13/07/2025: Stayed here for 5 nights. Great location and reasonable price. Nice and clean room.

10/07/2025: What a lovely hotel, so close to the station! Our room was located in the courtyard, which was wonderful. The room was small, but it lacked a proper place to put your suitcase. The bathroom also lacked space for your belongings, which ended up on the windowsill. There was a wooden room card, and you also had to indicate whether you wanted housekeeping. I indicated this immediately upon check-in, and they provided fresh towels every day. It was great that you could stream on the TV. I absolutely loved breakfast. Delicious ginger shots and smoothies, strawberries, avocados, and waffles. In short, very tasty. There are also some lovely corners in the hotel itself, and the courtyard garden is lovely! Don't be put off by the strip club across from the hotel. There are nice restaurants nearby, and you're quite close to the sights.

25/05/2025: I was very pleasantly surprised when I walked through the door at ROOTS. The atmosphere was cozy and we were welcomed. We ordered a few different dishes, and it came in and looked quite inviting. Unfortunately, it didn't really taste like anything. The dish with coppa and hazelnuts was actually the only one that tasted very nice. The bread was quite excellent. The wines weren't particularly impressive either, but on the other hand they were expensive. Now that I've tried it, it's not a place I'll be back to.

15/03/2025: Great place! Was on vacation from the states and visited this place one night. Great beer and a lively crowd. Will def go back when in the country again.

19/03/2025: Why would you put mustard on Takoyaki? It ruined the whole dish. Really disappointing. Please warn your customers before you put mustard on everything! :(

23/11/2024: I am just writing this review to remind everyone (especially those who are hoping to try pancakes) that this stall no longer serves pancakes. Even the stall owners are no longer Chinese. There are simple fried noodles, fried rice and some pan-Asian snacks (fried dumplings, takoyaki, spring rolls). Two friendly young girls run it. Since the food is cooked on site, there may be a wait. I still recommend the food here, it's delicious.

20/06/2025: Amazing service and delicious food. It was the best place we ate at during the whole Copenhagen trip. The staff was super nice, and we didn't have to wait long at all for our food to arrive. The whole family's favorite!

11/07/2025: Excellent burgers and great service. I can especially recommend the big Lone Star.

10/07/2025: Tasty and innovative burgers. The vegetarian Lomo Linda had a fried vegetable “mush” patty. It’s not my favourite kind of veggie burger, but this was well made and best I’ve had in that category. The Zurich was an interesting combo of meat patty, goat cheese, bacon and condiments topped with a rösti.

17/12/2024: Always really good food they serve at La Garda. They know their craft at La Garda. You feel that throughout. The wine is also of very good quality.
