24/11/2025: Great location for the monuments; the main ones are about 10 minutes away. The room has a power outlet near the bed and a light. There's a great atmosphere in the hostel, with a cafe, games area, etc. The staff are friendly and there's a 24-hour reception desk.

06/12/2025: A very cosy and affordable pub, we are so happy we found this place! The bartender was so nice, the beer was good and the prices were unmatched - we came back a couple more times as we enjoyed it so much. The only downside is that you can smoke inside, so if you have a problem with that I wouldn’t recommend. It was quite quiet the times that we went as it was midday in the week, so the smoking wasn’t that bad at all.

25/09/2025: I recently visited this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The service was very good, the staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to help, which made me feel very welcome. I ordered the rib-eye steak, and it was cooked very well: tender, juicy, and full of flavor. To complement my meal, I tried the Oreo milkshake, which was creamy, rich, and simply delicious – the perfect sweet treat to finish off. Overall, the combination of excellent food, a cozy atmosphere, and truly remarkable service made this visit highly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

05/11/2025: The location: is pretty alright. You can just take the 5C bus and walk about 3-4min The food: The food was alright but it didn't blow us away. My prawn Laksa was pretty alright. It came out piping hot. However, I think the broth could be a bit creamier. My mother had Duck stir fry which could be described as mid (as the young generation would call it) at best. The duck was over cooked, she doesn't remember it had any almonds in it despite the description saying it would. No biggie to be honest. But is a thing to consider. The waiting time: It took about 30-35mins after we ordered before our food arrived. We have experienced worse before, but it is definitely a by longer than other places in Copenhagen on average. Place was definitely seated with people but I wouldn't call it full house. Pricing: Pricing was actually pretty decent. it was 160DKK for both our main dishes. For the amount of food and the quality it was pretty decent Atmosphere, vibe and interior: The inside of the restaurant was your typical dimly lit Copenhagen *hygge* restaurant interior. But it was also very cramped. Going back and forth to the restroom without bumping into other became a bit of a challenge. An important thing to note however! While the kitchen was in a separate room from the dinning area there were no barriers separating the two areas and the kitchen's exhaust hood were unable to catch all the smells and fumes. Which resulted in the fumes permeating through your clothes and it will very likely stay on your clothes for at least a week. Service: There was very little interaction with the service/staff. But they were quick to respond when you needed something so that was great. Final thought: It was alright but could be better.

15/10/2025: Atmospheric and cozy place. A bit rigid that their offer of 2 beers and/or 2 sodas for 60,- cannot be combined, so you can buy 1 soda and 1 beer for 60,-. The price is the same 🤠 I ordered noodles with chicken. It tasted fantastic! Until a chili appeared, which I'm sure the chef should have fished out before I got the dish (Maybe one that was just supposed to simmer with to give flavor, and then removed again?) Because it was a wind force 12 with white-smelling lava in the ascendant. Which meant that I had to give up eating more of the dish. The waitress apologized for that, and nothing more was done about it. I know the dishes are strong, and yes, chili strength is a matter of taste. But I didn't exactly expect a near-death experience on a pseudo-holy Monday. Cozy place otherwise!

05/11/2025: We celebrated our anniversary here last Thursday and it was very special. We had the 10 course sharing menu and it did not disappoint. We were able to try a range of foods, the highlights being the pasta and the fish. The service was efficient and we recommend the Solero Rodeo cocktail.

05/11/2025: It was delicious. We had oysters, Hamachi crudo, and Mac n cheese, and San Sebastian for dessert. All were delicious, though the portions were a bit small. The staff was attentive, and Henne was very kind and sweet. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Copenhagen.

11/11/2025: Very decadent cakes that taste of quality. However, they are likewise quite expensive, and what doesn't help that is that you apparently have to watch carefully if you are being overcharged. I bought two "honninghjerter" which was supposed to be 60kr total according to their price sign, but they actually charged me 80kr for it which I didn't notice until later. That's not really an experience that makes me eager to come back.

13/09/2025: I visited ILUKA about a year ago, and it’s still one of the meals I think of whenever I think back to Copenhagen. Everything was so flavorful I could hardly sit still while eating, and even the simple oysters were outstanding. I’d love to come back again!

02/01/2026: Staff are great, too crowded and workload should be insane for them. Instead of being greedy to make more money, owner should consider to expand or find alternative solution to tackle the workload and for better service. The recipe for chicken burger seems okay but it is diffucult to get best experience with current work-load of the staff.
