24/02/2025: Let me start by saying that these are some of the nicest restaurant owners I have met. I am so glad they moved into our neighborhood. I have ordered take out four times. I have ordered lamb korma twice and palak paneer twice. Each time I ordered a new dish, it was amazing. There was plenty of meat/cheese and everything was seasoned wonderfully. The second time I received lamb korma, it was not great. It was ok, but 15-20% of the container was fat/oil. It was impossible to even mix it. The second palak paneer I received was nothing like the first. It was thick and overcooked almost to the point of being a dry paste and there was one, maybe two small pieces of paneer in the entire container. The rice, roti and naan have been very good each time. It is a shame, because when the food is prepared well, it is some of the best food I have tasted in Copenhagen. But 150-180 dkk is too much to pay if the quality of the food is so inconsistent. I know it’s a new location for them and I like to think that they will adjust and be more consistent with time. But for now, it’s a pricey gamble.

27/12/2024: Vi var 5 venner, som fik en glimrende julefrokost hos Sundby Sejl: Fire slags fiskeretter, fem slags kødretter samt ris á la mande for 265 kr. pr. næse - det er s'gu i orden! Maden var virkeligt god i forhold til prisen, og betjeningen var både venlig, dygtig og nydelig. Øl og snaps var også helt i orden. Så vi fem gamle "hankatte" var MEGET tilfredse med vores besøg hos Sundby Sejl. Kan varmt anbefales - og Metroen kører næsten til døren (M-station Øresund).

27/05/2025: Ate there in May 2025 and had a well-prepared meal. Quiet and cozy place. Like several other places, there is self-service if you choose sushi ad libitum, but you can also choose not to use a screen if you just order from the card. Really good value for the price.

20/06/2025: Fantastic cigar bar with an authentic pub vibes. Cocktails and beer are delicious and staff is quite friendly. You can also buy cigars in the bar itself and bartender will cut them for you if you wish. There are both cheap and expensive ones in stock with a menu fully detailing them. Will definetly come back here if I get the chance.

20/04/2025: Cocktails are exceptionally good, better than in most places. Lady bartender is great and friendly, the old chap is far from nice though, took money and didn't make a cocktail but said he did.

21/06/2025: We got a table that was reserved 1.5 hours later, which was fine for us - we only needed an hour. But it turned out to be one of the servants who had reserved for themselves and friends. When the friends arrived an hour before the reservation and they couldn't get other tables, they just stared at us, talking about it being fat when we went. It was quite the bottom and we therefore went faster than planned. Pretty strange behavior. The food was, as always, OK without being anything special. The mood is generally good if you like that there is a lot of slurry and close activity (ie in the evening). Some of the servants are skilled and friendly, while others unfortunately have a hard time hiding that they would rather be free from guests 😆

20/06/2025: Below average burger, ok beer. Waiters hard to get in touch with. Spotted two rats outside during the visit.

09/06/2025: Nice place to party in copenhagen :) it's cheap and the music was good. We had no food. You can take Pictures for free (you need the Photobooth App) - it was so fun! Thanks a lot to Emma from proud Mary!!!

23/11/2024: Looks good from the outside, is good in the inside. The ginger beer can be better, and no warm drinks after midnight. People, should we make this a Danish law when the temperatures are minus? I mean, we're talking about minus 7 outside people, with snow, 8 m/s gusts and slippery roads. The visibility is 40 km and the moon has an illumination of only 51%. But I'm going off track. The place is great. Cheers.

07/07/2025: The tacos are a good representation of authentic Mexican tacos, and I like that you can order a mixed order to try everything. My favorite was the steak.

06/07/2025: The tacos and salsa were pretty good. The nachos and guacamole were quite tasteless though, we were disappointed. Staff didn’t even greet us when we went in to the store, they just sitting at the back and only get to work after we have finished ordering with the device.
