02/08/2026: We each had a glass on Saturday. The pub was supposed to be absolutely fantastic and so was the atmosphere, that is, a fantastic classic pub. But unfortunately smoking was allowed 🚬 🚬🚬🚬🚬 inside the premises🤢🤢🤢🤢🙈🙈🙈🙈!!!! So for our part, we will never set foot there again and the rating will be accordingly🙈😂.

16/09/2026: This is where we go to get a roll or pita and dip it in chili oil. Many places around here are good, but here there is an oldies and goldies vibe.

06/09/2026: When we entered, the room was lovely and buzzing, our group of 4 was excited for the experience. The waiter easily accommodated our request to finish our meal within 60minutes as we had reservations afterwards. When the food came out, the veggies (Cole slaw and papaya salad) was unique and well made. The Green curry with noodles was very well made. Other dishes were basic and overpriced. Their terrible/inedible dish was the crispy pork belly: extremely dry, overfried, and lukewarm; we didn’t finish it and the waiter took it away. She mumbled something about “I’ll tell the chefs”…then did not mention the dish or bring it up again for the rest of the night. Overall, there were a couple of standout dishes in an otherwise forgettable menu. The vibe does not redeem its lackluster offerings and service.

10/08/2026: Super nice experience, and very uncomplicated. Three people = 3 starters and 2 main courses. Absolutely perfect, served by the sweetest staff.

26/09/2025: Just went in for a takeaway coffee. Price fine - in line with standard CPH prices. Coffee was very good. Service was friendly. Did not eat anything, but was pleased to see they had a vegan slice on offer.

23/09/2026: A really nice bar with a very cool atmosphere and vibe. There's a pool table and a dartboard. You can also play your own music. The bartender was very friendly and we had a fun evening together. The prices are also very fair and inexpensive. Overall, we had a really fun and enjoyable evening. Smoking is also permitted inside.

04/09/2026: The visit was characterized by good quality and friendly service.

20/09/2026: We really enjoyed the food. We ordered typical Danish dishes, the waitress was very attentive and patient with our limited English. There weren't many people there, perhaps because of the time of day, so we had a very peaceful meal.

17/09/2026: It's a bit too cold now for the patio even with a blanket. Our parasol didn't have a heater. But the food was lovely and the service good.

24/07/2026: An absolutely delicious lunch, one of the favorites from my whole week! The lamb meatballs in spinach were delicious. The smorrebrods were all served separate from the bread, so you could build it to your tastes. The interior decor has a very cozy, family style feel- not touristy feeling at all. The dog was also adorable.

04/10/2026: We ate very well, the staff were very kind, the cuisine was refined and delicious. The atmosphere was very welcoming and peaceful. The flavors were exceptional and different from the usual.

08/09/2026: Due to miscommunication with the staff, my boyfriend ended up having an allergic reaction. What was even worse was how indifferent the staff were to the situation. We were left completely on our own in an uncomfortable situation and tried to get back on our feet, while the staff just packed up in silence next to us. Mistakes and miscommunication are what happens in life and can be forgiven, but when you disregard humanity to such an extent, it really becomes an unpleasant experience to come to Bryggens Spisehus.

06/09/2026: Ordered an item based off the description on the card (salted caramel cheesecake brownie). Upon taking a bite I found a nut (which i am allergic to). Originally my partner talked to the cashier and they said it “may contain traces of nuts”. I left the clear slice of walnut on the table while I ran to get my medicine. When I asked for a refund or to switch to something else, the workers were extremely rude. They blamed me for not disclosing my allergy (once again, I didn’t think to because I went off the description of the product in the case) and said I had no options. While I think it is a messed up policy to not allow a change or the item or refund, when frustrated me the most was how cold the workers were. There was not an ounce of empathy as I started to combat my allergic reaction and ask for an alternate solution. No apology, no recommending other options. Just saying “well you should have told us” (though even if I had I would have been told the wrong information). I really hope this space learns to teach their employees some more kindness in future training and to establish better allergy trainings. Until then I recommend avoiding this place

19/08/2026: Super authentic "brown" tavern.

13/08/2026: Great spot, myself and a friend stumbled upon it and decided to go in for a quiet one. One turned to many and we ended up staying for 5 hours. The bar staff were very friendly and welcoming and the locals were great to talk too

01/08/2026: Crazy place! Nice people! Cool music! And the bartender? What was her name?? Clara, Cornelia?, Caroline? Whatever. They were talented and had Fucking cool energy!

24/07/2026: Perfect place to have a beer after work. Good seats in the sun, but be careful! They are quickly snapped up by other needy guests. Fortunately, there is good service, a wide selection of drinks and air conditioning that says save 2 at the bar🙌

29/09/2026: You should see this as a unique time capsule. A small family run restaurant - with perfectly good food and actually sushi too, fantastic service and which somehow manages to send you back to childhood memories.

23/09/2026: Super cozy place, their signature dish is the large spring rolls, you only need one.

18/09/2026: Insanely delicious Thai food. And almost the entire menu is gluten-free. Absolutely fantastic! 🙌🏻

04/09/2026: A tiny family owned take away shop. But the food is way beyond average. Small but really nice menu. If want it to, it can be nice and hot. Probably not Thai-hot, but much hotter than ordinary Cph-Thai-take-away. My favourite in this area.
