30/03/2025: I'm very happy that you can now also get gourmet hot dogs, delicious Ebeltoft soda and that they are still open on weekends and holidays - I think their new ice cream is really delicious with lots of flavor, but I'm disappointed as a milk allergy sufferer that 3 out of 5 of their sorbets contain dairy products 🤔 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

28/03/2025: What a treat it's been to stay here for my birthday break. It's quite a trek from coppenhagen airport but worth it for the location, vicinity and services. The room was large and bright, we had a balcony and could see beautiful sunsets. It's close by for exploring Aarhus, which is a sweet town, steeped in interesting history. The hotel was bright and modern with very attentive staff who were multilingual. Nothing was too much trouble for them. And the breakfast 😋 WOW what an extensive choice and beautifully cooked. So much to choose from, which catered for many diets - I'm can be quite a fussy eater and found loads to eat from their selection. I had read that the breakfasts were good here and still exceeded my expectations. We had peaceful nights sleep and lovely warm showers here. The products they provide smelt gorgeous - you can even purchase them here too. I can highly recommend this hotel. There are museums, theatres, resteraunts, bars, the docks and children's play area all within a 5 to 15 minutes walk. Thank you for a superb experience.

27/03/2025: It is a good place and the breakfast is wonderful. Needed more coffee in the room, there was only one cup for each over 2 days. Could have used a table instead of a desk with only 1 chair. The soap, shampoo and conditioner for the bath were great!

08/03/2025: Very nice restaurant in the better class. A varied menu with several menus as an option. We chose the a la carte lamb culotte and it was fantastic with a sublime balance between acid, smoke, fat and herbs. A definite taste orgy that can only be recommended. The cheese plate was fine with no surprises and no greens or garnishes at all. The service was handled by a slightly stressed and very confused young man who, however, had things under control and was very pleasant company. All in all an excellent night in between

LOOSE CURTAINS IN MATCHING COLORS, WILL DO WONDERFULLY + SOLID COFFEE = ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There was a HUGE 😱 food waste Monday morning, (scrambled eggs - sausages - beans and plain eggs) YES TO HOME-BAKED ROUNDS it would be nice, otherwise the buffet was GOOD, we went a little past 10, and the breakfast buffet closes at 10.30 🤔It needs to be done better.. = ⭐⭐ 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ TO YOUR BEAUTIFUL RESTAURANT 🥰👏👏🤗 THANK YOU FOR AN EXQUISITE MENU a well-sought-after PLEASURE AND DITTO TO THE WAITER!!!
