12/01/2026: I had pasta carbonara, very tasty, unreal hot food. As far as I know pizza, it was just frozen and heated. It's very cold in the room, you need a jacket. The music, it's like in a massage parlor, although it's an "Italian restaurant" 😆

30/11/2025: Christmas lunch at Møllehuset in Frederikshavn: A disaster from start to finish We were six adults and a small baby for their Christmas buffet – an experience that unfortunately ended up being one of the most unprofessional events I have ever attended. When booking, we informed them that we were coming with a baby and wanted a table by a window, so that we could have the stroller close and in sight. This was confirmed without hesitation. When we arrived, it turned out that yes, the table was by a window – but on the other side of the window there was a slope down towards the water, where a stroller obviously cannot stand. In other words: the promise was not fulfilled, and the stroller had to be placed in a place where we could not see it at all. A really bad start. But unfortunately that was only the beginning. We were seated 10 minutes earlier, as they requested. Yet it took 45-60 minutes before anyone even came to ask what we wanted to drink. When you only have 3 hours for the whole event, this is completely unacceptable. When the drinks finally arrived, of course one was missing – and even after pointing it out, another 5-10 minutes passed without anything happening. It seemed as if the staff were constantly forgetting things and running around without any overview. We quickly noticed that it wasn’t just us: the tables around us were also waiting for up to an hour for their drinks. Many guests complained loudly about the lack of service, poor service and a staff that clearly had nothing to do with anything. The atmosphere in the room was anything but Christmassy. The buffet was also nowhere near ready. Basic dishes such as pork roast, potatoes, fish fillet, etc. were constantly missing. Guests stood in line several times, only to discover that the dishes were empty again – and that it could take 5-10 minutes before anything was refilled. The quality of the food was ok, but certainly not enough to save the overall experience. In addition, a beer menu is placed on the table with 15 different beers – but only 3 are in stock. A detail that sums up the entire evening very well: Lots of promises, no delivery. I have rarely experienced such poor organization, such slow service and such little overview at an event that should have been planned well in advance and run according to routine. It seemed as if the staff were far too few, far too stressed and without coordination. Everyone at our table agreed: This was not a Christmas party – it was chaos. Unfortunately, it is clear that this was not just an isolated incident. Subsequently, we can see that many others have experienced the same thing. My recommendation is therefore clear: Cancel if you have booked, and save yourself the disappointment.

15/02/2026: Terrible. I generally like Bk if we want to have some junk. But this place was extremely disappointing in terms of both the food, the playground and in general it feels dirty.

01/03/2026: I went to Sanya restaurant for my birthday yesterday and I was very disappointed with the food/buffet. The food was soggy and poor quality. And it was very expensive for such a cheap and poorly prepared food/buffet I have tasted in my life😥.

08/12/2025: ⭐ 1 star – Disappointing and unacceptable experience at Grillen Burgerbar, Aalborg City We visited Grillen Burgerbar in Aalborg City as a party of 5 for lunch. The first impression was actually nice, and the place seemed clean at first glance. There were hardly any other guests – only a few who left shortly after our arrival. We ordered 5 different Combo Lunch menus, as well as drinks: 1 Coke Zero and 4 Fanta. The drinks were served quickly, but to our surprise, only one of them was correct. The 4 Fanta were made as Carlsberg Sport, which in no way matches our order. We accepted the error, but of course we were surprised, since we were the only guests who had ordered food. When we took the cutlery from the table's ceramic container, we found 2 knives and 2 forks that absolutely should not have been on display. They were not only dirty, but had clear traces of mold and reddish food residue. We put the cutlery in front of the employee, who could see it for himself – and it was extremely unpleasant. When our 5 menus were served, the food looked nice at first glance, but the positives stopped there. Everything was cold. The bun did not smell of freshly baked or warm pastries, the meat and bacon were lukewarm, and the fries were also cold. One of the burgers was supposed to contain bearnaise sauce, but there was virtually no sauce between the bun and the meat. The temperature of the food was clearly below the permitted level, and this is unacceptable when handling food. We asked one of the young employees to check for herself – which she did – and she confirmed that the food was cold. She apologized, explaining at the same time that it was her first day. When I went up to the counter with 3 of the cold menus, I discovered something I never expected: One of the employees was standing and eating fries from one of the plates served. It was extremely borderline, especially since we had just arrived as new guests in an empty room. The other employee mentioned that they were not fully staffed. But since we were almost the only guests, lack of busyness could not explain the many errors. Due to the overall experience – wrong drinks, dirty cutlery, cold food, and an employee eating from customers' plates – we chose to leave the place calmly and nicely. The employee showed understanding for our disappointment. Conclusion: When serving food, there are very clear hygiene and temperature rules that must be followed. This visit did not live up to the level that a burger bar should have. Our entire party left with a very disappointing experience that should not go unwritten.

19/11/2025: Good food. I had side chicken and fries with cheese sauce and bacon, with a delicious strawberry milkshake. Incredibly good. My roommate had a burger, he was also satisfied. Recommended.

12/03/2026: We visited Fauna on March 5th. We will not repeat that. The starter was mushrooms on toast. The bread was soggy and the mushrooms were full of sand. We had guinea fowl with side dishes. The chicken was not cooked at all. Not edible. A really bad experience that should not be repeated. Our table was booked for Kurt Svendsen. Yours sincerely, as a guest Jette lundsgaard

26/11/2025: Absolutely fantastic place. If you want to experience a restaurant with charm, the most wonderful service and delicious food, look no further. Cafe Ulla Terkelsen has it all and even more. The staff even had the energy to bring a bowl of water and a piece of chicken for our four-legged companion. We have NEVER experienced that before. Thank you for a wonderful evening. We have found our favorite place in Aalborg.
