06/09/2026: The food was delicious and the portion was ample. It's a shame that dessert was no longer available at 8:20 pm 🤷‍♀️ Apparently, the kitchen was already closed.

19/08/2026: The staff were very friendly, but unfortunately the ice cream wasn't good and the freezer was quite shabby, containing only crystalline remnants. We also couldn't get any soft serve. Two stars for the lovely location by the harbor, but that's about it.

14/06/2026: Very friendly service. Everything was very clean and there was a large selection of bread and cakes.

03/06/2026: Denmark's best medal cake can simply be found here. Nothing has changed since I last visited 15 years ago. Lovely people, whom I only wish the best for. I'll be back. 😊👍

17/07/2026: Visited the bakery at 10am on a Friday morning. Ordered 2 panini (cheese, mayo and ham), a breakfast menu (roll, cheese, jam, egg), 3 black coffees and 3 waters. Got bottled water, no glasses. Had to stand in another line for 5 minutes to get a glass. Waited 25 minutes to get the food and coffee! Loud 90s/2000s music like Mr. bombastic, My humps w/ Black eyed peas, Outcast w/ ms Jackson at the facility does not lift the mood. Grumpy people at the checkout, most likely because they have too much to do. The coffee was good. The food was also good, but nothing special about it. For example, there was almost no cheese on the panini. And finally, very expensive! 582 NOK. Disgusting and unhygienic that the place where you pick up napkins is the same place where people are supposed to put dirty plates, cups, etc. Cannot recommend the place further based on this.

01/06/2026: It was a wonderful stay we had. Exceptional service, wonderful food, delicious champagne and great surroundings both inside and out. It is a shame, however, that the beds are 2 single beds, which easily jump apart, they could be screwed together or just throw in a double bed. But that is absolutely the only thing I was not satisfied with, everything else is 5/5

29/05/2026: We had a great time, The room was a bit out of date though. Subjective experience: We had a deluxe room but couldn't open our balcony door because the people next door were smoking on their balcony. And we looked right into a furniture house. Or a really nice place, the food was good

26/08/2026: Back again. This time not for the buffet, but their tenderloin. I don't need any other steakhouses after this experience. They can do that too ❤️

14/09/2026: Listen. I have to give credit to the owner: I just picked this place because of the theme. It's not Fully Themed but it did the job of getting my attention so, got me there. The food was decent. If anything I would say it tasted very danish, which doesn't help any food actually. Just go for the gimmick, if only once. It's good fun

12/09/2026: We ate here today, all three of us, and we have to say, it was absolutely delicious, and the price-performance ratio was excellent. Really, really tasty!

20/08/2026: We visited Fjordbyen for the first time because of a flea market, and you'd hardly believe you were still in Aalborg. Formerly small fishermen's cottages have been expanded and inhabited over the years, but often left their original size because the plot of land was a limiting factor. Without the flea market hustle and bustle, it's an enchanting and incredibly beautiful little corner of the world.

18/08/2026: This is a small town, worth seeing, a quick trip to, Fjordbyen, small houses, nice people, we also listened to a concert, super lucky with 31 degrees Celsius about 15-26 August, nice walk from the center to the Blue Blues festival in beautiful weather😁🌸☀️

30/05/2026: Really cozy place where the food is super delicious and well prepared. Sweet waiters who do everything to make sure things are in order. Can definitely be recommended and will definitely come again

30/04/2026: I got a lovely tender, tasty, well-done favorite steak with lovely crispy fries and bearnaise. Definitely recommended!

31/08/2026: Very friendly staff and a nice selection of dishes, however, we found it very expensive. Fish and chips for around €25 is quite steep – but apparently normal at this surfer hotspot. The food tasted very good, and the portion was actually too large. Several guests threw away a lot of fries – what a shame!

29/08/2026: The fries, fish fillet, and remoulade tasted good, but the pricing is questionable. We got takeout. You can either choose a meal deal or put together your own meal from individual items. For example, the fish fillet with fries and remoulade: as a meal deal, it costs 140 crowns, but when ordered individually for takeout, it's only about 90 crowns. I find such a big difference for the same dish inexplicable. I was also puzzled that the fish fillet costs just 18 crowns on its own, while the meal deal only includes two. This pricing structure is somehow incomprehensible.
