21/07/2026: American buffet with stone-dead tasteless Spare ribs, dry burger steak without cheese, onion and bacon. Veal culotte mediocre and the salad bar's mix itself OK. All in all, incredibly disappointing experience. Regardless of the price level of 199kr. I have been to local restaurants with lower prices for a better experience. Compared to e.g. Flammen at 239kr.

16/05/2026: We waited over an hour for steaks and children's menu. I bet the new waiter had not typed in the correct information, and thus the extra long time (there was a mess in the bill when we paid) The red wine sauce had never seen red wine. It tasted primarily of magic cubes and potato water. The steaks tasted good. The plaice had not been salted. Primarily bearable because it is located in Denmark.

04/06/2026: Very disappointing experience at Wasabi Sushi in Kennedy Arkaden. I had ordered sushi for pick-up, but the service was unfortunately very poor. When I picked up my order, I had to make the employee aware that I wanted soy, wasabi and ginger. For 40 pieces of sushi, I initially only got one packet of soy. When I asked if I could have more than one for 40 pieces, the employee said yes, but generally seemed unsure about what should come with the order. I had to repeat my requests for wasabi and ginger several times before another employee came and helped. When I got home, it turned out that there was no soy container at all, and only 3 bags of soy. The amount of ginger was also so sparse that it was almost nonexistent. The quality of the sushi was also not impressive. The pieces were very small, several no bigger than half/the tip of a thumb. The sushi pieces were cut so thin that some of the pieces couldn't even hold their shape or stand up. They were almost as thin as chopsticks. The presentation in the trays wasn't very inviting either. The sushi was lying down in the trays and looked like something that had been placed carelessly, which gave a very messy and unappetizing impression. The most disappointing thing, however, was the taste. The sushi was dry, boring and very tasteless. It didn't taste at all like the quality I usually associate with Wasabi Sushi. Compared to the branch at Østerågade 11, the difference was very clear. Here, both the quality, presentation and taste seemed significantly inferior. All in all, an experience that doesn't live up to 400,-

03/04/2026: I was surprised by how great the sushi was. I has a box of 24 which contained a wide variaty. They were all very good.

11/07/2025: Even though the food was ordered an hour before for a specific time, we still had to wait 20 minutes to get our order. On top of that, you always have to stand and wait to pick up what you ordered, even if it is ready, because the staff doesn't approach you.

26/06/2025: I ordered a bowl of chicken skewers that was delivered via Wolt. The bowl is not even half full, the chicken is so dry I don't even want to serve it to the dog and the food was cold. This is far from the standard we are used to, so we call the place. Here was the message “we have a procedure we follow when we make these, and some follow it, others don't” 😳 We wanted to come and exchange it for a new one, but this was out of the question, since it was ordered through Wolt, and therefore they wouldn't correct THEIR mistake with the food. I really hope they offer a refresher on good customer service, the employees here seem pretty indifferent to their customers!

29/12/2025: Incredibly slow! It took 19 minutes from the time I paid for my small Americano until it was delivered!

31/10/2025: The only Starbucks shop in center Aalborg. Vibrant and cosy. Every time I visit here, almost 80% seats are occupied.

06/05/2026: Ate with the whole family at the restaurant yesterday and had an absolutely delicious beef fillet, but the highlight was their take-away tonight, where I had the best burger I've had in years.

11/04/2026: I have never experienced a buffet in such poor condition. The food was absolutely nothing to shout hurray for. It was cold and boring and it simply wasn't replenished in time so many people were waiting to get something. In terms of taste, they have made no effort at all because it was just boring. The service level was also not flashy as you had to go to the staff to order drinks and for the food to be replenished. So all in all a really bad experience where we think we paid far too much for what we got. Buy a frozen pizza and get more for the price.

07/07/2026: Simply wow!! I've rarely seen such a great place. I love the slightly "different" approach; the juices are freshly made. They even have smoothies with extra protein. The calorie count is listed for each smoothie, which I really appreciated. They also offer breakfast bowls, salad bowls, and sandwiches, all made with fresh ingredients. The wait isn't very long, and the prices are perfectly reasonable. I would always choose this place over fast food chains or similar options. I had the overnight oats with berries and a freshly squeezed juice. You made my body and soul very happy. Thank you to the three lovely girls who prepared everything with love ❤️ Greetings from 🇩🇪

06/05/2026: I would like to draw attention to an experience in your store today at lunchtime. The employee in the black shirt appeared very unengaged and clearly irritated by the continuous flow of customers. As a customer, it is an unpleasant experience when you do not feel welcome – especially during a busy period when good service should be the focus. I hope you will take this seriously and follow up internally so that the service level lives up to what you as a customer can expect.

10/05/2026: Lousy. Don't waste your time. They will definitely get your order wrong, more likely than not they will get it right. The amount of bacon in the burger is completely ridiculous and the meat is from Frost. Hurry up and get out of this place, it is extremely expensive for what you get - you can get better on the tank

10/05/2026: Insanely bad service and the buffet is really lacking we waited 35 min for drinks then approached me at the bar and they basically didn't care 20 min later as they showed up with 2 glasses of juice and a milkshake the coffee they had forgotten when we were going to pay the bar man wanted to argue if we should pay for coffee or not 👎👎 Can't recommend this place at all The owners should do something they are good at and that is definitely not running a restaurant

07/03/2026: Ordered food four hours in advance, yet the food arrived 30 minutes late. When the food arrived it seemed pre-cooked and cold. There was no soda for our menus, and getting a refund for the poor and inadequate service seems impossible. The picture is of their chicken burger. Find somewhere else to get your food

05/03/2026: Just picked up this roll of kebab. Tastes terrible and totally crumbled bread. Vegetables taste old (sour). Also strange to visit Hobro and have to speak English to get food

17/07/2026: Positive: Self-service screens Neutral: The food didn't taste bad. It didn't taste of anything. Negative: Dirty tables and dirty floors. Poor or no/unhelpful customer service. No communication or smile when food is delivered. Doesn't clean the table on its own. First and last time.

21/05/2026: Really bad pita !! Described as fresh pita with extra filling and picture indicating super delicious. Received as day old dry pita with minimal salad and meat.. flat dry and boring.

20/12/2025: My friend was telling me to try their Durum for last 2 weeks. We went there last Sunday. But they were closed. So we went today again and bought two durum. Cheap durum with kebab. But unfortunately, it was super cold. We bought and started eating right away. But still it was cold. Doesn’t seem like they have warm it. Otherwise it can never get cold in Couple of minutes. The kebab tasted good, also I liked the Garlic inside. But again, everything was cold

14/06/2026: Once great, but now there is almost no sauce in their China box.

04/04/2026: It fell off well. Breaded chicken might have a 5 gram piece of chicken if you're lucky. My boyfriend's duck in sweet and sour sauce smelled rotten and was thrown out. Won't be back

26/03/2026: Extremely unpleasant experience, due to rude service. We were the only customers and I think she would rather be alone.

04/03/2026: Not pleasant. We got our cocoa and cream puff - ok. The lady was "tight" and not very service minded

24/04/2026: Ordered a pizza today with ham and pepperoni and a baked one with pasta and meat sauce, then chose to add HAM for + 10kr - when I get home I discover that there is NO ham in the baked one that I paid extra for………. It's not the first time this has happened, and I don't want to buy there anymore in the future.

19/02/2026: Good pizzas that are ready in a jiffy. Worth driving for.
