07/08/2025: We bought a gift certificate for the place 7 months ago. During this period we have tried many times to redeem our gift certificate, but without success. There is a sign in the window that it is closed or the phone is not answered. It is not okay to sell gift certificates when it seems impossible to redeem them.

22/07/2025: Vi har altid været glade for at komme her, men denne gang lod meget tilbage at ønske. 1. Rengøringen var mildt sagt lemfældig. 2. Det sproglige var på grænsen til det pinlige. 3. Maden virkede meget uinspireret og ikke særlig indbydende. 4. Den bestilte vegetarret var absolut ikke indbydende og ikke særlig lækker. Alt i alt en oplevelse vi godt kunne have været foruden. De går noget at skulle leve op til for at nå fordums gode indtryk.

16/12/2025: We arrived with high expectations for a lovely weekend. The first person we met at the reception was definitely not a friendly person. We were asked if we were going to have dinner there, and were very incomprehensible about this. The food had to be ordered and came from another hotel. We ate somewhere else in Løgstør with great service. The afternoon coffee was also not great, and was not served. The room was beyond criticism, it faced a backyard and not as expected, small and dingy, it was still dirty, and the beds were two single beds that slid apart when we laid in them

12/12/2025: We can only say, we will be happy to come back. The room was spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect.

20/12/2025: My friend was telling me to try their Durum for last 2 weeks. We went there last Sunday. But they were closed. So we went today again and bought two durum. Cheap durum with kebab. But unfortunately, it was super cold. We bought and started eating right away. But still it was cold. Doesn’t seem like they have warm it. Otherwise it can never get cold in Couple of minutes. The kebab tasted good, also I liked the Garlic inside. But again, everything was cold

10/10/2025: The food is delicious. It arrives quickly. I'm very, very satisfied.

14/08/2025: Service was nice but the Deli Special was a big disappointment, the strawberry smoothie also tasted quite watered-down

24/07/2025: Good cozy place. Service and management were top. The food and drinks were with good taste. The prices were a bit expensive.

23/12/2025: The environment inside the restaurant is pretty cozy. But unfortunately, the food is not. We ordered one Istanbul pizza and one Cheese burger. 1 small Gazoz, 1 small Faxi kondi. The Pizza was decent. Tasted ok. Not anything very fantastic but eatable. But the burger was worst. Who knows what sauce put inside the burger. It was so salty that it was hard to eat. Couldn’t taste anything without salt. We went at 13, so in the Frokost tilbul period. The price was 75 for Pizza and 65 for burger. So 140 for food. we didn’t see the price for drinks. When we went for pay. We paid 204 kr. So 64 kr for two drinks. Seriously!!! Never going there for sure.

19/09/2025: We were looking forward to eating at your place tonight, but we were greeted at the door by a ‘we are only open for drinks - we have closed the kitchen because there has been no one there all day’!! It was 7:35 pm so we expected it to be open. Poop, but luckily we found an open restaurant, further along the harbor 😉

28/08/2025: Got takeaway tapas and steak bearnaise and there was plenty. Everything tasted great. There was good and friendly service. We will come again. Next time in the restaurant 😄

18/06/2025: Crispy chicken was very bland and dry, it also had a rotting piece of salad inside the burger. Would not recommend it. Update: they claimed the salad turned yellow and black from the hot chicken. In my 12 years in a kitchen that’s news too me 😅😅😅

15/01/2026: Almost the worst experience I've had in the city. We were 14 guests in total at the restaurant, and waited over an hour to get our pre-ordered starter. We ordered drinks and waited 45 min. To get something to drink. When an hour and a half passed we were able to get 1 Liter of water for a table of 8 people. The steak for the main course was ordered medium. I received a dry and red steak. I haven't gotten to the dessert yet, but my expectations are not high.

28/12/2025: Delicious fresh food with All You Can Eat Tacos. There was plenty of food to feed two people with a good appetite. A bit chilly restaurant, but definitely worth the visit. Great service from Faysal who asked about needs and any shortcomings. Will definitely come again.

04/10/2025: VACA has really improved since I last tried it a couple of years ago. The prices are extremely fair for large burritos with lots of flavor. Nice that they have gotten a handle on not letting too much water run out of them. Can definitely be recommended to anyone who wants a good unique (for Aalborg) meal, especially with the attractive lunch specials they offer. A few more options to adjust the content, e.g. removing an ingredient or adding one more, maybe something spicy, would be the icing on the cake.

17/10/2025: Twice in a row I've ordered one of your "signature" chicken burgers and it forgot to put cheese on it. I honestly think twice is too many times to forget. Once is okay to forget. And I don't want to pay extra for cheese on your chicken burger just to make sure it doesn't get forgotten again.

20/09/2025: We were towing a tractor and therefore drove a long way from where we read your review about the long wait and the staff talking privately. But we agreed that it can't be right so we visited you. I would like to have the mustard removed from my burger but you can't do that on the machine so I stand at the cash register with one elbow on the edge and press a small bell several times but no reaction. It wasn't because there were no staff or they were busy no no but Tetris and Facebook were the big issue. They ignore our gaze and just give food to the others it ends with us talking to a girl behind the counter she also succeeds in removing the mustard and replacing it with bbq. And you'll never guess we waited I don't know how long for the deadly meat bun ... we didn't even bother to talk to them they stood and mocked us and laughed and talked about us while we stood in the restaurant and ate their food ... The bun was dry. The chicken tasted fine but the breading had fallen off. There is neither much salad, dressing, onions, pickles and last but not least burnt bacon. Yes you think it's a lie but what do you think we think

20/09/2025: The food has unfortunately declined in quality over time. It went from being super fresh greens with lots of perfectly grilled meat as a filling. It now seems a little worse prepared and has less filling. The fries have also declined in quality and are cooked a little on the lighter side. Could use a little longer. Still a nice pita, but not the best in town anymore, like it once was.
