07/02/2026: I have been waiting for over 2 hours for my food. I have called over 15 times and heard nothing. I am sick and ordered delivery but the fact that they do not answer the phone is not okay. It is now past 8pm and still waiting

24/01/2026: You wait about 40 minutes to get through their incompetent staff who don't feel like answering the phone, only to get a small portion of mediocre food for excessive money. Eat at home.

14/09/2025: Not open 24/7 as advertised on google maps. Drove here Sunday morning and it was closed.

18/09/2025: We ate here for the first time today. The service is very friendly and speaks good English. The menu has something for every taste. I opted for the three-course meal, which couldn't have been better. Definitely a must-try for me if you're in the area. Everything was very good overall, and I would eat here again anytime.

28/12/2025: Delicious fresh food with All You Can Eat Tacos. There was plenty of food to feed two people with a good appetite. A bit chilly restaurant, but definitely worth the visit. Great service from Faysal who asked about needs and any shortcomings. Will definitely come again.

15/10/2025: The waffle wasn't homemade, just warmed up. There were large lumps of sugar in the waffle itself. Overall, it wasn't tasty and too expensive.

15/10/2025: So if you want to be served a careless and completely inedible waffle, this is the place to go. Unfortunately, it left a hole not only in my wallet but also in my stomach. Even homemade ice cream cones were no help. You should know

12/02/2026: Just got my food and the bread is so old it's like eating crackers.

18/09/2025: I had to rush to get some quick food at Kennedy Arkaden before my bus left. I got my order in a few minutes, but had problems with payment when my card was repeatedly declined. I didn't have any other payment methods with me and was just about to drop off my sandwich when the nice clerk said I could just take it with me anyway ❤️

16/01/2026: We just got the best pizza in Hjallerup and the surrounding area! They really deserve to be made, because wait a minute, it tastes so good! Thank you very much for the really tasty and delicious food!

23/11/2025: Sitting with friends having fun until security guy came. Told us someone bought our table. I have no idea if it’s Danish thing but it’s ridiculous. Personally I think it’s rude. We spent a lot of money and the behaviour is not all right!

23/08/2025: I have never experienced such poor service, waiting time and pay for some bad and so dry sausages and bread. They had been baked for so long that there was a dry crust around the sausage and the bread crumbled. Stay away it is not worth driving around.

28/07/2025: Lamentablemente uno de los peores filetes jamás comido. La carne fue recomendada por los empleados, y finalmente llegó un ojo costal (Entrecôte) que se ordenó de medianamente trasera a rara. Llegó una picada gris de carne, extrañamente sazonada (probablemente para ocultar el sabor viejo y rancio). El filete estaba más cerca de estar bien hecho, pero medio raro o raro probablemente no sería posible servirlo ya que la carne pasó por esa etapa hace mucho tiempo. Las porciones son grandes, pero IT hace aún peor tirar, me siento triste por el toro que dio su vida solo por ser tirado... Tengo una sugerencia al dueño del restaurante, “despide a tu chef” o si eres el chef, cierra tu negocio y haz otra cosa, los restaurantes no son para todos... La foto es solo para que el dueño sepa cómo se supone que es un Ribeye.

08/12/2025: The pizzas are getting more and more expensive, but also more boring. There is almost no filling on the pizzas, there is a border of about 5 cm where there is no filling at all. It is exactly the same as the last time we ordered from Koldby. Too bad 😏

01/12/2025: All the times we have had pizza from there we have gotten something completely different than what we ordered, the bottom and edges of our pizzas were so hard and almost impossible to chew and as recently as today I have ordered 2 children's pizzas and received 2 baked pizzas..... never again

11/07/2025: Even though the food was ordered an hour before for a specific time, we still had to wait 20 minutes to get our order. On top of that, you always have to stand and wait to pick up what you ordered, even if it is ready, because the staff doesn't approach you.

26/06/2025: I ordered a bowl of chicken skewers that was delivered via Wolt. The bowl is not even half full, the chicken is so dry I don't even want to serve it to the dog and the food was cold. This is far from the standard we are used to, so we call the place. Here was the message “we have a procedure we follow when we make these, and some follow it, others don't” 😳 We wanted to come and exchange it for a new one, but this was out of the question, since it was ordered through Wolt, and therefore they wouldn't correct THEIR mistake with the food. I really hope they offer a refresher on good customer service, the employees here seem pretty indifferent to their customers!
