30/07/2026: Great place to eat, amazing service and amazing food

19/07/2026: Ordered, grill buffet. Everything was packed and ready. Made an order online. The food was great nothing to complain about.

21/08/2026: The sandwich was actually nice, but the experience with the staff was unfortunately not very good. I specifically asked for Tabasco in my sandwich, but I couldn't see or taste it. The employee said he had put it on, to which I said it might be at the bottom, since I couldn't taste it. He then rolled his eyes, after which the other employee handed me the Tabasco bottle and said I had to put it in myself. It's of course fine to find a solution that way, but the way the situation was handled seemed unnecessarily condescending. The most unprofessional thing, however, was that when I later came back to return the Tabasco bottle, I could hear the employees standing around talking about the situation/me. As a customer, I find it very unpleasant and unprofessional to experience staff discussing a customer right after an interaction - and even right at the counter. I hope that a little more focus is placed on customer service and professionalism in the future

17/07/2026: Bought a power shake… was more ice in it rather than taste of the ingredients of the shake… tried it all over Denmark and they taste good… but here, nah, should just have taken ice cubes in my mouth it would be the same

27/07/2026: Good staff but the buffet could use a little more love

06/06/2026: We have been 6 girls in there bowling with red cone. First of all, they had turned off the slush ice machine, which is too bad when you want what they call “ice shots” when you get a strike at red cone, secondly, some of the staff were not very welcoming and answered really rudely when you asked questions. When we then get a strike at red cone and ask for slush ice shots, they make shots from the shelf that are not just lukewarm, they are downright hot, and then you are not allowed to choose what kind of shots you want, they just make the ones they think are right, which by the way we did NOT like because they were bad and hot. Then we had also rented a lane from 10:00 PM-11:00 PM and then they turn off the lane 2 minutes before the time was up while we are throwing. A real practice experience, a FRIDAY night, 1 star from here. #practice#slut experience

28/07/2026: The salad pizza was good, but the experience was disappointing. We ordered two pizzas through Uber Eats, waited over an hour for delivery, and only received one pizza. I tracked the order in the app, and it looked like the pizza didn't arrive until almost an hour after it was delivered from the pizzeria :(((

16/08/2026: The place looks very worn, reminds a bit of a camp school from the 60s. Lack of cleaning and leaky doors and windows, the furniture really needs to be replaced. It is not recommended to rent this apartment. But the nature and the beach are fantastic. So 1 star from here.☹️

28/07/2026: The outdoor pool no longer exists, and the indoor pool has been closed since today. The house smells unpleasant. Not recommended.

31/08/2026: A really cozy place, but at the same time there is something strange about it that is hard to explain. The atmosphere changes a bit when darkness falls, and some areas almost feel as if they shouldn't be empty. You get the feeling several times that you are not completely alone, even when there are no others around. There are little things you notice along the way that make you think a little more about what is really going on here. I don't know what has happened to the place in the past, but I wouldn't be too surprised if the walls could tell some pretty creepy stories. The walls talk, they keep talking and telling terrible things. By the way, the pizzas are amazing.

17/07/2026: I have to say it without any filter: your service is not just bad – it is downright disrespectful. It is as if no one in your company cares to do the slightest thing to treat customers properly. First of all, you make a menu that is so confusing that you would think it was written blind. You write cheese on all other pizzas, but not on Taxi, and yet you put cheese on it. It is misleading, wasteful and completely unprofessional. Any normal person would think it was without cheese – but logic is clearly not something you work with. And as if that wasn’t enough, you top it off with the most arrogant customer service I have ever experienced. I call to get an explanation and the person I speak to just hangs up because he “doesn’t want to talk”. It is so incredibly unacceptable that I can hardly believe it myself. Who on earth do you think you are to treat customers like that? It's not just bad service - it's a direct sign that you don't care about your customers, your work, and your own reputation. If you can't even carry on a conversation without hanging up, you shouldn't be working with people at all.

02/09/2026: We had booked all you can eat and drink for 90 minutes but we waited over an hour to get our food and during the first hour we only got 1 drink.

16/08/2026: Reserved table, was still thrown away from table by staff.

14/08/2026: No brunch, eggs, bacon, etc. in IKEA Aalborg. Dirty plates. Missing price tags at self service. Almost nothing in the butter packets. Cakes that taste bad from the "refrigerator" because they are thawed close to something they shouldn't be close to. The prices are OK but if I could upgrade without being robbed I would have done so, just to achieve a minimum of quality. The concept doesn't work very well when the basic menu suffers from serious shortcomings because so much is saved on both content and staff.

25/04/2026: It was all too expensive 109kr for a steak sandwich.. relax...then I can put 50kr more in and eat at the restaurant... NO CHILDREN'S MENU even though they have a big children's menu with chicken on the menu

28/07/2026: Small place with the world's worst potato pizza. 🫣 Potato pieces were rotten, the sauce on the pizza base was synthetic and separated. Huge amount of pesto and arugula.. I was disappointed. My husband got half a chicken with fries-it was good.

02/09/2026: You feel welcome and the service is great. The food is delicious and well-prepared.

24/06/2026: They should have 0 stars, there is almost no filling in those UFO pizzas, you have to look for the filling, they have become very poor compared to what they used to be and they cost 90 kr 👎

01/05/2026: High quality, friendly staff and extremely good sushi!

28/07/2026: The food itself wasn't that focused on. It tasted ok. I would choose a pork roast sandwich next time, as the burger didn't do anything gastronomically. The fries were good. The staff were friendly, but an adult was missing. While the restaurant was floating in food waste, which would be any rat's paradise, four employees stood around talking to each other, without doing anything at all. The closest we came to someone doing anything was when one of them went outside to move a chair about 10cm while ignoring the waste on the table 40cm away. The atmosphere was dull. There was almost constant screaming from children. So you have to be prepared for that to be the case in the evening too. The restaurant was about 10% full when we were there. Normally we bring our own food and drinks.

29/07/2026: The location is good for the ferry crossing. We had room 3. Only 2 of the 6 skylights had screens, which didn't even work. As a result, we were already woken up at 5:30. The water pressure dropped completely regularly. Very annoying while showering. Didn't see anyone during the visit, but found the key via text message. Poor value for money.
