Mate tasted excellent.
The wife said it was probably one of the best steaks with pepper sauce she had eaten.
18/08/2024: We ordered moules frites and the food arrived quickly. The waiter spoke English and forgot to ask if the food tasted good until we were about to pay, but otherwise nice. The mussels could use more garlic because they lacked a bit of flavor. The fries were good and hot, but a large portion. The place was cozy with an old style and right by the harbour.

13/07/2024: Nathalie gave absurdly good service both before and during the evening in connection with arranging and holding a bachelor party. There was a quiz and drinks exactly as requested and they went further than expected can only be recommended 👍

The bacon burger was also boring - I've never had such a thin steak in a burger - can't recommend the food there🤔

20/10/2024: Angry staff and didn't get a sandwich as you had asked for, they must be open bart supervised when they make it
23/09/2024: Was unfortunately met by an employee with a really bad attitude. In addition, the wrong dressing was put on. The way she fixed it was to take off the top filling with most of the dressing, leaving a lot of leftovers. She wanted to build on top of that, but since I obviously don't want unwanted things in my sandwich, I asked for a new one. She was definitely not happy with that. As soon as she tossed the sandwich on the counter, she went straight on to the next customer, without so much as a "goodbye" or "good day". Unpleasant customer service, and unfortunately it's not the first time.
However, their sandwiches are good, but their hygiene is not so good.

20/10/2024: After 10 years we wanted to give Jensens Bøfhus another chance. We didn't come to eat at all because we wanted refills for the drinks, but the staff had to do this themselves for both the drink and the salad. However, since the staff was very slow when ordering, we would probably have died of thirst until the next full glass. So we went back to Bones, where we have been at Jensens since the change of ownership. They are much friendlier and they don't forget to smile while they work, they work more quickly and the salad buffet and drinks can be served independently.
No chance any more!!!
19/10/2024: If you want to be ignored from the start, you've come to the right place. Totally unmotivated staff, drinks cannot be refilled yourself, you are at the mercy of the overwhelmed staff and every refill costs extra. You can't even have a thin all-you-can-eat salad. We got up and went to Boens. Before Jensens was sold, this was our favorite restaurant in Denmark. Today was our last attempt. It won't be long before this chain is history.
