02/10/2025: I have never experienced a more rude service. We are greeted by a younger girl standing out back and shouting what we want. To this I answer once French fries. She asks if it should be a small or a large. I ask how big the difference is between the two sizes, hoping that she would show me the tubs or something. Instead she laughs provocatively and replies that one is large and the other is small. Leaves the store. I definitely intend to share my experience with my network.

18/07/2025: Really bad experience. Food ordered for 6:15 PM and delivery only takes place at 6:43 PM. In addition, the order states that delivery is free. They ask for 20 DKK upon delivery, which is very misleading, and the staff was downright threatening. Never again pizza from there

12/08/2025: We ate there with two adults and three children. It was supposed to be the family summer buffet for our birthday! Unfortunately, every company canteen does it better! Aside from potatoes, there were no vegetables. Unfortunately, there were no leaf salads or iceberg lettuce with the side salads either. I couldn't find the listed nuggets and fries for the kids. Dessert was extra – about €9 for three mini scoops of ice cream. In Germany, maybe 1 to 1 1/2 scoops. In total, I spent about €210 there – including five drinks. We had hoped for more and unfortunately, we expected more! Not recommended!

04/08/2025: We went to a family buffet on a Saturday night where the restaurant unfortunately also had a large party. This meant that the service was slower than a snail on dry asphalt. The buffet quickly ran out of food and plates, which were just as slowly replenished. The food was mediocre and the buffet was hidden away in a room that most resembled a storage room which was also the passage for the service to the party. Not the luckiest night we hit unfortunately, too bad there wasn't more control and management of the whole thing.

20/09/2025: I have never been served so incredibly quick, very friendly and with excellent english in any McDonalds before. Kudos!

19/09/2025: German tourists are being ripped off here. We stopped for a bite to eat for 15 minutes. Back at the car, we found a ticket for 910 Danish kroner for a missing parking disc. My landlord in Aarhus told us that parking spaces are often taken over by private companies, which then shamelessly take over. A reputable company like McDonald's shouldn't allow such rip-offs, which seem to be primarily aimed at unsuspecting tourists, to continue. They should protect their reputation. Shameless impudence...

13/08/2025: Shockingly bad treatment – discriminatory and inflexible On 10/8 we visited Asia in Brønderslev. One of the party cannot eat buffet due to autism, so we checked the menu outside and found a dish that fit. We ordered buffet for the rest of the table and one dish from the menu. Shortly after, the owner came and announced that dishes are only for takeaway. We explained three times that there was a special need – still we got a cold no. The person left the restaurant, after which the owner laughed and said that the person was “now angry”, even after we had explained the reason. A little flexibility and understanding could have solved everything. Instead we were met with laughter, rejection and discriminatory behavior. We will not be back – and cannot recommend the place to anyone who expects respect and space for everyone.
