16/11/2025: I just went to them. The guy who works with black hair, cooks my food with dirty hands, and sometimes smiles as if I were unwelcome, I ask him where you are from, then he says from Colombia, I speak Spanish to him, he doesn't understand anything, then he says from Argentina and Brazil etc.. I paid for my food, but I just left the restaurant without taking my food. He has to eat it himself, even though I paid for it. And they are very expensive, falafel roll for 59,- 😂👎🏻 with a sour face. I think it should be checked by the authorities, because it is not okay. I say several times without onion and garlic, and he understands that I want onion and garlic in it, I say with chili, he understands without chili 👎🏻😂 I say I want pickled cucumber in it, he says they don't have it 😂👎🏻 I just paid and left without my food, and he didn't care 👎🏻.

16/07/2025: Worst take away place I've ever tasted. Uncooked, chewy steak in burgers that neither look nor taste like meat - we all 3 took a bite and had a disgusting taste and consistency in our mouths after a burger. Sandwich is ok. Nothing to shout hooray about. Minimal filling and supremely dry despite paying for extra dressing and filling. staff were in no way service-minded or smiling. They didn't wear gloves while cooking and handled cash and credit cards etc. We won't be back, despite the otherwise good prices....but good prices, poor food...which isn't even worth the good prices. Practice beev😃

04/04/2026: Can't recommend the place unfortunately, bad service and atmosphere. I ordered some duck in sour and sweet, but when I opened it it smelled of fish. So I can imagine it might have been made in the same pan. Lots of sauce and almost no meat. Unfortunately had to throw it out because there was also hair in it.

04/04/2026: It fell off well. Breaded chicken might have a 5 gram piece of chicken if you're lucky. My boyfriend's duck in sweet and sour sauce smelled rotten and was thrown out. Won't be back

07/03/2026: Total bad service from a female manager behind the bar. Who was presumably responsible, bad tone towards customers. She was rude from the moment we walked in the door with the comment: “We don't let anyone under 21 in anymore - I hate them”. After a lack of service we asked another employee if she was the 'police officer tonight' with a nod from the employee - after which she came back sullenly with rude comments about whether we should 'shut up' because she was busy and didn't have time to give good service to everyone. Disgraceful!

20/02/2026: BAD BAD BAD Bad service from female employee. We got the table later than ordered and she told us to leave before our time was up. At the same time we paid for longer than we were there and when we asked about it she just said we should pay and leave. It's not worth going there.

28/03/2026: Finally a hot burger after having been to several fast food places lately, finally got a good and hot food, tasted fantastic, top 10, took 5 minutes for the food to be ready and it was specially ordered, without this and that, but with something good.

30/08/2025: Super delicious Flødeboller and Florentines. Plus top-quality Café Late. Friendly knitting staff who were actively engaged the whole time. Clean and exclusively decorated café, which also offers many regional specialties. Highly recommended, even if you're a little craving ice cream.

18/07/2025: RUDE !! Hilariously so, felt unwelcome and like we were just bothering her as we tried to order! tiny coffee and EXPENSIVE never going to return here 🤗

10/04/2026: Dirty little place that charges 80 kroner for a durum the size of a small cucumber. Really. A durum from any other place is equivalent to 2.5 or even 3 of Sason's micro durum. When I got home and thought I couldn't be disappointed any more I unwrapped it and realized IT WAS ROLLED IN A TORTILLA??? What the hell are you thinking? If it had cost 30 kroner I wouldn't have bought it. It did cost 80🫣🫣🫣 Please spend your money one of the many other good places and not at miserable and greedy Sason

13/12/2025: Sushi that falls apart. Transparent salmon?? And in general the sushi just tastes pretty bad and is poorly put together by those who choose the ingredients. Has nothing to do with the place, but everything to do with the quality of the food you order

26/10/2025: Got a shooting star where the bread was very moldy, completely green on the side and was inedible!!! I just don't understand why you can bring yourself to serve this, when it couldn't be avoided being seen... was offered a new one without payment but honestly it will be a very long time before I set foot there again..

27/11/2025: The worst sushi I've ever tasted. We had ordered in advance, which is why when we ate it we had the feeling that our sushi box had been packed since the morning - the sushi was stuck together and fell apart when we tried to separate it and the rice was so sticky that it was downright inedible and tasteless. We ended up throwing it out. We brought it to the attention of the restaurant, who also refused to take responsibility for it.

17/08/2025: Waited outside round about 15 minutes, ordered to takeaway. The cook brought us our order 😊 The food (Burger/veg. burger/mozzarella sticks/pommes fries 2x) was perfect. 10/10!

06/08/2025: We've been eating here frequently over the past few months and have been very satisfied every time. We've had the burgers several times, as well as the beef sandwich, the nuggets with fries, the fish fillet with fries, the Kylling mix, the half chicken, the Stjerneskud, and even the daily special. Our questions were answered very kindly, and when there was a smaller selection, we immediately received an explanation as to why (e.g., after the Whitsun flea market). We never had to wait longer than 20 minutes. They are very child-friendly, the interior is cozy, and you have a great view :-). So, we are completely satisfied and would love to come back.

22/09/2025: We had an awful experience at this hotel. Upon check-out, we politely asked whether all bills were settled and mentioned that during our stay there was no hot water. The receptionist told us we should have notified them directly—which we had. When we reported the issue, we were told to wait 10 minutes, but in reality it took more than 20 minutes before lukewarm water appeared, and even then the water pressure was extremely low. When I explained this at the desk, the staff member dismissed our concerns, even suggesting that I had perhaps called another hotel or another tourist by mistake—boldly refusing to acknowledge the problem, despite the fact that all three of us experienced it. We raised the issue only as constructive feedback to help improve their service, yet the employee immediately began yelling at us, calling us liars and insisting hot water had always been available. This unacceptable behavior ruined what was otherwise a pleasant stay in Denmark. We felt threatened by the aggressive response of the hotel employee, and we are now considering legal action. The hotel failed to provide the basic services we paid for, and instead treated us with hostility when we tried to report the issue.

29/08/2025: Beautiful place that is not well maintained. The staff seems welcoming. But everything is fake. No one takes responsibility. Just pretends. No one cleans. Just pretends. We cleaned the mirrors in the banquet hall ourselves. The main course had to be served twice. Only the host table got it. There should be no shortage of wine. We got a glass of white and red wine. The hotel hid the rest. The host couple did not realize that they were being cheated. And the envelope price could have been more professional with the hotel. - Like all other reviews, I ABSOLUTELY cannot recommend this hotel. I hope for a change of ownership and people with good morals. This beautiful place deserves it.
