06/06/2025: Bad service in the café area, arrogant staff, good quality capucino

19/05/2025: Despite the open kitchen and fully automatic coffee machine, there wasn't even any hot water left to warm up the baby food. Our request for warming up was immediately denied. For us, this was an absolute no-go in terms of friendliness and actually not even worth a star. We're not used to this from any other coffee shop, restaurant, or similar establishment in Denmark.

15/03/2025: Nice place for a glass of wine or three

09/03/2025: Havde købt en deal, og reserveret bord til 2. Da vi ankommer er der ikke et ledigt bord, og vi må vente 30 minutter på et ledigt bord (ejeren havde helt sikkert ikke reserveret et bord til os, så heldigt for ham, at nogen forlod stedet). Vi fortæller vi har den her deal på vin og tapas, og han vil komme ned med vinen. Vi venter 10-15-20-30 minutter uden der sker noget. Vi går op i baren, og han forsikre os om, at NU kommer han med vinen.. vi venter igen.. 10-15-20 minutter, der sker ingenting. Vi får ejeren ned til bordet, og spørger igen efter vores vin. Vi venter igen... 10-15-20 minutter. Vi beslutter os egentlig for at gå, for nu har vi ventet i langt over en time på to glas vin!! Det er uhørt! Idet vi skal til at gå, tager nabobordet kontakt til os. Der sidder en tidligere medarbejder som har overhørt os, og vil hente vores vin. Og ikke mere end 10 sekunder går der, så får vi vores vin. Denne super søde tidligere medarbejder begynder at servicere alle i restauranten (da det er tydeligt at mange har ventet lige så længe som os på enten vin eller tapas). Og efter hun trådte til fløj det ud baren med vin og tapas. Vi fik også jævnt hurtigt vores tapas, som egentlig smagte ganske udmærket. Men vi kommer helt sikkert aldrig igen, og kan ikke anbefale det til andre. Super dårlig oplevelse, og det er en skam, for det virker ellers til at være et hyggeligt sted.

10/06/2025: Stopped for coffee, donuts and a restroom. Everything is good. Nice and clean and tasty..

05/06/2025: I rode my motorcycle in to buy a cup of coffee. It turned out to be the most expensive coffee ever. A police officer had given my motorcycle a parking ticket for a defective parking plate!!! 🤯 A motorcycle or open sports car should not have a parking plate “in public parking BUT BUT BUT it is private here so here they must (without any cities written) After I objected, the answer was “then motorcycles must not park there” What the f…… is the point? Don’t you want customers at MacDonald’s? That’s completely insane

26/03/2025: I order 2 pizzas and a children's menu. On the phone they say 20 minutes.. I drive down there and am there on time.. After standing for an extra 30 minutes, I finally get my food... A food that has been on top of pizza for all the time I've been waiting.. Comment that it's too bad I stand and wait while the food is ready and now I get sloppy fries that have been sitting for 30 minutes.. The answer is: "then find another place" Now I have supported that biks with thousands of kroner over time.. .... That was the last time..... I didn't want to bring the food. Similar to bad service.... "find another stes" Had you - the owner - quietly said: "I'm sorry, we're simply too busy today" Then I would have had full respect and taken the food and left.... But for you to react to a complaint by asking a customer to just find another place is too lousy..

11/03/2025: Got the ham and pepperoni pizza, it was excellent. Small minus was their fries were not seasoned.

16/04/2025: Luksusstjerneskud! Den kogte fisk var tør og kedelig. Jeg var den første der fik øl fra hanen. Doven øl fra slangen der havde stået natten over. Stegt fiskefilet var rigtig god, og pil selv rejerne var lækre.

15/04/2025: Super delicious fresh shooting star, and at a really good price. Good and fast service, and a wonderful view. We always eat there when we visit Skagen👍

09/06/2025: It was probably one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. We order our food from inside the water park, where it says it will take 5 - 10 minutes before you get your food. When 25 minutes have passed, we call to find out if our food has run out, then we are told that it will be coming soon. After another 25 minutes our food arrives, we have only ordered nachos with chicken, nuggets and a water. When we open our nachos there are only 4 pieces of chicken and almost no cheese, while they were also the cheapest nachos you can find in any grocery store. You would think that there would be better service when you have paid 200 kroner for nachos and nuggets.

29/03/2025: Really nice place, but unfortunately our food was bad. We have ordered 2 children's menus with fish, starfish and meatballs. Kids were hungry and we were looking forward to eating, right up until we got our food… all the fish was way too long on the pan and had a bad aftertaste… our kids didn't want it at all and neither did I. "Fortunately" I got some bread and prawns, also some salmon with my shooting star. My girlfriend has also tasted it and it was not edible. The only thing the children ate were the fries that came with it. They have offered to heat a new one, but then they probably heat it with the same oil so it doesn't really help .. the explanation was "it's because now the fish are so thin, so that's why" but that doesn't explain that they don't keep an eye on the food. the only thing (1 out of 4) that was fine was the fishcakes. so unfortunately never again. We have paid almost DKK 700 in total and there was not even an offer due to Poor quality of the food.

04/05/2025: Simply the worst service I have ever experienced. No arrangement in voice. (Waiter "man" Sounds lazy and wouldn't take orders). Chose a different pizzas here -

28/03/2025: Ordered pizzas online until 19:30. Arriving at 19:30, I was ignored for several minutes. The restaurant was busy, but there was clearly no staff assigned to the take away. The staff were in no way smiling or approachable, and I actually felt a bit like I was inconveniencing them. My pizzas were ready on a shelf and when I finally got them delivered, the boxes were completely cold and the pizzas were ice cold when we had to eat them. I think I forgot to put the garlic oil I had paid extra for. A somewhat expensive and boring experience when you had been looking forward to delicious pizza

10/04/2025: Ordered a family pizza to share with chicken and kebab, with garlic oil. but unfortunately the pizza was burnt on the bottom, there was no garlic oil, and they had chosen to put dressing on it without it being ordered.

11/01/2025: Recommend ordering elsewhere!! The food was cold when it arrived, tasted rather boring and despite the lack of extra meat in 3 orders, full payment was made.

25/03/2025: Super delicious food, but the waiting time is simply far too long. Especially when it's just a few sandwiches, without wild demands ;-)

19/03/2025: They are overcharging for their cigarettes, they were charging 75 kr for 1 pack when it says on the pack that it costs 69 kr. The clerk also had a slightly flippant attitude.

04/05/2025: Simple and uncomplicated ordering possible in English. Quick serving. Friendly enterprising staff. The fish 'n chips we ordered were fresh and tasted delicious, but had nothing to do with English fish 'n chips. Still happy again.
