04/10/2024: Didn't get anything to eat there, but really nice place, but needed a cup of coffee.

17/10/2024: Ordered 7 pizzas. The 2 of them were missing 2 of the 4 ingredients. Accessories were also not in order. Dressing was missing on one pizza, and I don't know if there was garlic and chilli on the real ones. Room for improvement.

08/10/2024: The pizza was very tasty and everything was freshly prepared. A small minus, we didn't get one of our requested pizzas, but that wasn't a problem at this time of year.

24/08/2024: Very fit place, but not so much space.

09/08/2024: Friday morning just before 8 and I am the only customer in the store. Behind the till stand two middle-aged employees talking privately while they put items in place. They don't say good morning and don't even notice that I'm there. After a minute I left again. I have never felt so unwelcome in a store and I will never return.

02/08/2024: A place that has everything for all familymembers. The food was good. We ordered both chinese and danish food and both were equally good.

21/10/2024: I visited Espresso House in a busy mall and was pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere the place managed to create despite being in the middle of a busy shopping zone. There was a calm atmosphere with soft furnishings and a relaxed decor which made it a pleasant place to take a break from shopping. As always, the coffee lived up to expectations. I ordered an Iced Latte and it was both tasty and nicely presented. Espresso House always manages to deliver good quality on the coffee front, and this time was no exception. There is a lovely depth to the taste, which makes it a pleasure to enjoy the coffee. However, I could have wished for a more present service when ordering. The staff seemed a bit distant and busy, which meant that you as a customer felt a bit like a number in the queue. Although there was a lot to see, a little more attention and a smile would have made the experience even better. On the other hand, it was very nice and clean, both at the counter and in the seating areas. The tables were quickly wiped down and there was generally a high standard of hygiene which is always important. All in all, a good experience with delicious coffee and a nice atmosphere, but with room for improvement when it comes to customer service.

26/09/2024: Had the meal of the day, "frikadeller" meaning a flat meatball and creamed white cabbage. Danish classic. 109 DKK. Nothing too fancy but I wanted something basic to fill my stomach. I'm not an expert on this dish but to me it tasted like it was manufactured in a factory somewhere and just heated in the kitchen, like in most places nowadays. Huge dining area with one or two other customers around 1 o'clock on Thursday. Looked closed down from the outside. Very good service and the food arrived to the table before I even had sat down.

21/10/2024: So you have to give a star... Me and my girlfriend order our food which was lukewarm almost cold. We had bought mozeralla sticks and they were cold and hard. Both me and my friend have severe social anxiety, but when we finally tell them, we are met with an angry tone and looks. While they make some new ones for us that are hot, all the employees look up and look and point while they talk. The woman who brought them up to us scolded us because she could see that it had been 25 minutes since we paid. We explained to her many times that we ate it as something for the first time, but they were cold and hard, after which she says "no they weren't, they were freshly made" I don't know how she can imagine raising her voice and almost shouting us that it was us who waited a long time, which it was not. Really bad experience and will never come here again, which I would not recommend either.

16/10/2024: Great place! The pizza quality is absolutely top notch – without a doubt the best pizza (especially nm. 23) I have ever tasted. I order here regularly and the food never disappoints. Highly recommended!

12/10/2024: Delivery to wrong address, despite location in app. It's not cool, the food was ok, we've also been charged for a bag??? Total shot banana

24/10/2024: I've had better pizzas and I didn't feel it was properly baked. It was a number 2 thrown into cheese, so it's not delicious. It is clearly an ommer. So if you have pizza from here make sure to avoid cheese because they pile it on top of cheese. The picture clearly shows too much cheese. It tasted far from good.
